Pad Ke Mao Drunken Noodles

This is a really unique lunch place to go to. Beware though, even though you order at the counter it is not the quickest We got the drunken noodles and the pancetta pizza. Both were good but not 5 star worthy. The pancetta pizza was light and felt like a healthy pizza choice. The drunken noodles were thick. Kinda threw me off guard because they were Pretty dough. Has unique sitting rooms and a fantastic menu! Wish they actually brewed their ice tea. Their tea was gross.

This was my second time dining here and I love it. Still. The food never disappoints and the service is always on point. The ambience is pretty cool too.

There is a reason the pistachio pie is their best seller, it is amazing. You have to come out and give this place a try if you have not already. The food and service are great every time I visit.

Delicious food and amazing service! I'm on a work trip and have come here 4 times in the last month and every time has been wonderful.

First time here.. it was busy.. so you look at a menu, wait in line to order and then they give you a table.. I have to say, the food is really good.. we had the Detroit style pizza. (It is a square thick crust pizza. ) we had the butcher , and added mushrooms and red onions. It was soo good. Hot from the over and cooked just right.. there is a side area where they serve Gelato and cakes. The Gelato was very good too. WoWould definitely recommend and will be back to try the other foods they have.

Order and seat yourself. Pizza, Thai and gelato. I had the fresh sesame ginger salad and drunken noodles a signature dish. My husband had the pizza. For dessert the mini Cannoli's...yum! My salad was delicious and fresh. Drunken noodles with bok choy and ginger sauce was over cooked and a little bland. Ate all the veggies and left the noodles. CAPRICCIOSA pizza was excellent and so were the mini cannoli. Will go back and stick to the pizza, salad and dessert

Fantastic! Red-White-Green Detroit Pizza was great. Spicy ginger salad was very good. This is a great find if you are in Evansville... Service was great.

The Veggie and Margherita pizzas were so delicious we could have eaten a third! Highly recommend for a hungry crew. Not too heavy or greasy.

The Detroit style pizza is where it's at, very good. The desserts are really good too. Would recommend the key lime pie.

Ask the Community - Pangea Kitchen

Do you have gluten free crust?

Yes - we offer gluten free crust for Neopolitan style and our Detroit style pizzas

Hi Pangea, I currently live in California and have had the pleasure of tasting your sweet sweet "Pistachio White Pie". How long do your pies last?... would it last if I had someone bring me a few pies on an trip they are making to the west coast?

Wow - that request warms my heart ! I am sorry we would not recommend shipping or carrying a pie for that long without Refridgeration. In addition reheating the pie might be problematic… Read more

About 15 minutes after we had gotten here, a bunch of people started coming in. We had gotten our food in a timely manner, however, we had to wait quite a while for our check and to go boxes. Which is fine, but we were done with our food and were just sitting there for about 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, despite the fact we were sitting in the middle of the restaurant. The food was just okay. The salad was by far the highlight of the experience. The dressing was spectacular. My main dish was disappointing. The curry was watery and didn't include all the advertised vegetables. The taste was okay, but it wasn't anything special. The rice portion was also on the smaller side, so everyone at my table had run out of rice before finishing our main dish. I will say that the strawberry yogurt drink was excellent and sweet. It did get hard to finish toward the end of the meal because it wasn't very cold to begin with and it got warm over the course of the time we were there. It was quite expensive, so I didn't want to waste it.

The service was very welcoming and great. The ambiance of inside is beautiful. My food order was…read moregreen papaya salad, and panang curry salmon. I love fish sauce, but the one used on the green papaya salad tasted much different than what I am used to. I didn't like it. The panang salmon was mostly water. Not like a curry at all. It was instant curry I was told. That's ok, but what I had was like milk water with a little bit of instant curry added. The salmon was crispy hard fried. The rice was as much as you might cook at home. I had a few bites of everything, but I couldn't continue. I didn't like to complain about the food to the amazing waitress. She took it back and they charged me full price for everything. &35. I left her a &5 tip. $40 for a few bites that I didn't like.

There were plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about not being able to find a parking spot. I tried their tempura shrimp roll and also their chicken teriyaki bento box. The bento box came with miso soup, salad, an egg roll, and the California roll. I honestly really enjoyed the bento box. I thought it was a really good lunch deal. The chicken teriyaki sauce was also pretty yummy. I also liked their eggroll alot. In all, I didn't have a bad experience and would consider coming back here if I'm ever in town again.

Included in this box (and it comes to the table in a box!) were pieces of lightly fried and breaded sweet potato and zucchini, salad, egg roll, California roll, rice and soup. I opted for the Hibachi soup instead of the Miso. The tempura was greaseless and the veggies were tender. The salad is lettuce with a light dressing. Everything was excellent except for the Hibachi soup. I order it ever time and it's so salty. I'll try the Miso next time. The service is excellent with friendly staff. Also, the restaurant is clean. I'll be back again in a couple months.
