I went to Panera bread on Kent rd.. and I have never seen such helpful young men!! These 2 young boys Colten and Brennen were very helpful!! I made a couple mistakes, I spilt my drink and made a huge mess. These young men helped me clean it up and clean my table. I really appreciate when they did that. Those boys need a raise read more

I have a gift card, but can't use it online or by phone - it HAS to be in the cafe. So we will start there. We ordered tonight and got the smallest amount of food for nearly $50. Panera's prices are absolutely outrageous! Not to mention we didn't receive any of our sides (three baguettes and chips) despite asking "is this everything?" My fiancé visited this Panera on Graham Road on his birthday to redeem his birthday reward for a pastry, and the experience was very disappointing. Despite it being a simple request, the manager was completely unwilling to help or show any courtesy. It was disheartening, especially since it was a special day for him. That said, the crew member who assisted him was kind and professional our issue is entirely with how the manager chose to handle the situation. Thankfully, we decided to stop by the Panera on Howe Avenue afterward. Even though that location was significantly busier, the staff there was much more accommodating and friendly. They had no problem honoring the birthday reward and treated him with warmth and respect, which made a huge difference and turned the day around. Very disappointed with the management at the Graham Road location. It's unfortunate when leadership doesn't uphold the same quality as the rest of the team or other nearby stores. read more

Breads and pastries are fresh and orders can be placed online, by phone, or in person. Call ahead/ etc and skip the lines during peak hours (or anytime.) Panera Bread isn't a go-to place for people like me (who have celiac disease and live gluten-free,) but they have some lovely teas (hibiscus ginger kinda stuff !!) and my husband David likes their sesame bagels. read more

The Pick Two is a little pricey but good. The Corn Chowder might be the best item on their Summer menu. There is lots of corn in the chowder and the broth is tasty. You can't order crackers with the soup, which is silly. I was told they were not healthy. But you can get a sandwich to go along with the chowder. For 99 cents you can get a cookie. The chocolate chip cookie is the best choice. It is served warm. With the large drink, the meal was $15.00. read more

I really like the unlimited drink club. It is worth 10.99 a month since I get a couple drinks a day from here. Love the soup and sandwiches. Unfortunately, I can't eat anything there right now except salad because I'm on a keto diet. Would be nice if you got some low carb bread or something. I buy bagels and the pastry ring for my kids. They love it. My only actual complaint is, it would be nice if they put the bagels in a nice box instead of just throwing them in a brown paper bag. I had a very bad experience at Panera Bread at 1059 Graham Road in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. I went into the location on Tuesday 9/6 to order 4 1/2 dozen bagels and 8 containers of cream cheese. The "manager" told me I had to use the app or online. When I commented that this was ridiculous, the manager asked me to leave. I am a 67 year old woman trying to order bagels to pick up Thursday morning to take with me my doctors office and then some to take with me to the Cooper Cancer Center for my 6 hour chemo treatment. I don't visit here often but when I do the staff always finds a way to make me feel small and unwelcome. My wife asks me to stop by and get her tomato soup and a roll. So I ask for tomato soup and a roll and have to endure four volleys from the staff telling me they don't understand what I want with my soup. Finally I break out my synonym game and say "BREAD!" like the second word in their name. Staff responds with "Do you mean French Baguette? Cause soup comes with that..." And the tone was not friendly. So to sum up this is zero star location after several visits and zero enjoyable experiences. A good strategy would be to memorize the menu and read up before you visit so you present as worthy to the staff when you order. read more

I just don't think Panera warrants these prices and why I either take my.business elsewhere or cook at home. It's a shame too....but mothers are lazier these days and we all are suffering. There is a significant issue with the rapid ordering. Whoever is filling the orders checks off that the order is correct even if it is not. I have had to constantly double check to make sure I have the correct items I ordered. It's a 50/50 shot at being correct and when I spoke to the people behind the counter they are annoyed or just say sorry. There's no accountability. The guess work has been taken out of the equation.
