Ciabbatta Cheesesteak.

I cannot believe people pay for the inadequately made sandwiches. I bought the ciabatta cheesesteak and there were more onions cheese and peppers than meat, literally thumbnail size bits of steak in not even a full layer. If I didn't have a gift card I would never go back. It's outrageous!

Sometimes, you just want something with fresh, healthy ingredients, as opposed to other greasy chains. Panera tends to be pretty consistent and predictable, with the exception of serving portions. They have a great app that makes ordering easy and highly customizable. They clearly post nutrition facts, which is helpful in making choices and comparing options. This location also has a drive-thru, outdoor patio, and a pick-up shelf for pre-ordered items. This location often asks you what you want to drink with your meal without disclosing that it isn't included (even with the kid meals), as a heads up. My kids enjoy the mac and cheese and usually get the apple as a side. Be sure to ask for it sliced if your kiddos are too young to bite a whole apple. My own go-to items include: -strawberry poppyseed salad (bummer...but it's seasonal). I add tomatoes, cucumber, and feta and it is perfection! -chicken wild rice soup -butternut squash soup (also seasonal) -chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich -SW chile lime chicken salad Did you know that they offer family meals at an affordable price? They have flatbread meals, sandwich/soup/salad meals, and even breakfast sandwich meals, all at $30 and under, which to feed a whole family Panera is pretty dang good. We plan on trying one of these for our next family night.

Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken

I wanted something light to eat and ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Garden Salad with grilled chicken. It was refreshing and very tasty. Romaine lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, and pineapples with pecans and light vinaigrette dressing. It was delicious!

This is the amount of food you receive for $25.

Horribly slow service in the drive thru. Waited over 10 minutes while the line didn't move at all. Won't return.

Food is always good and fresh! The environment is nice but the only complaint I have is a couple of the employees here are kind of rude.

Significantly late on Rapid Pick up. Staff seemed more concerned with going home then delivering to the time commitments for the order

Pricing!!!!! Firehouse subs are working on pricing their selves out of the business. Don't get me…read morewrong, the food is pretty good and the service is ok, nothing great but the price for what you get is crazy!

This establishment is absolutely ridiculous. The customer service is terrible. I ordered my food…read moreonline. I clearly stated that I wanted certain add ons to my sandwich for example: green bell peppers, yellow mustard, and banana peppers. And I also clearly stated that I DID NOT wanted mayonnaise and tomato. Guess what I got. Mayonnaise and Tomato. ALSO guess what add ons I got. NONE. Not my green bell peppers, banana peppers or yellow mustard. Really?? How hard is it to make a sandwich. When I called down to the place to explain what the problem was. Keep in mind. I kept my temper and I did not engage in any rude behavior. I kindly explained the situation and the person who was on the other end began to tell me that it wasn't his fault and that he made all the sandwiches correct. Well that's funny. Cause you clearly didn't. Seriously this place needs to step up their game. This place always has me writing complaints. And yes. This isn't the first time... Mind you I spent 40 dollars for all my food together. Just to get the polar opposite of what I asked for, when I could have just made the damn sandwich myself at home but I needed the connivence.. see how that turned out. Safe to say, I'm tired of given this place 2nd chances. I will never be returning. -Fuck off Firehouse

Came here for lunch with my family on Saturday around 12:30, and had a wonderful time…read more When we arrived the restaurant looked crowded, so I was worried it would be a long wait. However, we were seated right away. Our server immediately brought us coffee and got our 8 year old some hot chocolate (loaded with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, which he loved). It took a little bit for us to figure out what we wanted because there were so many good options. I went with their Italian inspired omelet with sausage, cheese, roasted peppers and tomatoes. My husband got the pick two from the lunch side with the super food kale salad and ham and Gruyère melt. While our son got the kids bacon and eggs with fruit and toast. The food came out at a good pace and was hot when it arrived. I loved my omelette. It tasted fresh and light and I loved the pop of the roasted tomatoes in it. The toast and jam they served with it were great. The grain bread was so good. I ended up getting potatoes instead of the salad (no extra charge) and they made them crispy which was just how I wanted them. The surprise for both my husband and I was the salad he got. Normally, neither of us are fond of kale but in that salad it was delicious. It wasn't super tough or butter which can sometimes be an issue. The melt was also good. Our son devoured his entire plate and was super happy with everything. Which is always a huge plus. This was a perfect place to come with everyone. It was inviting, fast and with good food. There are so many options that there is something for everyone and no one left still hungry or disappointed.

Slightly felt pressured to order quickly, in terms of food we got the salmon Benedict and the steak n eggs chimichurri. Food is saltier than I would like, like actually really salty especially the potatoes aka hashbrowns. Also not really a steak more like small beef pieces but there wasn't that much, 15% meat, 80% potaoes not hashbrowns, eggs very fine. Portions for Benedict smaller than expected. Overall food was fine, there's notice brunch spots in the area, but I wouldn't necessarily seek this out.
