This Panera location always seems busy and a bit out of order. The dining area tables are wobbly and are typically occupied by teens and tutors. The staff seems to get along well as they have personal conversations and giggles as they work to fulfill the orders. Glad to see them smiling rather than drudge through their day. This location could earn more stars if they repaired things and swept up a bit more often. The location has a steady flow of customers which might account for the messy floors and tables. The food is consistently good and fairly priced.

AWFUL FOOD and service.I placed a mobile order for this location I showed up a little early so I could ask if I could replace my sons yogurt with a baguette piece I waited for a second the lady brought out my food and when I told her what I wanted she said okay just go ask over there which was where they were serving out their food. I walked over to ask the gentleman for the baguette he looked at me befuddled I told him that again that the lady up front told me to get the bread from here he goes oh no it's a dollar now.... I'm explained AGAIN the situation that it's for my sons meal I talked to the lady he goes I know but it's a dollar for bread now....I gave up and sat down with our food. The flat bread I order was a rubbery dry piece of cardboard with toppings on it, the chicken was fatty and whoever cut it didn't do a very good job. I ended up throwing it out after trying to make do but it was so upsetting, the salad was fine but the egg had such a funky smell I gave up on that too. my sons kids meal was fine the only thing we actually enjoyed was the cinnamon roll but the visit overall was disappointing

I came to this Panera bread few times. It's in the corner, you have to park a bit far and walk. But staff are nice and food is great. I had multiple visit with different food and all were great. Highly recommend and will return soon!

Panera is my first option for lunch. Everything is freshly made. I love their paninis & soups. They have a very good check in system where in you enter inside & on computer you enter your name. Then server will call you at the counter. You place your order & you will be given a token. When that token blinks it means your order is ready. You can collect your order at the counter. Food came out good. My panini was great. Freshly made with fresh ingredients. And the tomato basil soup was very flavorful. For water or soda they have a machine you can go take it yourselves. They have lot of dessert options as you can see in the picture. I didn't try any of that but I have heard good things about their croissants. Will try next time. Restrooms are clean. Service was great. Food was good. They have lot of food options apart from paninis! Ambience was peaceful.

Today was 5 star day. I got the Strawberry Poppy seed chicken salad and it was delicious and looked so yummy. I also appreciate the rapid pick up.

Mediterranean chicken salad and broccoli cheddar soup. Hard to believe this is Panera.

What happened to Panera? They have upped their game. What a noticeable improvement to their menu, ingredients, customer service, and dining areas. No more preservatives and an improved, healthier menu can be found at Panera. My favorite is the Mediterranean chicken salad with kale and sun-dried tomatoes. It's full of tasty and fresh ingredients with a light dressing. Their broccoli cheddar soup is another favorite of mine. Not so healthy but the macaroni and cheese is worth indulging in with those soft shells in a bath of creamy white cheese. Kids meals come with apple, yogurt or chips. Avoid the grilled cheese. It's spongy and weird. Staff come along constantly cleaning the dining room and if you visit often enough, they will begin to greet you by name as you enter. Nice job, Panera.

Bread that was so narrow that it didn't hold my sandwich filling. Common sense clearly failed here.

Maddy gave the worst service ever. Her eye roll at customer for want to change his order was very unwelcome and rude.

Autumn Squash soup is our go to meal when it is available. I also like the Steel Cut oatmeal when we are there for breakfast.

I ordered the Tony Piccante, and my husband got something similar to an Italian sub ( can't remember the name). Both sandwiches were packed with flavor and made with really fresh ingredients. The portions are no joke either..you're definitely getting your money's worth. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and satisfying without feeling heavy. I was full eating half. Perfect quick stop if you want something filling and flavorful.

After a bit, we realized everyone had ordered already and we stepped up to the cash register. I ordered the PROSCIUTTO DI PAPO and my boyfriend ordered the THEE PARMESAN DON. We stood awkwardly in the way of the trash can for a while as there was zero space in the place to go to truly be out of the way of people. After about 20 minutes of standing there, a table cleared up and we very quickly rushed over to grab a seat. The cashier came out and cleaned another table but did not bother to clean ours. It seemed as though she was only willing to clean empty table. After about 40 minutes, our food was ready. It was insane to see how many orders were on their screen as the whole kitchen is visible from inside the place. The sandwiches were good, but I would absolutely recommend ordering ahead so that you don't get stuck standing there forever waiting. I also don't necessarily think the sandwiches were as good as expected. Especially for how long we had to wait.

Your choices are pay $15 to park in the lot where this food truck is located, or park on the street where a waiting city cop is dying to give you a ticket. Yes even on a weekend. Exhibit 2: A bacon egg and cheese sandwich cost me $14, which is about double what it would cost in the middle of Manhattan. Exhibit 3: The best thing about the actual $14 sandwich was the eggs. Nicely fried; but it doesn't take a genius to learn how to fry an egg. The kaiser roll was the kind of cheap crap "bread" GARBAGE you would buy at Save-a-Lot. Speaking of cheap, the bacon was cheap ass bacon that was BEYOND SALTY. (We all know the saltier the bacon is, the cheaper the quality is.) The American cheese, well, that is what it is. And finally, Exhibit 4: Does it really need to take TWENTY MINUTES to make a bacon-egg-cheese on a Sunday? It's not like there was a line of ppl ordering (LOL I know why now!). Don't act like you are baking your own bread and curing your own bacon, cuz YOU AIN'T. In NY they would throw that crap in your face if you trying to make people wait 20 minutes for that. I got 16 wings for $30 - 25% = $22.50 and I had half "soon to be famous" and half garlic parmesan. I thought both were just okay at best. I also tried at $14 dirty martini. It was pretty standard. And I tried the $15 espresso martini. I would not order an espresso martini here again. I enjoyed playing trivia and there are a bunch of TV's to watch a game.
