My only advice to people shopping here is NOT to park in the underground car park - they charge extortionate prices to park the car. Plenty of eateries, although the large one on the 1st floor is nothing to rave about & very noisy. Always clean, Multi story car park with plenty of paypoints, toilets are million times better since the alterations, pleasant staff, plenty of escalators but only two lifts so don't park on the very top floor if you need one. I think the Christmas lights & Santas Grotto are very disappointing this year not up to previous standards. Bus station one side & train station the other. All the other major store are situated in the pedestrian precinct just outside the mall.
