Well, I used to see this place as at least a 4 star fast food place, but after my last few visits my high opinion has almost shattered. The lettuce hasn't been as fresh, they've completely skimped out on the salad dressing, the last soup I ordered was ice cold, the silverware they gave me had dried food all over it, they were out of an item I ordered, so rather than notify me they gave me a piece of bread (I paid $3.00 extra for said item) they were quick to give me a refund but I was already pretty annoyed at this point. When I finally was able to begin eating my food, I overheard the table next to me complaining and continuously running back up to the front with their food. Whether it's fast food or not, that is not how to run a successful business. Not very happy with this place. Have no desire to return. read more

I love Panars when they have their autum squash soup available, but it is seasonal. A high percentage of their gluten free soups rotate out seasonally [squash, black bean, Turkey chilli]. The new vegitable soup is not gluten free, cant you do better for us gluten intollerant? The quackertown store is freezing in winter when you most want a warm bowl of soup. Part of the problem is people use the backdoor to exit, exposing the dinners to a blast of freezing air. I think it might be a good idea to post a sign asking customers to use front door, which has double doors lessening the draft. read more

This was the worst food service that I have had in a long time. I got 2 orders of mac and cheese and waited about 15 minutes for cold macaroni. I took it to the counter and told them that it was cold. They replaced it and told me if I want it warmer thag "there is a microwave under the coffee maker". After that I went back to my table and began to eat but with my food being even colder. Horrible place to go for a hot meal. read more

This panara bread is one of the most incompetent locations I have ever been to. This is the 3rd time IN A FREAKIN ROW that I didn't receive something in my order. I reached out to panara about this before and they gave me a free entree because of it. I went to redeem the free entree tonight and they forgot half of the order again! I'm not a petty person but 3rd times a charm so here it goes. Tipping does not get you any better service either, so don't bother. I've never gotten utensils that they claim to offer. Also almost everything that is baked tastes like propane from the oven, that can't be healthy. You should take the customizable options off the menu because that seems like too much for your staff to handle, don't want them to get overwhelmed and miss the quality check that they never actually do. Also be prepared for online ordering being closed sooner then normal time, I assume the manager just wants to get out early. Which, I can't blame them, but at the same time I would be fired if I did that at my job. Seriously, can we get corporate to come to this location and ground them or something? I typically have had really good experiences with Panera's, but this one is not good. They skimp on the toppings compared to other Panera's. Expect 3 olives on your salad. Feta cheese? Maybe a spoonful if you're lucky. Yesterday I ordered a grain bowl and they forgot the grain! There was hardly anything in the bowl lol, the grain was the main ingredient. My family and I were craving some take out today and decided to come to Panera. The menu at the drive thru is out of date, they had soups advertised that they no longer have (as I was told by the rude and snippy person over the speaker). I'm extremely allergic to tree nuts (all nuts except peanuts) and the menu could not be more unclear as to which items contained allergens. When I went to order a salad I asked if it contained nuts. The person rudely snapped that it did, as if I could read the fine print on the menu from my car. I then explained to her that I am allergic to nuts and would like to know the salad options with no nuts. She was obviously put out that I even asked that and replied that they can make the salad I wanted without the nuts. Then got even more upset when I asked if the person making my salad could put on new gloves before making my salad. Like I'm sorry I could die if I eat tree nuts. Not my fault. Anyway, I ordered a full size salad, a small Mac and cheese, a BOWL of chicken tortilla soup, and a strawberry smoothie. I get up to the window and pay $21 for an incorrect order. They forgot the Mac & cheese and got an attitude when I asked for it. When I got home I noticed the tortilla soup was a cup size when I paid for a bowl size. I live about 5 -10 minutes from this location and when I got home, the smoothie was already separated. This wouldn't have been a big deal if the customer service was decent but I paid more money for food I could've gotten at wawa for cheaper with better service. The only reason I didn't go to wawa is I had my sleeping kid in the car with me and didn't bring my mask/face covering to enter the store. read more

THE EMPEROR HAS NO CLOTHES Someone has to say it. Let it be me. I have been eating vegetarian and vegan entrees my entire life, so I have a frame of reference. The Vegan Lentil Quinoa Broth Bowl is a joke. Purchased today at drive thru, bag soaked at bottom, that is a side issue, in theory it would have made the bowl thicker. But it is basically water with a little soy sauce and hot pepper paste at a price point of 8.79. Looking at Panera website and the bowl is loaded with lentils and quinoa, both were missing in action in mine, just water, and a lemon wheel. One star for this. Panera, stop giving vegetarianism a bad name and serve a quality filling product. read more

