My husband had the tuna sandwich and a bowl of the tomato basil. I didn't try the tuna sandwich but he inhaled it. I did taste the tomato basil soup and it was amazing! My mom had a salad which was presented lovely and she cleared her plate. Both my parents had the cream of mushroom soup. My mom remarked that she thought it would be more creamy than what it was. My toddler had the margarita flatbread sans tomato and balsamic glaze and he took a few bites and said it "good." Much to my surprise. The food was ready shortly and I took it back to my office to eat. The BLT was neatly made and very tasty. It comes with one side, and I chose potato salad--I could have eaten a gallon of it, very flavorful and the perfect accompaniment! Shortly after placing the order, I received a call from the restaurant regarding an issue they had been experiencing with their website. Since I had the employee on the phone, I asked if they could please include three plates, as we planned to share the food. I was told they didn't carry plates. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted with, "How can I help you?" I explained that I was there for a pickup order. The employee handed me the bag and immediately started to walk away. I stopped her to ask again if there was any way to get plates. She appeared annoyed and told me they didn't have any, but she could give me some forks. Apparently, they don't automatically include utensils with to-go orders unless you specifically ask for them. Unfortunately, the service issues were only the beginning. To our disappointment, the food was awful. Every dish was bland, lacked flavor, and the beef in the Pad Thai didn't even look like beef (see picture). In the end, we spent nearly $60 on three entrées and an order of spring rolls. The photo on the website shows six spring rolls, but our order contained only three. The portions were small, the food was underwhelming, and we were left both hungry and disappointed. I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but between the poor service, misleading photos, high prices, and disappointing food, this is not a place I can recommend or see myself visiting again.

The shrimp stir fry was another dish with excessive amounts of onions and minimal other veggies. It should have called onion stir fry. I ordered Thai ice tea and hubby Thai beer. Drunken noodles had chicken which was dry. Street parking. Ambiance - okay. Overall, food and experience fell short up to our expectations.
