    Antipasti salad with chicken rather than cured meat

    The food was delicious! I got the antipasti salad with grilled chicken instead of cured meat. There was a lot of cheese in my salad, enough to take back and eat with crackers, too. Service was good as well, I think we will be back to try more of their menu items. Ambiance was family-friendly.

    We stopped in on Valentine's Day because we had juat noticed the new name on the building and we wanted a place that didn't have a forever wait being the most "romantic date night" of the year. Much to our surprise we were seated the minute we walked through the door. I ordered the small white pizza with bacon and it was delicious! My husband ordered a calzone and he really liked the fact that they left the green peppers a little crispy. We both were able to bring enough home for lunch tomorrow. Our total was approximately $30 which included our meals and drinks. Our server was very attentive asking us multiple times if we needed anything. This is a casual restaurant. The women's bathroom was clean and the restaurant overall was clean. We will definitely be back.

    Very Burnt Crust

    Please do not buy pizza here. I did and the crust was burnt and when I tried taking it back the employee would not redo it or give my money back. Very poor customer service and burnt crust. They do care about me as a customer nor do they want me back or what I may tell others. I will give a zero star if I could. Very Disappointed. First time customer!!!

    Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at approximately 2:30pm, My sister and I decided to eat at this restaurant because we were looking for some place new. We are from the area and have yet to eat at this restaurant so we visited. When we walked in we were greeted promptly and directed to choose any table. The restaurant was completely empty of patrons with the exception of my sister, a man, and I. This was not a good sign to my sister and I, however, we wanted to give the the benefit of the doubt plus we were hungry. I ordered a seafood pasta with shrimp, scallops, and angel hair pasta. My sister ordered chicken fettuccine. When the plate arrived I was immediately disturbed by its presentation. It did not look as it read on the menu. I forked the angel hair pasta and noticed that the pasta was not long but short as if it was cut up or fell apart. When I tasted it the noodles were mushy and extremely soft. I tasted the scallops and shrimp and they were chewy. Could not taste the lemon butter garlic sauce it was supposed to be. It tasted primarily like it was in lemon juice. I took a second bite wanting to stomach the meal and not be picky but I decided that the meal was not worth the torture. I found the waitress and told her I did not like the pasta. She asked me why so she can relay my sentiments to management and she took the plate away. I decided that I would try wings. It's kind of hard to mess up wings so I ordered that with the waitress. The manager comes to the table with the plate of pasta that I did not like and asked me what was wrong with the dish. I repeated to her what I had previously expressed to the waitress and the manager tells me that nothing is wrong with the plate. Excuse me...."You are not eating it. I am", I say. She said well we are not going to be able to take the charge off of my tab. I stated that's fine. Then she had the audacity to try to give me the plate of pasta back. I told her that I know you are not trying to give me a plate I have to your waitress that went out of my eyesight and returned with your hands all over it. Bottom line, the manager does not have any business in customer service. Her approach to the situation was aggressive and she thought that I was trying to get out of paying for food. After dealing with her I decided that this establishment wood not get another red cent from my pocketbook. I did not want the chicken wings. We paid for my sister's meal and our drinks. She did end up taking the pasta off but she needs some training. The waitress was very professional and accommodating. I commend her customer service skills.

    Came for the lunch buffet but no pizza. Appears that they do not have a clue on service. Send time visiting and it will be my last.

    Very nice place! Very yummy pizza! Great service! Good desserts also ! I definitely recommend it and will go again!

    Best pizza in town and the buffet is off the charts I highly recommend eating here. Great local establishment

    Long post alert On the afternoon of January 14, 2025, I…read morewent to pick up a food order for my co-workers and I. I ordered a meat lover's stromboli. When I opened my box, I noted that it appeared I had actually been given a calzone, that was super thin, barely had any cheese inside and was not fully cooked on top in the center. I tasted a piece and realized that it was indeed not thoroughly cooked as it tasted doughy. I called back and spoke to the young lady at the front register. She apologized and told me to bring it back. When I arrived back at Marina's, she asked if I wanted a replacement, something else or a refund. I told her that I'd get a refund. The lady that owns/runs the establishment was in the kitchen preparing food. The young lady took my food and showed it to her and informed her of my complaints and that I was requesting a refund. The owner began raising her voice at me from the kitchen, saying the food was cooked, couldn't I see that? I didn't respond to her, I just waited to see if I'd receive my refund. She walked from the kitchen, food in hand, still raising her voice, telling the young lady that this day was a day of complaints. She then turns to me and says that I must have paid too much money for the food and couldn't afford it and that's why I returned the food. I replied to her that I wouldn't have had food to return if I didn't have money to pay for it originally. She went on, ranting and raving, calling me stupid, suggesting that I call the health department if I felt like her food was uncooked. I told her that I didn't wish to argue with her, or see the need to call the health department, when she could just refund me my money and I could go on my way. I even apologized to her for her having a seemingly bad day, to which she replied that she was not having a bad day and that I was the problem. I told her that she was clearly having a bad day since she was insulting paying customers the way she was. I have been to this restaurant on many occasions and have never had an issue with anyone that works there, her included, and this was actually the first time I have had to return food. She's always given me a "thank you lady" farewell in past visits. I truly feel so disappointed in how I was treated and that I even went back and forth with her because I am not an argumentative person. After she gave the young lady the okay to refund me, she went on to tell me to do her a favor and not return, which she did not have to do, because after being verbally accosted like that, I have no plans on it. Even with Enfield having slim pickings on places to eat (which is to her advantage), she will not have to ever worry about my coins being spent with her! The food was better when her husband ran the place anyway and the food is overpriced for what you get! I gave 1 star because I couldn't leave it blank, and this terrible experience trumped all my other visits. I wish had taken a photo of the food but I didn't snap one; wasn't expecting the hoopla I received.
