We used this range while visiting Murphy and found it to be great. It costs $3.00 per shooter. They have a box and you put your money in a envelope supplied by the range and drop it in the box. They have a pistol range and a rifle range. The range has wooden stands you provide the targets and supplies to hang the target (stapler, tape, pins etc.). While we were there a guy had a homemade metal rail he staked in the ground and used steel targets attached to it very smart idea. There is no range officer so this is run on the honor system. Everyone works together to announce when the range is cold or hot. I found the fellow shooters to be very helpful and courteous. Keep in mind the range is up a dirt road on the mountain.
