Panera Bread Tomball. One star is too much. This restaurant branch is an absolute disgrace to the Panera Bread brand. The short of it: This TOMBALL restaurant needs to be closed down, after management are sued for despicable neglect, knowingly having dirty food service under horrendous disgusting dining room conditions. Never in my 30 years of being in the Houston area have I seen such a truly, absolutely filthy restaurant; which was EMPTY, save my son and I and a couple of other people who left before us also complaining. It was Sunday at 6.30 pm you had 6 staff that I counted, maybe more! The dining room was littered with stale food and brown stains from the floors, walls, even the food service areas. The restroom had broken feces stained toilets, missing wall soap dispensers, a filthy stained sink which would have taken weeks to get in such a state yet only an hour to scrub clean. I am deeply shocked by the unhygienic food service areas, dirty handed staff and grubby dining room was littered with old stale food pieces stuck to carpet and tile floors and inside the dining booths. It seemed to be like visiting a college dorm, somebodies personal doss-house or rental they really don't care a damn about, there were two lap top computers, back packs and sprawling personal area set up for the lazy staff while NOBODY WAS CLEANING. We ordered soup, it was consistent with Panera Breads taste, I have nothing to say other than this branch is nothing like any of the others. SHAME on you for ignoring cleaning duties and the unkempt manager who when I looked her dead in the eye and kindly said our soup was fine but her store was dirty - she dismissed me with one sentence and a nasty glare allowing her staff to giggle and stand around doing absolutely nothing. The restaurant appeared to have many staff all standing around taking, laughing and doing nothing to upkeep sanitary eating conditions. CLOSE THIS TOMBALL LOCATION DOWN, you are robbing our local citizen's by putting us all at a health risk of: FOOD POISONING - Campylobacter. * Salmonella. * E.coli 0157. ... * Staphylococcus aureus. ... * Listeria.

    Filthy chairs!!!!

Upon our entrance I immediately noticed how filthy the front door was. Then we sat down and nearly froze to death and as I'm waiting for our meal I noticed more FILTH!!! Seriously! Won't be back here!!! Can you imagine eating a sandwich with your hands after touching your chair to pull it out

    Love their toasted baguette too.

Love this restaurant. we come here every week to study for our philosophy class. We love their soft music and reliable WiFi and love the Asian sesame salad, so tasty and fresh. Service is excellent.

"Cesar Salad" is nothing more than FUNKY ICEBERG LETTUCE. Not fresh; It's not even Romain lettuce, a staple of an ACTUAL CESAR SALAD.
    Jennifer G.

My "Cesar Salad" from Panera is nothing more than browning, funky ICEBERG LETTUCE. This is not fresh, but apparently the leftovers they serve you for dinner when ordering online... and paying extra for delivery and also the tip they recommend you add with the current No-Contact Delivery. There is no accountability here for their overpriced and out of date foods; not to mention there is no ROMAINE lettuce that is part of an ACTUAL CESAR SALAD.

The salad I got versus the salad I ordered. I had to go back up to the counter three different times to ask for various things that neglected to put in the salad. The guy even argued with me and said that corn wasn't on the salad and I had to read it out to him on the menu to prove that it was. Very dissatisfied. Do not recommend this location!

Like others I like Panera Bread, but this location needs some help. On multiple occasions I've received cold coffee, and even got a cup that had a ton of grounds in it. Be prepared to wait for what you order, even if it's just coffee and a bagel. I understand COVID has changed things, but I've been to other locations that seem to be doing just fine.

    My online order

They ran out of cinnamon rolls after I placed my online order for pickup. I was told they ran out when I did the pick up. The server didn't offer a refund, just said they were out of cinnamon rolls. I asked, "Did you refund me for that roll?" He looked at me like a deer in the headlights! Then he asks, "Do you want a substitute?" Now you give me an option, but the receipt still shows 4 items. Maybe a credit should've been offered? The chain itself is expensive for what you get too. Only happen to be nearby when I placed the order at 9am. Maybe have enough product on hand? You are off a busy highway!

Stoped in for lunch. Asked which salads and or soups were gluten free. Cashier gave me a dazed look. Asked another employee who in an irritated snarky voice opened a book behind the counter and asked me what I wanted to order and she would look it up???? I ordered a salad and soup that I'm still not sure was gluten free. While we waited at our table they tried to give us someone else's smoothie, Then when my salad came it arrived with a roll?? Don't think a roll is gluten free. Food was ok, service and employee attitude was definably below what I had expected. Will not be back.

The service was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised by how many vegetarian options they offered. We ordered the kimchi, kimchi fried rice, vegetarian dumplings, and mapo tofu. Every dish was packed with flavor and absolutely delicious. The portions were also very generous--we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy later. It's not always easy to find restaurants with so many great vegetarian choices, so this was a wonderful find. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area!

