Marco's is my whole family's favorite pizza. I spent three months eating nothing but cheesy bread dipped in their ranch sauce. (Who would have thought to dip cheesy bread in ranch? Marco's, that's who! It's delicious!) Their pizza is usually excellent too. Pickup is only eleven minutes in most cases, and deliveries have been fast too, despite the fact that I live way out 64 Hwy. Most pizza places don't deliver this far out, so thank you to Marco's for delivering to the country. read more

do not order through yelp or on thier website. i ordered on website it went through yelp for grubhub for delivery after an hour plus i called marcos they sad it has been sitting here waiting for me to pickup it was for delivery. i was charged any additional 20.00 for fees and delivery that marcos couldn't refund as yelp grubhub screwed up. to marcis credit they did remake the pizzas fresh and i ended up picking up. pizza and marcis is great yelp/grubhub not so much. beware of Yelp/grubhub read more

I received pizza and cheesy bread from Marco's for a family dinner, both were burnt. My daughter call the store and spoke with Michaela the manager or associate manager who took my order said " I'm not responsible for the quality of the pizzas the cut table is..." she was dismissive and unapologetic until my daughter told her. I used to eat only Marcos pizza but never again will I nor will I promote this pizza with family and friends. Staying with some friends in Cleveland, they wanted to order pizza one night. It was already past 9 pm and most places in town were closed or about to close, so delivery seemed like the way to go and we decided on Marco's. Marco's pizza comes with a garlic dipping sauce, similar to Papa John's. The pizza had great flavor and was piping hot when we got it. The delivery took about an hour, which seemed like a long time to me, but that's what you get for not picking it up yourself. Our delivery man was local guy who my friends grew up with, so it was nice chatting with him. Overall I enjoyed my first time trying Marco's pizza. It just felt different from all those nationally-advertised pizza chains and I would definitely order from Marco's again. read more

The pizza is always great, however the last time I went in to pick up our pizza's the MANAGEMENT was standing around at the front, talking. It took an uncomfortable 30 seconds before she turned her head in my direction and yelled (to the roof??) "Welcome". Then proceeded to continue to talk to her group before yelling at each individual member of the staff, to come see what I was there for. That is the poorest form of management I have seen in a long while. Not a good example, whatsoever. read more

I absolutely LOVE Marco's Pizza. I haven't tried any other pizza place here yet but Marco's is yummy. We usually get the chicken and bacon with white sauce on the garlic cust and it is delicious. We always order online and sometimes get coupons but our pizza is always ready to go and we never have to wait. It's always hot and fresh. read more

ordered a delivery order. the delivery driver didn't bother to bring it where the ticket stated I would be in the building. she instead cut off the ladies at the desk that was trying to tell her the elevator she needed was right there beside her she states "no i'm done" and shoves the pizzas at the woman at the desk. I order several extra sauces and none were with the order. the pizzas sat at the desk downstairs for who knows how long so by the time we actually got it the pizza and sticks were no longer barely warm. I called the store to speak with the manager she kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain what happened. I finally raised my voice enough to get her to stop interrupting me long enough to tell her, she states that that behavior was not ok and that she was the only person working in the store and that other girl is the only delivery driver currently there working and that she MAY be able to get my sauces to me at some point. this order was expensive and was lunch for an entire nursing unit just for terrible service sauces left out and cold pizza. Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 large orders of chicken wings Saturday night.Came out to 85.00 and then tip, well worth the overall price. The huigs standard pepperoni ie had a massive amount of pepperoni slices with a really well cooked soift but firm crust. I had a Meat Lovers pie with tsame crust, this thing was p[iled up with various meats. The other 2 were Veggie pies, ehh I did not eat those but friends did and said they were abvove what we usally get from other pizza places.THe 2 largew orders of wings were scarffed down right away. Marcos went over to our neightborhood when the Easter tornados came and they gave away free pies in ur neighborhood, and we will nevere forget that part of their helping after that Easter outbreak read more

We were passing through Cleveland TN and needed a dinner delivered to our hotel room. We decided to try a local pizza place and tried Marco's. Were we ever happy. Never again. Bad experience once, thought I'd give it another try. Ordered delivery, 45 minute wait to start. An hour past estimated delivery time, on line tracking said it was delivered. Called them, they said another 15 minutes, the driver forgot our pizza when he went out. If you want cold, soggy pizza, this is the place to order. read more

We recently moved to Cleveland and wanted to find a good pizza place. I ordered the large Hawaiian chicken pizza on thin crust with a crust enhancer that had garlic and several cheeses, over the phone. The lady on the phone was very efficient on taking my order and I had no problems. The pizza was very good, and I am usually not a big fan of Hawaiian pizzas, but my husband is. We will be ordering pizzas from this location from now on and trying some new ones in the future. Not sure if they can deliver to our house since I picked up our order and since we kind of live in the boonies. I will be checking on this and if they do, I will be changing my review to 5 stars. read more

Unfamiliar with Marco's, I called the Cleveland, TN Store and was greeted by Reta, who found coupons to apply to my order. Reta was polite and the 10 different pizzas I ordered were perfectly assembled. The Pizza was awesome! Excellent flavor, ample toppings, with excellent sauce and crust. If there is a Marco's back home, I'm going to find it. Everyone--yes everyone--commented on how good the pizza was, with several locals asking where the store was. Decent pizza, it's better than Pizza Hut, but it's no Pagliacci. I had a pepperoni pizza and it had a nice sauce and full crust. I also had a caesar salad and that was very good. It came with grilled chicken that was seasoned nicely. I had the pie delivered to my house and it came in a timely manner. I'll be ordering from Marco's again. read more

Marco's is the only real pizza in this area. I have eaten lots of pizza on the east coast and in Chicago and I will put Marco's against anyone, anywhere, anytime - period! My wife and I are diabetic and must watch our carbs. The thin crust is perfect for low carb diets. The taste, texture, and freshness of the thin crust is consistently excellent, as are the sauces and toppings. We love to customize our pizza.
