We hadn't planned on adding gutter guards, but he mentioned that the prices were about to go up and gave us a total for everything that was actually better than the next company that was pricing only the gutters. Cliff explained everything, showed us the product we was going to use, and it was clearly as good as or better than the competitors. His pricing was much better than the "big box" stores. It was an easy decision to use America's Best Gutters. They showed up right on time, worked straight through without a break, and left the yard absolutely spotless. Then it rained and my new roof freaking leaked so bad I had to use a pot due to rain water was pouring through the ceiling air vent and other water damage around the left side & front of the Fire place. I put this on Facebook, Nextdoor & filed a complaint to Yelp & the BBB because this company refuses to compensate me for the damage they caused to my ceiling & are ghosting me. At first ABC seemed like a great value.. low cost of installation for new gutters and guards…read more Unfortunately, now that some time passed, the craftsmanship and quality are not holding up. When contacted, ABC decided to deflect and blame the roof (keep in mind no issue for years before the change in gutters) as the issue. Upon requesting them to come out and take a look to fix the issue they responded it would come at a cost.. which I agreed is fine. After several attempts to get someone onsite to diagnose and repair the issue they stopped responding to me. I've since asked other professionals to review and diagnose the issue. As one can see from the photos, a drainage issue was created by installing the gutter guard under the shingle and above the drip edge which created a bump/gap and does not allow water to roll down into the gutter. The issue is exacerbated now that it's had a few years to present itself as shown by the dark staining on the plywood. I now must pay out of pocket to fix the issue at a cost equal to or greater than what ABC originally charged me for installation of all new gutters.

Owning property is never a dull moment!…read more During a heavy storm, the tenant in my loft let me know that there was water dripping inside along the wall. The age of the roofs on the property is unknown and always being concerned for ANY leaks, I immediately got into Yelp to put out a project request to find a roofer. Storm Damage responded right away on a Sunday and was able to meet the next day to give an onsite estimate. Given the steep roofline of the barn house style roofing and immediate need given another upcoming storm, the quote was definitely reasonable. Given the short notice and upcoming weather, they put a tarp across the roof to prevent anymore leaking. At the first break in the weather 2 days later, they were on it and got to work. It's a tight area around the unit, so giving a heads up to my neighbors was important. That said, they cleaned up all debris on my side and my neighbors as if they were never there! Huge!!! I have a roof on the main property and a permanent shed left to do. I will be sure to call them back for the next jobs. Thank you guys!!!

Streamline Seamless Gutters LLC is an excellent company to work with…read more I was having issues with critters in my attic and gutters overflowing due to the heavy rains. I contacted Hayden to have Streamline come out to assess my roof. They identified some problem areas that needed attention (soffit had come loose, downspout was undersized in one area, gap leading into attic where facia hadn't been properly installed, gutters needed cleaning). Streamline explained to me the issues at hand and how they were going to address them. They gave me a very fair quote and scheduled me in within a week. They showed up on the scheduled day and time and did a great job in cleaning the gutters, repairing the soffit and facia and installing a new 40ft downspout. My roof is at least 50ft off of the ground in some spots and my lot is on a steep incline so this was no straightforward task. They cleaned up the yard after completion of the job, walked me through the work performed and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.