The restaurant is located in a small shopping center where several businesses share a large parking lot so parking was not a problem at all. Free and you can park close. Upon entering the restaurant, you'll notice that it's quite sizeable with many tables and seats. We went for an early lunch on a weekday and it was fairly empty. There was one large party of 8 and a few tables for 2 that were occupied. We got our table for 4 in a booth-like seating arrangement and prepared to look over the extensive menu. The menu is quite extensive and took a while to get through. Since it was our first time there, we decided to go with the classics: 1. Braised beef noodle soup - came out piping hot. Good portion. Good flavor. Noodles aren't necessarily hand-pulled but had inconsistent width making me wonder if they make the noodles in-house. They were very good. I wish there was a little more beef, and the beef was tender but not the best I've had. 2. Wonton soup - huge given it's an appetizer. I liked everything about it and could have been full if I just ate that myself. 3. Pork soup dumplings - the size of each dumpling is much bigger than expected. I liked everything how the top has a hole so you can actually drink the soup without needing to bite into the dumpling skin. 4. Pan fried pork dumplings - standard. I liked it but could have used a little more vegetables. Very meat-heavy. All in all, the food was great but not amazing. Prices were fair and maybe a tad on the expensive side. The service was good overall - waitress was super nice but obviously new. She made the experience quite positive. Lastly the reason I couldn't quite give it 5 stars is there was a faint odor in the restaurant (maybe sewage) that just made the meal a little less appetizing than it could have been. And some of the serving utensils were dirty so we had to ask for new ones.

They are located in the Stesti Food Hall and Beer Garden! The parking lot is small but free. There was plenty of parking when we arrived but the spaces are petite, ideal for compact cars and not larger vehicles such as trucks or SUVs. It's a bit of a tight squeeze either way. If you're unable to find lot parking, they have paid parking and free street parking along the neighboring street from what I observed. All of the staff throughout the hall will greet you as you walk past each of the perspective restaurants and bars on the inside. You will eventually make your way to Hup Noodle Bar! Such an earthy, vintage design with the decor. Plenty of areas to sit both inside and outside! Chef Cuong will greet you right away. His bright bubbly face with a huge smile will have you wanting to ask him all sorts of questions about his restaurant. He originally started with crepes and various French inspired desserts but had a passion for Vietnamese dishes!! His pride and joy are his chicken curry, number 1 and pho broth at number 2. Those two tend to sell out each day during the lunch rush! I got lucky because today was a bit slow as it was Valentine's Day! We ordered both along with their shrimp egg rolls! Pho with beef: Delicious and unbelievably comforting on a cold day like today! The basil leaves made it very aromatic! I could taste the star anise, cinnamon and ginger in this broth! It was slow cooked so as soon as the waitress sat it down, you got a huge whiff of all of the spices!! You took your first sip and it was so warm and tasty that, before you knew it, you were downing the entire bowl! Portion size is enough for 2. Curry with chicken: fragrant curry soup with bone in chicken! Lots and lots of coconut milk, ginger, red curry paste, a little lime, basil, cilantro, chile oil made for a very flavorful curry!! Loved the addition of the carrots and potatoes to add a bit of complexity in texture as you're taking a bite and sipping the soup!! Pro tip: Mixing the lime juice into the cup of salt and pepper levels up your dipping game when you go to dip the chicken in it! Use the bread to soak up the leftover soup if your goal is to leave no crumbs or leftovers!

Húp Noodle Bar is the second restaurant in Stesti Food Hall opened by Chef Cường, right next to his first restaurant Xèo Yum. This is a relaxed, open concept dining experience. You can pull up a stool at the bar or you can take a seat at one of the many tables in the food hall for more a more intimate setting. The food is amazing! The first time, I tried the King Kong Bowl and let me tell you this bowl would satisfy any monster appetite out there from King Kong to Godzilla! The broth tastes excellent. The meat is tender, flavorful and filling. Where else can you find high quality ribeye, prime brisket, meatball and beef short rib in one bowl. You can add filet mignon as well. The noodles are top notch and are some of the best I've had. If you've been to Xèo Yum, you can expect the same high quality food , excellent presentation and amazing service. If you've never been here before, trust me, you will not be disappointed!

I ordered the Signature Braised beef Noodles soup, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The broth tasted very basic and lacked the rich, deep flavor I was hoping for. The beef itself was decent, some tender pieces and a few tough pieces. The soup was supposed to be the star of the dish, and it just didn't have the savory, slow-cooked taste I was looking for. Personally, I wouldn't order that soup again. That said, the portion was generous. Looking at other customer reviews, some reviewers specifically recommend the noodle dishes over the soups, while others mention that flavors can be hit or miss depending on what you order. Overall, my experience wasn't memorable.
