Brimfield-Kent OH First of all, what have they done to the asiago bagel? I used to get these almost daily. Now they just take like spoilt margarine, and also smelled rancid. The cream cheese given wasn't even cool? Hope I don't get sick but since I couldn't eat the bagel, I had a spoonful. My kid got the everything and a muffy- she liked hers. I am still giving only 1 star because I only went there because I didn't want to cook a meal and was starving. I had to cook anyway since I couldn't eat it. I have had a love- hate relationship with Panera for many years. The food is either excellent or awful and there is zero consistency. I will probably not order from them in future because I never know what it's gonna be. They are like Jeckel and Hyde. BTW - def not the first incidence of warm cream cheese - just gross! read more

Ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala (CTM) soup with a deli turkey sandwich. As always, the sandwich was made well and delicious. My usual order is Chicken and wild rice soup; yes the creamy one. I ordered the CTM out of curiosity. Or should I say inquisitiveness. The soup was spicy, yet not picante. The taste and flavor, very confusing, to say the least. One thing is certain, there was nothing Tikka about it. It was, at the very least, misleading, if not demeaning. I love Panera and almost everything they have to offer including their coffee, and expect them to be more sensitive when naming their selections. I made a mistake on my order today 08/25/24. I said no to all the items on a turkey cheddar sandwich. They had my phone number but no one called. So I paid $17.00 for two slices of bread. I guess they get this type of orders. read more

Absolutely horrible. Ordered the roasted turkey avocado sandwich. The bread was cut in three slices on each side and it still included the plastic wrap that it came in. Disgusting. Additionally, the bread was soggy, the avocado not ripe, and including part of the pit. The bacon was not cooked. I wouldn't feed the sandwich to a starving stray dog. Absolutely deplorable that they would charge for so much $ for such trash. No wonder everybody's trying to hire. $13.28. I should've just thrown it in the trash. read more

L panera. Had all their patio chairs and tables out but when i asked to drag them a couple feet to sit, An older woman who claimed to be the manager told us the patio was closed and we could not sit outside. it is a beautiful day and we ordered inside. If you are not going to let people sit on the patio atleast put your chairs away. I was personally very disappointed. the sandwich was awful, it was 90% bread and did not taste very good. Ordered 2 broccoli cheddar soups to go. They only filled it 3/4 full for both to save cost. One of them a bread bowl and they didn't give me the bread bowl. They tell you they don't have avocado for your salad but they charge you full price despite avocado being the most expensive ingredient in the salad again to save cost. This is a very bad run restaurant and if this is a franchise location, corporate should take note. read more

I'm not really a Panera fan but my wife is, So being the yes dear man that I am, I've been through this drive through more times than I can remember... plus if your a warm blooded NE Ohio human, you like Carbs, and they have plenty to go around at Panera. So I've had a couple warm buttery cinnamon bagels, which is the only thing I really "want" from Panera but I've also had lots of over priced half sandwiches that always seem to be lacking something.... food! And the cookies are too crunchy for my liking, but when you are in the mood for soup or a dozen bagels chances are you won't be disappointed! This location does not pay attention to order fulfillment. I live close by and constantly have to return after going through the drive thru because the order is wrong. Today I was charged for the wrong order and almost given the wrong food. They corrected it and u get gone and my order is still wrong, no chicken on my salad. I go inside, the manager comes out . I explain that my salad is missing chicken. I ask can tansy make me a new salad they go in the back and throw some chicken and a little new lettuce in the old one. I probably won't go back and will drive to chapel hill Panera which is much farther from my house. read more

I agree with all of the other comments saying they don't pay attention to order fulfillment. I have had stuff missing multiple times. The food is always good once you actually get it, but the last two times I have done curbside pickup I've had to wait about 20 minutes after my estimated time. read more

After hearing how tasty the new chicken sandwiches were I picked up two to go. What a disappointment. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was missing pickles and garlic aioli. The Signature Chicken Sandwich was missing the garlic aioli and the emerald greens were the size of two quarters at best. Both sandwiches were dry and the bottom buns were extremely thin. Definitely not worth $23.30 for two chicken sandwiches to go. (I was charged tax even though my order was to go. The cashier didn't ask. She must've just assumed I was going to eat two sandwiches. ) The employees working in the back section making the food were friendly and seemed to work well together. There did seem to be a disconnect on who had what assignment. More emphasis needs to be placed on quality control at this location. read more

They are thieves!!! I Purchased a gift card. There was an activation error on their side for the gift card. They ran my debit card for the $25, took my money and did not give me a gift card in return. They claim this is their corporate policy to not refund gift cards even though it was their error. They took my money and I got no product in return! This is theft!! I will never go into a Panera Bread after that horrible experience! read more

