Everyone was friendly, down-to-earth, and professional. Before we got started, they took their time explaining everything, especially the safety side of the ride. They answered our questions and made sure we felt comfortable before heading out. At no point did we feel rushed or like we were just another group coming through. Once we hit the trails, that's when the real fun started! There was a nice variety of terrain. Some sections were easier where you could just enjoy the scenery and the ride, and then there were rougher sections that made it much more exciting. That combination was perfect for us. We were laughing, having fun, and enjoying ourselves the entire time. My girlfriend definitely picked a winner for my birthday! I've already been telling my friends that we need to come back and bring our girlfriends so we can all experience it together. If you enjoy off-roading or just want to try something different and adventurous while you're in the Blairsville area, put this place on your list. Great people, great trails, and an experience we'll be talking about for a while. We'll definitely be back!

The smaller playground was too babyish for my three year old so we decided to brave the older playground so he could play with big brother. He handled the slides like a pro, but I had to spot him on all of the climbing apparatuses. I was thankful to have their grandma my husband and on the playground with me because my toddlers were running around like feral animals and I had a difficult time keeping up with them constantly testing their limits on the playground equipment! There is plenty of parking along the playground as well as benches for the parents. This is a great spot for kids to burn off some energy before or after dinner! Highly recommend Blue Ridge Playground to any family!

The Inner Lopp was great and a nice short loop for my 5yr old to go on for his first ever MTB trail ride. Trails are groomed pretty well and I can't wait to go back and try the 5 mile Gobbler Trail. Make sure to drive a vehicle you don't mind getting scratched by brush and can handle a moderately rough gravel access road. No way I'd take a nice car down this road. Trails aren't marked as you enter but are further up the trail where it has a junction. I'm sure this will change as the more permanent signs are made. Currently there are only two loops. You can go either way when the trail forks as they both return you back to the main trail head. The map on the website is what's planned for the future so don't plan your trip around that. I've added a pic of the current map that's at the junctions. I'm excited to see more recreation opportunities in Murphy. There are more trails in progress so stay tuned people, this a wonderful addition to the area.
