He is by far the best primary care doctor I've ever had. He really knows his field and is very knowable, cares about his patients, and is easy to talk to. He is really into fitness, health, and doesn't want to just push medication on you. He really pays attention to your health preferences and medical history to fully understand the full story of who you are and caters to your needs. He really is the doctor that talks the talk and walks the walk. If you have any questions about anything he'll answer them or refer you to another professional that can. He respects you when you would like to be referred to another health professional and will refer you as needed or upon request. I can't recommend him enough thought I don't want the secret to get out so that I can have an easier time getting in to see him. Beware of Dr.Choon-Weng Chan!!…read more It's difficult finding a compassionate doctor. Dr.Choon-WengChan is the most ignorant & disrespectful doctor ever encountered. Dr.Chan lacks compassion for patients brushing off all patient's concerns and questions. When Dr.Chan found out he didn't have the credibility to treat patient's specific illness; his demeanor immediately changed to being disrespectfully rude. At first we gave Dr.Choon-WengChan the benefit of doubt that he was acting improfessional, because of stress. Trying to avoid conflict, we continued to seek Dr.Chan's care, to which he continued being ignorant and disrespectful. Dr.Chan said chilling things like "why are you still alive", "if you're in China you should be dead", "you know Chinese hate disabled people", "don't come back", "you don't look sick", "I don't want to see you anymore". He spoke to us as if we can't comprehend his insults to injuries, which raises our concerns and questions to his credibility as a "doctor". Leaving Dr.Choon-WengChan's practice is a fortune.
