We started walking towards the entrance when a worker saw us and asked how many - we said 2 and were immediately seated at an outdoor table. It wasn't until after we sat and got settled that I noticed a short line on the left hand side of the wall. I felt bad, thinking we had cut a line, but if the worker seated us, I figured maybe those people had larger parties and couldn't be seated? Either way, I guess check to see if there's a line! Really simple menu but we knew what we wanted - a Margherita Pizza and a Tiramisu. They asked if we wanted it to be halved and we were glad they offered it so we wouldn't have to struggle as much! You're given a fork and knife here so we ate with them rather than picking up a slice. Pizza was great, loved the chewy crust that Neopolitan pizzas have. Tiramisu was pretty good too, although definitely had better. They also gave us free meloncello shots at the end which was fun!

Since I was concerned about limited menu, those fears were allayed when the Waiter takes your order - he lets you know about the four or five other ones that are not on the menu that are all sounding great So we picked 'chef special' (they pick for you) and a white pizza. The service was pretty quick, and the pizza comes out right away Obviously with such high turnover, they have figured out the formula for delicious pizza. They nailed the crust as well as all the ingredients. Really delicious. The toilet facilities definitely need a lot of help. That was my only real comment about the atmosphere. It's very basic, you sit at basic tables. They seemed to all be helpful

This is probably because the restaurant doesn't carry large inventories of wine due to their small size and cost. Overall no way is this above an average restaurant. It's just okay. Heat up your lasagna better, teach your chef how to cook Salmon and expand your glasses of wine selections.

That was absolutely ridiculous. Again the only reason I do not give this less stars is because the food was worth it but it's no excuse to be rude and treat customers in this way.

This place is so amazing!! The food was outstanding and the service was truly what you expect from a family owned and operated restaurant. I felt like I was family myself. My wife and I came here after a long day of shopping and visiting the Duomo nearby and we enjoyed it so much that we came back on our way to the airport! My wife and I split the house macaroni that they make in front of you and a pizza each visit. If you're looking for a place that is great food and not outrageous prices, look no further! There are really two parts to the restaurant, one offers street service and is located to the front, and the other is more formal and is down stairs. We were lucky enough to find a place downstairs. I would suggest asking for this. There are also two menus, one short menu, and a second full menu with starts at 7:00 PM (too late for the opera). The short menu was great. We charged and appetizer and two mains (one risotto and a roasted veal cutlet). Both were fantastic! The restaurant did a cocktail pairing (their creation) with dinner which we enjoyed as well. The service was excellent, maybe because we were so early. I would love to go back just for the full dinner on an occasion without the need to go early, in time for the opera. I loved this place and would highly recommend it.
