Ordered here first on Uber eats a few weeks ago. Had the tartastic bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and iced espresso which I enjoyed very much. Today I decided to order on Ubereats pick up. I asked if my expresso could have some more extra milk added and I was given a stupid explanation about how I technically already had more milk than I should have. I wasn't asking for extra expresso, I wasn't asking for something so challenging. What's the big deal about meeting my request. Customer service needs work. The sandwich also tasted better the first time. It didn't have enough bechamel sauce. read more

This is my favorite coffee shop in Miami. They roast their own beans right here in Wynwood, and they're awesome! The coffee is incredible too! I got a cappuccino and it was so good. It was fine. Nothing special for cold brew or espresso. Miami doesn't have much to offer for specialty coffee and it does have a really nice outside seating area. Also the server was nice, and helpful. Prices are actually pretty reasonable. A cortado was just $3, with chioce of espresso and the cold brew was $4 for 12 oz, which isn't bad. Seems like if you are just having a basic drink, it's pretty cheap, but if you add on it gets expensive. I said something to the cashier, and he said, "yeah, people complain about the prices, but those are the people who want an iced soy latte with vanilla syrup", which, yeah, is going to add up. read more

The real deal cafe. For some good authentic true espresso, come here. Was exploring wynwood and really needed a pick me up. My sister and I stopped by to find a well deserved long line of people. She ordered a cappuccino and I a cortadito. We also ordered the espresso flight because why not. The espresso flight was two separate shots of their eastern and western blend. Pricey but great coffee. I went with a friend who normally isn't a coffee drinker, but the aesthetic of this shop really drew us in. After getting her black coffee, she realized there was no cream or sugar available. However, the coffee was so rich and delicious that she drank it black with joy in her heart. I ordered a regular latte which went great with my chocolate croissant. Overall it was lovely but personally not worth the price. Panther coffee, a local Miami chain, is a specialty coffee house with hipster friendly vibe. We had heard of their brand for many years and only recently started to visit. Single origin coffee flyers that explain coffee characteristics hang from the ordering counter. Also on display is an imposing industrial sized coffee roaster behind a short wall covered in money from around the world. My partner and I have tried some single origin coffees that are great and others that are ok but it may be due to our personal preference. We really like the nitro cold brew (no cream or sugar needed). The coffee baristas always seem to be friendly and helpful and serious about coffee. Panther Coffee was a great place to start a day of walking through Wynwood. While I would typically opt for a cold brew, especially in Florida weather, it was "chilly" by Miami standards so I opted for a large drip coffee and added milk. The coffee was strong and flavorful - certainly worth a treat for excellent coffee. My friends and I split the Cap'n Crunch and Funfetti cookie which were both AMAZING! Very rich and buttery, plus the Cap'n Crunch cookie was absolutely spot on and tasted like a better version of the sugary cereal. We visited Panther Coffee for some post meal drinks and conversation. Can't speak for anything else but the espressos, but it was well made and tasted fantastic. I chose to add macadamia milk, which gave it a very nice creamy texture. Our barista made it perfectly. If you're looking for a good espresso, this is the place. A few things that have room for improvement- - Seating area was pretty messy and it was hard to find a spot that didn't seem to have a used mug or bird poop on it. - The interior had a persistent ceiling leak that made it seem like it was raining inside. It's true that there is little indoor seating so if the weather isn't cooperating you'd be less likely to enjoy their sprawling patio. It's also true that there is no menu readily visible. Panther Coffee is great coffee done simply. They abide by the age old southern saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Their coffee is absolutely delicious. You can tell the flavors are robust and fresh. They don't hide behind processed sugars and add ons. It's just milk and coffee and about two or so flavors. Not sure what happened but we are here because we want good latte and they should have trained their barista much better. It's $6.48 for a cup of latte before tip. The milk has so may bubbles (I already knocked out a lot) and the also this is more like cappuccino beefier the ratio is around 60% -70% form milk. I can easily make this at home instead of coming here. I was a senior barista in Seattle so my expectation is not just like regular coffee Lovers. This is just bad training, horrible barista. This place is right by the Wynwood Walls and was a great respite from the heat as the AC was in full force. Very hipster-ish coffee shop, but excellent selection of caffeinated options and they were even doing a live roasting/coffee tasting when I came in. The staff is a bit pretentious, but the line moved quickly and my order came out fast and correct, so no complaints. Seating is at a premium, so you gotta be on your toes to snag a spot when it opens up. I thought that it would be packed given the location, but the line wasn't too long. The menu consisted of a classic Italian expresso's along with a small selection of coffee, tea and wine. I decided to go with the macchiato. It was light and foamy. It was easy to drink and lacked any hint of acidity. In the corner of the cafe there's a large vintage coffee bean roaster. I asked the barista about it and he explained to me that in was made in the 1920's and that it was 1 of only 4 working ones still remaining in the world. It is really hard to find a good cup of brewed coffee in Miami (though you can of course get a good cafecito or colada everywhere). This place knows how to do brewed coffee well. They roast and brew a handful of single origin coffees from Latin America and they do it with perfection. It is worth going out of your way and paying for parking on the street for a really good cup of coffee. In addition to the featured coffee of the day, they will brew to order any single origin coffee that is available (12 oz for $5). They also have cold brews, espresso-based drinks, beer, and wine.
