The employees here are always very friendly! I appreciate the convenience of this location as it is near to my home, however, I experienced issues with Amazon since starting to use the drop-off service at this location. On two different occasions, I have received emails from Amazon (weeks after returning an item) that Amazon either did not receive my return or received a different item than was expected & would be charging my card if did not return the item by a given date. I have always returned the right items & consequently have had to dispute the issue with Amazon Customer Service. Both times my disputes were successful for refunds but it is still unclear to me if the processing errors were because of Kohl's procedures or Amazon's, so just FYI -- returner beware. Pro tip -- keep your return receipt! There's a 20% off coupon on each one. And sometimes this drop offers an additional coupon for 10-20% Sephora at Kohl's purchases.

I loved to shop here when my kids were young, and I knew I could always find an upscale outfit for myself when I needed. However, the selection seems to have started going downhill after the Hudson Bay acquisition in 2013. Every time I went in, there seemed to be fewer and fewer products and more open space. I think they tried to pass it off as more open space made it feel more boutique and more refined. I say it just made the store quicker to shop. The one exception was probably the Louis Vuitton shop. I don't know if it was actually independently operating within Saks or still a part of it, but it did always seem better staffed with a much better inventory than the rest of the store. My last visit was before the 2025 holidays. I went expecting to see much more inventory for the season. Instead, it was very sparse, and it didn't look like there was any more in there than at the end of a season with a few sale racks and not a lot of new merchandise. Sadly, it was announced (2/10/26) that this location will be closing along with several more under some bankruptcy/reorganization of the parent company.

She told me there might be a few shirts in the clearance bin that were Star Wars related. She even looked the the clearance bin while I was looking at the jewelry. She found a cool Star Wars shirt that was greatly marked down. Of course, I got off track so I started looking at other stuff. I ended up buying a new badge lanyard. When I check out, the employee pointed out that the receipt had a link for a survey and if I did it, I'd get a coupon.
