My rugs had stains and marks from normal every day use that are now gone. My tile grout looks fantastic especially in the kitchen which is a heavy traffic area. They lifted all the dirt out of that grout and it's now white again. The tree punched a hole in the garage roof and destroyed some of the rafters and ceiling in the garage. XRC Construction and Roofing repaired the structural damage and replaced the roof. Fast forward to today and we have a leak at the chimney on the roof. XRC came out to check the leak and said that the chimney had no flashing. They also said that flashing was not included with the roof replacement in 2016. Other roofers are telling me that it is unheard of that one would re-roof a house and not flash the chimney. XRC gave me an estimate of just under $4000 to repair this leak. I have yet to speak with the owner of the company. I have asked on at least two occasions for the owner to give me a call and that has not happened. I am not real sure that the company is under the same ownership, it may now be owned by the son of the person I dealt with earlier. I had no say in how the roof was to be replaced as the roofer was working with the insurance company and not with me. I would recommend that anyone having to reroof a house, have a clear understanding of whether it included chimney flashing. It would seem to me to be ridiculous not to have it, whether or not it was discussed. They did a good job on repairing the structural damage but failed on the roof. I can no longer recommend this company.

There were protectors used so the hoses did not scuff or dirty the paint on the walls through the house. Now down to the finished product. We am have some carpet that was from the prior owner. Lowe's and other local carpet places were not able to accommodate our schedule in getting carpet so we chose to have it cleaned. We are so glad we went that route! They brought these carpets back!