I went to this Panera bread drive thru around 3 today. It was empty and looked pretty well staffed. I ordered a steak and cheddar panini, among other things. When I arrived home the sandwich had no steak on it- just cheese and onions! They actually forgot to put the main ingredient on, steak! I live a half hour from the Quakertown Panera bread so there was no point in me wasting an hour of driving for my sandwich to be fixed. I already paid $10 for the smallest sandwich ever and it wasn't properly prepared. This is not the first time this Panera bread messed up my order either. I have been going to this Panera for a long time - years. Over the last six months or so, it has been a string of frustrating visits. It is SLOW. When your food is ready, the order is wrong at least half the time. Today, I ordered a half salad and customized it at the kiosk. Nothing that I asked for was on the salad. It was to go - no utensils and no bread were included. So, I had to go back. Not the first time this has happened in the last few weeks. It is convenient, but when the order is to go (forget the drive through - it's terrible and the food is never right), the food is rarely correct. Be forewarned. read more

Very slow service, poor quality food. Hot panini sandwich was lukewarm at best, soggy, and generally unappetizing. I was extremely disappointed having had better experiences in other Panera locations. Value is never great at Panera, but to pay $7.50 for a soggy cold mess that was literally in pieces when I got it is not excusable. Though this is a new location, I would expect a few issues as staff are trained, however there are some fundamental problems here. I would recommend steering clear for at least a few months while this location gets its bearings. read more

The food is good when made right but the last few times we got it there we had to make two trips. One to get the food and one to go get the correct food or the things the left out. From this point on we will have to have time to pull into the parking lot and check it over before going home to avoid the trips because it's apparent that they won't get it right the first time. read more

A chain counter service soup, sandwich and salad shop. Plus they have a baked goods counter. A bit more expensive than most, but healthier than most. They do accept credit cards and Apple Pay. Drive thru is available for those that need to grab and go. This particular one could be a little cleaner. read more

I can get over that but they forgot my side and I paid extra for cage free eggs in my bowl that are not there. It's not a one off, consistently on Friday nights between 530-7PM and you have already ran out of multiple soups salads or even bread. Do you not know how to properly order? We visited this Panera on Thursday afternoon around 3PM. Every table in the place was dirty and no one was clearing the table from the lunch rush. We ordered a couple of flat bread sandwiches which took forever to be served. The bread was stale and the sandwich was not presented well. Something has been wrong when you pay 12.00 for 1/2 sandwich and soup you'd expect it to be right even putting on the comments for my rapid order please check over order it has beerong in the past my sandwich was made with no Steak now I did not make a typo NO meat not a scant or small portion none ,zip,zero,nada. The staff member who made my sandwich answered the phone said he remembered making my sandwich and if he made that mistake he apologized and if I was in the area again he could mail me a refund or I can come back for another. My son went back and a replacement was made but not with the Almost 2.00 in extras that I paid for. The store manager is a unprofessional yenta. I deleted the app. Cannot be bothered with such discombobulated employee's as hard as jobs are to find no matter what the job. Do your best, if you don't like the job leave and after reading all the same type feedback from other customers I Kno w it's not just me . I realize we're all human and everyone needs there job so I don't like to complain frivioulsy. But to be fair out of the 6 rapid orders I completed 5 were wrong and incomplete. read more

They have no concept of what a bread bowl is, nor how to give it to a customer when ordered. Customized salad was wrong, no cheese in the French onion soup. I've always loved Panera but today is probably the last time I eat there. I almost always get the green goddess Cobb salad. I use the drive thru. There have been multiple times where I've gotten home and an ingredient is missing from my salad. Like Last week when they didn't add the hard boiled egg. Ok, one ingredient, I'm a little upset, but I always get over it. But today I got home and there was no bacon, no egg, and no avocado!!!! Are you kidding me?!! About the same as any other Panera. Lots of staff, but still some mistakes occasionally with orders. They do try to get it right and will give you a free cookie or something if they mess up. My biggest complaint is they often run out of stuff when I come here in the evening. Also they turn off the toaster, so it takes forever to get a simple toasted bagel. Manager seems nice and tries to help out. Food is pretty decent. Nothing to go crazy about. Soups and salads and sandwiches. Corner bakery has more interesting offerings, but Panera will do. I recommend the smoothies as well. They are quite good. read more

I have been to this Panera Bread 5 times, and every time they have messed up my order. The first few times I had mercy because I figured, oh, they're new. They're just getting established, but this time, they've been open for quite a while now, and I ordered take-out and was not given the half of a sandwich that was ridiculously overpriced. I am very disappointed with their compensation, as well. A voucher in the mail to receive a sandwich next time I go in. Also, the portion sizes are far smaller than the other Panera's that I have been to. I will not be returning, nor will any of my friends that have gone with me. read more
