I started with Dr. Talwar and, I can honestly say she was the Very Best Doctor ever.. when she moved to UC Davis Medical I was happy for both she and UC Davis. Not so much for myself. However, I am now a patient of Dr MUDUNURI for several years and she as well is a very Best. Dr Chopra their Pulmonary Specialist and Dr. Henjum their Cardiologist are amazingly knowledgeable and extremely Excellent doctors as, well ! Their ability to communicate and informative ways of addressing issues are extremely exceptional. They have been very effective in educating and encouraging me of what I need to do, to keep myself healthy and strengthen my own progress for personal development.. Honestly, I started with Marshall Medical when, I was younger and , am now a senior and definitely deeply grateful for the exceptional care I have had over the years. These doctors have been my primary's but honestly, I can genuinely speak the best of several doctors there, that have strengthened my life. Not to forget the support staff as, well! I have been and am so grateful that my life has been very enriched and blessed.. because, of each one...Thank you each and everyone!

Due to encountering multiple construction site I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes late. I waited to be checked in and the person in front of me had a lot of questions about their visit and what exactly would be done. It was finally my turn to be checked in I was told that I was now 15 minutes late to my appointment and could not be seen. When I mentioned that I had arrived within the 15 minute window and had to wait to be checked in I got massive attitude from their incredibly rude receptionist. I believe her name was Michele. There next available appointment is nearly 2 months away. I understand having a policy about being late to try to keep the doctors on time. However, I think it's ridiculous that we are penalized when our wait time to be as held against us. If you're looking for a doctor's office where you can be seen within a reasonable amount of time and have polite staff members , This is not the office for you! The El Dorado Hills has much more polite and friendly staff however they can't seem to keep doctors in their office as I'm going on my fourth doctor this year since my previous three have left mARSHALL medical altogether.

She has a lot of experience dealing with insurance issues, like social security and workmans comp. Christopher Olson has been my doctor for years now. He is an excellent physician. He is very…read morethorough and errs on the side of caution. He is likely responsible for saving my life. During a one of my regular annual physicals he thought he felt a nodule on my thyroid. Probably nothing, but should have it biopsied. I couldn't feel anything, nor did I feel any symptoms. Long story short, it was cancer. My thyroid was riddled with it. During all subsequent treatment I was asked how I found out. I told them it was Dr. Olson.

I was called the day of 2 hours prior to my appointment stating he was not taking new patients. So how did I get a time slot? He has been known to do this, he looks at yor internal profile and if you are a difficult patient or older he will knock you out. Really 4 months and no doctor and no advanced warning but 2 hours. El Dorado Hills is growing so fast very few doctors available and Dignity pulls this. I will never be part of that network. I come to find that they charge for an office visit $900.00. Then we wonder why insurance prices are so high. They expect you to have a follow-up every 90 days? Why? Then I was told to get labs that were so off the norm and now have $700.00 out of pocket with out being told these are expensive tests. Even Quest said they were rare tests. They are not covered under my insurance. Go to a private practice and stay out of these guys something is off.

They did not cancel the lab orders even though I told them to cancel everything when I walked out. I had to have the lab override his order in order to send to my OB and my new family doctor. Now it came down to the annual check-up appointment that I found out they billed me for the annual check-up even though Kelada only checked my breathing and my stomach which costed me $280 that my insurance already paid. I have to call benefits to clarify the whole situation. I will NOT recommend this doctor. Bottom-line: if you lost your passion to respect and help people, just retired.