I ordered food and went in to get it. It wasn't on their "To Go" Shelf. I waited awhile and finally the girl behind register asked my name. I waited so long that I had 3 other girls ask my name periodically. Finally I went up to register and asked how long it would be. The lady went to kitchen and never came back. So a girl named Brittany came out and said, I know we brought that order out. Sure enough it had been brought out. I asked , why didn't someone tell me my food came out. But, this Brittany came at me yelling , I'm not to talk to her staff that way. All I said was, why didn't someone tell me. When I went in they had NO orders on the "To Go Shelf " they all sat on the counter. Another lady had been waiting longer than me and her food had been sitting on the counter the entire time. Brittany then turns it on me, and says, we go last names not first names. Even though I told all 4 girls my last name. Like it was my fault. I know places are not finding help, but don't take your frustration out on the customers. We are a local business who order twice a month from this establishment, and wont be back. Worst service and food around. Don't ever have a problem at Panera. They'll tell you to contact corporate, who will, long story short, basically make it so inconvenient and embarrassing to be reimbursed, that you'll just give up and say: "nevermind, you bastards!" Several bad experiences. As I often say, I don't want people to grovel. I don't expect anyone (let alone, kids) to get everything perfect all of the time, but y'all: I've experienced several mistakes. 50/50 chance that my drive-thru order is off. That's okay - just don't treat me like I'm a dick when I try to rectify it. Once, I asked, immediately, if I could just simply get my $2 back for my old, hard choc chip cookie (advertised as hot out of the oven). They said no. I hadn't touched it or anything. Prices are ridiculous. I'll pay for quality. This is not quality. Hell no! I had an epiphany: it really is just Campbell's soup, TV dinners (TV dinners rival their pasta), undercooked sandwiches, and iceberg lettuce (with chicken comparable to Subway...gag). What is there to say....its a Panera. I do not particularly like the layout of this location....not much seating and it feels very cramped. I have been here twice and have had polite service...though nothing to blow me out of the water. The food is as to be expected with any sort of fast serve chain. But I am a sucker for bread and the do deliver in that manner as it is their namesake they should. read more

This is the worst Panera Bread location I've visited, and it's closest to my home. Very poor Drive-Thru service! Two visits ago the Avocado in my sandwich was Rock-Hard, I returned & complained. The manager didn't even apologize or offer anything for my inconvenience. Most recently I ordered a salad with Bread, and received no Bread. When you're paying a Premium Price for Premium Fast-Food you should receive Excellent Food & Excellent Service. I emailed Panera Corp & complained. This is what I heard back from the Location Manager: "Thanks for your response. I aplogize that your visit was unpleasent. We strive for excellents but sometimes fall short. we are working on acheiving getting our accuracy up to par. once again i aplogize for your visit." This location like so many others is franchised owned by Covelli Enterprises. I tried to call Covelli Enterprises because I was very disgusted by the response I received. When you call Covelli Enterprises you get routed to automated voicemail. To me it's obvious the Franchise Owner nor Panera Corp cares about customer service! I will NOT be patronizing this location again. It's sad for Panera/Covelli that a customer receives better Customer Service Resolution from McDonald's!!! read more

I ordered a soup and grilled cheese with tomato and bacon. By far the absolute WORST sandwich I have ever seen. I did not eat it. There was maybe 1 slice of cheese, the tomato was rotten and the bacon was raw. I'm just about over panera, it's overpriced anyways. read more

My boyfriend and I have eaten here often, but it seems like it is getting worse and worse every time. The drive thru service is EXTREMELY slow, and 9 times out of 10 they mess up the order. It's always something, whether they make it incorrectly or forget something altogether. The food isn't consistent. Sometimes the salads are a decent size, but other times are about half the size they should be. Sometimes they forget ingredients. More than once, they forgot the chicken - on the chicken salad. Initially excited about having a Panera close by, especially with a drive thru, but quickly losing faith in this place. read more

I've been to this Panera location multiple times... and this time I think was the last straw. I ordered through their app for rapid pick up since I just picked up groceries and had my 1 year old in the car with me... figured it would be easier. The drive thru worker refused to allow me to pick up my order through the drive thru and stated I would have to come inside. I explained that my sleeping child was in the car, but they still refused. I've done rapid pick up before and normally don't have a problem with this, except it's cold out and I didn't want to have to get my child out of the car just to pick up the food... which was a bagel and a macaroni and cheese. If I would've known it would have been such a hassle, I would've just ordered at the drive thru! I've also delt with cold food and incorrect orders from this location on neumourous occasions. I returned, mainly because this is the closest location to me... but after today, I'll go to another location, or not go to Panera at all. read more
