We were a party of 16 people. The service was great because they didn't miss anything in our order. Great job! On the other hand, the taste of the food was just ok. I tried the bacon Mac and cheese, but it did not have flavor. The Chipotle chicken sandwich was fine, but again, it lacked flavor.

Order a toasted cut bagel with cream cheese. Got a cold, not cut bagel that appears to of been made by a kindergartener.

Ordered a toasted and cut bagel. This experience could have been greatly been improved by giving me hot food.

I've been going to this same Panera Bread for 10-years or more. The quality of both the food and the service has deteriorated over the last several years. Today, the side bread was completely soggy on the bottom and cold, so I went to get another piece. The girl pulled a baguette out of a plastic bag and broke off a piece. It was the same soggy texture and cold. Not warm and crusty on the entire outside as it used to be. It's a restaurant built around "bread", so when that sucks it is a good indication about the state of the chain. Also, about halfway through my soup, I felt something in my mouth similar to a shrimp shell. When I pulled it out and put it on the plate, it was a piece of plastic that had been in the soup. Not going back! The 'Southwest Chicken Salad' gets an 8/10.

Ok. Is this the best Panera Bread? No. Was the food good? Yes. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was soooo delicious. It had an amazing combination of flavor, warm bread and juicy, tender chicken. Could not have asked for a better sandwich. The problems. Their soda machine was down and none of their juices were appealing. Maybe the universe was telling me that I needed water in my life, but I was really craving a high-sugar, carbonated beverage. Secondly, the wait was INCREDIBLY long. Like, on a whole other level of taking FOREVER to get your food. It wasn't extremely busy either. I had to ask twice about the status of my order. After the second time, someone started barking orders to the other cooks telling who to make what. It was crazy disorganized.

I go to this Panera often for a quick bite because it's extremely convenient to my house. The parking lot is huge and parking is never a problem. I find that EVERY time I've gone to this location I have to take out my hand wipes I keep in my purse and clean the table and chairs. It's extremely hard to find a clean table to sit at! I have noticed on a few occasions and at this last visit a woman going around the tile with a mop. At this particular time she was literally mopping under my feet and others while we were ordering. The tables were in more need of a cleaning than the floor. There wasn't a spill or anything that needed to be cleaned up, so I'm not sure why she was mopping under our feet. I noticed many girls standing around behind the counters kidding around with each other. I'm not sure why the manager didn't send one or two of them to clean the dining room tables & chairs. After I cleaned the table and seats we were able to enjoy our lunch. I always enjoy the Fuji Apple salad with a soup. This time I had the tomato soup which was good. My husband always gets some type of sandwich. There are many different sandwiches to choose from. There is a rapid order pick up at this location which is good if you are in a hurry or on lunch from work. I've never used it but assume it's convenient. There is also a nice outdoor seating area at this location as well.

This is a nice cafe/bakery that does sandwiches, salads ,soups, and bakery items. The coffee is excellent, and it is help yourself. There is a nice selection of bagels, danish and pastries. They have egg sandwiches and soufflés. The soup menu changes daily. It includes creamy tomato, chicken & rice, broccoli cheddar, and cream of potato. Some of my favorite lunch items are the turkey bacon bravo sandwich and the Fuji chicken apple salad. You can sit with your tablet or laptop without feeling hurried to leave. My only criticism is the dining room needs to be cleaned up faster after the busy periods of breakfast and lunch.

    Teriyaki Broccoli Chicken Bowl

Decided to try one of the warm bowls. Would have liked to try the Greek bowl, but it was "out of stock". This location always seems to have many things out of stock. Tried the Teriyaki Broccoli and Chicken Bowl. As you can see there were maybe 5 very small pieces of broccoli and the size of the bowl was about half of what the picture shows on the menu. It was tasty, but leaves you hungry afterwards.

