This review is strictly for the delivery service, I cannot comment on dining in the actual establishment. I was at work, starving and surrounded by nothing but fast food. What is a girl to do. A voice rang out in the distance, "Panera delivers now!" The angels heard my prayers and indeed Panera does delivery. Pulled up the app, a few clicks later my lunch was ordered. Less than 20 mins after that a lovely gentleman arrived at my office door with piping hot soup and a half a salad. My soup was literally still piping hot! My order was correct and arrived faster than anticipated. More recently, the app notified that my order was ready but I still had to wait 20 minutes more after receiving the notification. He asked every single person and when you say no he started calling you racist and verbally assaulting everyone. Asked for the food to go because management was doing nothing. I have never had an issue at his location, and it's usually busy. This evening it was pretty slow. I was the only one in the drive thru When taking my order through the drive thru the cashier had a hard time taking my order because she was screaming and laughing through the intercom. When I pulled up to the window no one greeted me for about 5 minutes. Gabrielle was not apologetic nor friendly when she opened the window. This place is disgusting. It's filthy on a good day. I used to go in daily because I'm a Sip Club member and work right down the street, but their tea and soda bar actually smells moldy and musty. They complain when you use the Sip Club service, I pick up for myself (check in on in store kiosk) and for 2 coworkers (that check in on the mobile app). They complain that I take more than one drink, but what is the difference between me picking up drinks or if I'm picking up lunch for different people?! I use to love coming here because the food is always great and better for you. I'm always okay with spending a bit more to get something better for you. But I've ordered rapid pick up 3 times now and all 3 times it's taken over 30 minutes to get my food. Today alone I ordered a brownie, cookie and a bagel and took them 38 minutes and tried to tell me that someone must have taken it. I pre ordered 25-30 bagels and cream cheese 24 hours in advance. I had a family party and my item to bring was bagels and cream cheese. This store called me 3 minutes after I was supposed to pick them up and told me they sold out of all the bagels! What's the purpose of pre ordering then?! I pre ordered so you have advance notice and can be prepared for the items that I already paid for! What was supposed to be quick and convenient turned into last minute and anxiety! I love Panera I come here for breakfast and lunch at least 3 days out of the week. I love the bacon egg and cheese with spinach on ciabatta bread for breakfast and the new Mac and cheese combination they have for lunch. I also love the pick two deal they have it could get a bit pricey but hey it's worth it. The staff are always nice and polite when taking my order and they keep the place really clean. It was quick, for sure, but it wasn't my order. It was difficult to get the driver's attention. When I finally did, she took back the wrong order and drove away. I couldn't get her attention again, and she never told me anything about my order, just drove away. I contacted the store, and they stated a new order will be delivered.. When, for dinner? This location is so beat up and run down. It has been my go-to location for years, but I have slowly watched it decline. The most recent visit was with a group of friends. The dining room was really dirty. Floors were dirty, tables were dirty. The trash areas were not kept up with. We were there on a Thursday evening, around 6pm. There were about 10 of us, and we all arrived at different times and places our orders at different times, so we didn't all rush the counter. Before ordering we were told they were out of a few things, one of them bring bread/rolls as a side. Salads (note that is plural!) came out incorrectly, even when allergens were noted at the time of ordering. One salad had a plastic lid at the bottom of the bowl. A tray had a huge chunk of hair on it. It really wasn't a surprise when I saw the prep area when you pick up your food. It was a mess and a complete disaster. Knives were all gone so they resorted to giving out plastic, but you had to ask for it. There have been other times I have stopped in to buy bread bowls to go with some homemade soup. Every time I have ordered from this story, it was the same conversation. "You want a bread bowl, without soup?" "Yes. It is on the bakery menu, just like a loaf of bread." "But you don't want any soup? I don't even know how to ring that up." Yikes. I just can't. If I could give zero stars I would! After waiting in a long drive thru line, I ordered two (you pick twos) and an extra Mac and cheese. The person had a very hard time understanding that. I paid and received my food. When checking my bag, they completely forgot my Mac and cheese. I went in to get my Mac that they forgot. I stood in a long line for 20 minutes. I told them that they forgot my Mac and I shown them my receipt and my bag. She said I was getting it. 10 minutes go by and still nothing. I ask when it will be ready, (how hard is it to put Mac and cheese in a cup?). She told me, "we have other orders to complete". WOW! Horrible customer service and not friendly at all. The other night my husband got me a panini sandwich , after a few bites I notice a long black hair baked into the cheese :( it took 8 phone calls before I could get an answer and a manager on the phone.
