One minor complaint was the water. It was served without ice and tasted somewhat bland. I'm not sure if it was heavily filtered or just sitting at room temperature, but it was lukewarm and not particularly refreshing. Our waitress was fantastic: very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the meal. The only service issue we encountered was that the busser cleared one of our plates before we had completely finished eating, which made us feel a little rushed. Overall, it was a great dining experience with outstanding food, excellent service, and a sophisticated atmosphere. While the prices are high, the quality of the sushi makes it well worth considering for a special occasion.

Opening weeks here were pretty rough- huge crowds, service was slow, etc, everything you'd expect from a popular new joint in a town that has needed a sushi restaurant. Every time I have been in since, though, it gets better and better. The waitstaff are now seasoned and can handle busy nights with ease. Bartenders make awesome and unique cocktails. The main draw is the cuisine, though. It's Korean/Japanese fusion. Beyond sushi, they have some exceptional Korean-inspired dishes. Even my super finicky daughters find stuff on the menu they love. My wife and sons love all the sushi, while I like to bounce around and try anything interesting and new. The ambience is super cool, and the servers know their stuff. It's so fantastic to have a place like this in downtown Frankfort.