The food was okay overall, though we were both a bit disappointed. Both dishes leaned noticeably on the sweeter side. My beef vermicelli was fairly enjoyable--the grilled beef had a nice, slightly caramelized texture that paired well with the chilled noodles. However, the sauce also had a distinct sweetness that felt a bit heavy for the dish. As for the bún bò Huế, we ordered it knowing it's often a signature item at Vietnamese restaurants and pho spots, and usually worth the slightly higher price. Unfortunately, this one didn't quite measure up. The broth tasted more sweet than spicy, and the soup wasn't served hot enough. It would also be helpful if the menu mentioned that the dish includes congealed blood. The blood itself tasted okay but didn't seem especially fresh. The young woman who waited on us was very friendly, and we appreciated her attentiveness. However, toward the end of the meal, the check-in felt a bit rushed. There were a couple of takeout orders, but we were the only dine-in table for most of the meal. While we understand the need for efficiency, it felt a bit uncomfortable to receive the check before we had finished eating. This likely isn't a staff decision, but rather something that could be improved if the owner adjusted the table service approach slightly.

We were traveling with an elderly disabled family member who uses a mobility scooter. Although there were designated accessible parking spaces, the ramp leading into the building was so narrow that her scooter couldn't safely use it. Once inside, both the retail store and the restaurant had aisles that were too narrow for the scooter to navigate. As a result, she had to leave the scooter behind and painfully walk with a cane, which left her exhausted before we were even seated. The retail store itself was packed so tightly with merchandise that it felt more like navigating an obstacle course than shopping. Much of the merchandise was gift-shop fare at prices that seemed difficult to justify. The restaurant appeared disorganized from the moment we checked in. We watched multiple parties who arrived after us get seated before we did, including a party of two being seated at a table that could accommodate eight guests. Meanwhile, our elderly disabled relative was told she could wait in a chair next to the restroom. When we were finally called, we were seated at a table at the very back of the restaurant, requiring yet another long and painful walk for our relative. After looking over the menu, we found the prices surprisingly high for the offerings, and there wasn't enough that appealed to our group to justify staying. At that point, we decided to leave without ordering. After driving more than an hour based on the restaurant's reputation, the combination of poor accessibility, disorganized seating, and a menu that didn't provide good value made the trip feel like a complete waste of time. We ended up driving into Plant City instead, where we found a welcoming restaurant with reasonable prices and a much better overall experience.

But don't let that fool you into thinking it's under different management. It's the same wonderful team that's always been there. I was happy to see that during my most recent visit. My favorite item here is the Black Garlic Ramen. Honestly, it's my favorite ramen in the area. This time, I decided to deviate. I went with the Mega Pork mainly because of the beautiful picture on the menu. This is such a meaty and tasty dish, although I did miss the black garlic oil. I'd totally get this again with the addition of black garlic. There's something about it that really brings out the seasoned flavors of the egg. The tonkotsu broth is always amazing with or without it. It warms my bones, and especially on a cold winter day. It's also nice that Kung Fu Tea is still the prominent brand here. It's always reliable with consistently good quality ingredients. Their seasonal Pumpkin Oolong Milk Tea is always a winner. So, what has changed? The menu now includes soft or crispy sushi tacos. They have 4 different kinds. I tried the crispy shell with smoked salmon. I LOVE it!! I almost ordered another one, but it would have been too much with the ramen. I can't wait to get it again. I really love that fried maki wrap. It's so light & crunchy. It really does add a good amount of texture to the sushi along with the cucumber. So, I almost got one of the 4 different udons on the menu. It was going to be a toss up between the Kimchi Shrimp and the Black Garlic. Again, it was the beautiful pictures on the menu that lured me in. Ah, but I went with the ramen instead. I will definitely try the udon next time. I was told that the Kimchi Shrimp is very popular. If that's not enough to tempt you, then you must check out the dessert menu. I saw items such as Matcha Cheesecake and Vanilla Crepe Cake that definitely caught my eye. I'm already thinking about my next lunch order. I love the rebranding and the new menu. The service is still great as well as the ambiance in the dining area. It's a place that will always keep me coming back for more. Update: Get the Kimchi Shrimp Udon. It's that Korean inspired udon dish that almost tastes Italian. Absolutely delicious! Freedom & Nevaeh were both so very helpful. Thanks to both!
