Free birthday treat came in late this year. But just in time lol. And she threw in an extra cookie. So sweet;)

I've been a Panera Bread lover for many years. I needed to use a birthday reward before it expired. I placed my order with Shiloh. She was the sweetest, most friendly employee I've encountered in years! She forgot to give me my pumpkin cookie, and when I went back to the register to get it, she gave me an extra one and apologized for the oversight. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I also had a coupon off a sandwich. I ordered the Frontega chicken sandwich at Shiloh's suggestion. This was my first time trying it, and I loved it! I will absolutely be getting this sandwich again. And the French onion soup was yummy as usual. Thank you for the wonderful experience with both the food and customer service!

This is how my sandwich was thrown together. It's not the first time either.

I really wish I could have updated my review with a higher score. But after going to this location a few days a week for rapid pickup orders for the past few months, I unfortunately have to say that it will stay at a one-star review, No one ever even greets you when you walk in. Even if they are just standing behind the counter with no customers. Most of the time, my pickup order is barely on the counter, where i have to stretch all the way across to grab my bag, never in the rapid pick up area. Today, I walked in, and the two kitchen staff members were holding a conversation in Spanish and not even working. My sandwich? Not even ready after 15 minutes of placing my order. It was half put together on the counter inside the kitchen, which I could clearly see, with no egg yet. Once I arrived, the two women left the kitchen. Sandwich still not ready. Five minutes later, one staff member finally returned and threw my egg on the bread and then put it in the paper and placed it, not even near me where I was standing. She placed it barely on the pickup for dine in counter, and I again had to stretch across the counter. She clearly saw me and still no customer acknowledgment. There were several people sitting in the dining area, but there were no other orders before mine, which I saw on the screen. Two after mine, for the people who walked in after me. This place has been "north ported," meaning you get employees to fill positions that do subpar effort into everything. No customer service. Has been for years. Terrible management is what causes locations to run like this.

The food we did get tasted good. But we were charged for 3 extra dressings and only got 2.... And we ordered Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich and it came without bacon!!!!!

The customer service team has not been trained in proper customer service skills and/or etiquette. They have no concept of the 3 C's of customer service. They also have issues maintaining an adequate supply of the popular brands people drink, Pepsi. They absolutely can use coaching on proper customer service skills. 10/23/2023.

As I walked in I noticed barely any customers at a dinner rush time, 1 customer in the establishment on a Friday night. The gentleman at the register noticed me walk in, shrugged and tried to walk away, I went to the bathroom in hopes of coming back to a more welcoming friendly employee. This whole place smells like sewer / rotten eggs right now I can not believe it! Lol. Bathroom at least had toilet paper and towels. A nice young lady took my order , I got the chipotle chicken avocado Melt, and Mac and cheese for here. 20 something dollars for Bread, Mac and cheese and a small drink. The Mac and cheese was lukewarm / cold even at the bottom, very runny , watery , the cheese dripped like water all over my hair. Dirty tables , floors , smelly store , mediocre food and service. Pick any other Panera do not waste your money here .

Mediterranean bowl with chicken and side Greek salad

Very fresh! The food was delicious. I ordered the pick two with the Mediterranean chicken bowl and a side Greek salad. The staff is very friendly. A very busy place to be for lunch but they did a great job

I am Panera bread client for almost 20 years...Which is saying I was most of the times satisfied and kept coming back, but you guys lost me now.! My last two orders were curbside - portions of my first order comparing what I used to get while dining in the store was a joke and I said to myself I am never going to do it again, but because Corona is getting bad I did make second curbside order, which was family feast - I clicked on the email offer and followed description of the family feast by the picture and also text : one full Greek salad, one full Caesar salad, sup and baguette, all described as family feast for 4-6 people for $23 plus tax... I saw that amount for the offer it was fine, so I clicked on it and ordered... when we got home with the order, we realized we got one salad, sup and baguette - missing another salad we called the store and spoke to manager who very coldly said that he can't do anything about it and keep saying "I'll give you a number for corporate"... SO corporate - betraying clients this way is so LOW ..! you offering family feast for $23 - I got one small salad and quart of the soup and baguette for it..! Are you delusional..?!?!?!?!? You have no heart to betray clients this way... yes I saw later on the receipt was for 1salad, but this is very well thought through, when you seeing in "details" during making order - two salads, soup and baguette/ showing picture of two salads soup and baguette, make your choice step is showing checked boxes for Greek salad, Caesar salad, sup and baguette... when you're checking out, then you don't look at the details anymore (you saw them already three times) - you look at the price what you about to pay, because when I was making order I saw already 3 times that I am ordering two salads, soup and baguette...!!!! You take people for fools saying you get full Salad and I got "full salad" which was size of the half salad what you get with Upick2 (which is half off your regular salad..!) Do you think people are idiots...? Would you feed your family of four to six with small salad and one quart of the soup and baguette..????? We feel betrayed paying almost $25 for small salad, quart of the sup with the bread... Not just because of that, also because of the way we were treated, and because you think you can trick and betray your customers this way - you are losing two of your customers of 20 years...!!! I am sure we are not only ones feeling this way. I see your reviews and I am going to add another very very very bad one everywhere I can..!!!

Last week , our son wanted a footlong sub from there, on his birthday, so I ordered three footlong subs that my husband would pick up on his way home from work. Chicken Ranch BLT add pickles BLT extra veggies Tamiami Turkey no bacon The girl repeated the order to me over the phone, so I KNOW she had put down what I ordered. My husband called me on his way home and said the kid handed him a bag and said he was good. My husband trusted that person, and said "Wow, 3 subs for $59.89???" (Sub total $47.16, plus tax , and $9.43 tip.) I pulled out the subs when he got home. There were 4. I ordered 3. The BLT and Chicken Ranch BLT were the only things even CLOSE to being right, but just a sprinkling of lettuce on the BLT, and no added pickles to the Chicken Ranch BLT, and really, really MESSY subs. They're usually really nice looking, t.v. commercial -grade. The Tamiami Turkey wasn't made at all. AND they made an Italian and a Ham Turkey Club that I didn't order. I called to rectify the situation, but they closed early. I left a message stating my disappointment, then left my name and number and asked for a return call. I didn't receive one. That was 6 days ago. I suppose they won't be seeing us in the future. That's too bad. We thought we had found something good, but once the owners, themselves didn't want to follow through, we decided to stop patronizing them.

First time we ordered a margherita pizza. We liked it. It had good flavors and was cooked well. Sadly, the dine in experience wasn't great. It's just paper plates and plasticwear with your meal, which is okay, but no high chair for the baby and if they did have AC, it wasn't enough to cool the seating area. It felt like 80F or hotter in there. Seems like they really only want to be a take out pizza restaurant, which is a bit unfortunate for us, because we really like to enjoy the pizza right when it comes out of the oven. :( We liked the flavor enough to come back and try it one more time. We were excited and hopping for more. Mostly the same dine in experience, except this time the seating area was cooler (maybe because it's 77F and rainy outside?), but they didn't have any cups for tap water.... so you either buy their drinks or bring in your own water. We tried the pepperoni pizza this time. We were both very underwhelmed by this one, which is unfortunate because it's my favorite usually. The cheese covered up the nice tomato sauce flavor. At least with the margheita pizza, you enjoyed the nice sauce flavor, but the cheese really covered it up this time. Also, the pepperoni was that small 'cup and char' style, and it was really dried out and burnt. The pizza itself was cooked very well, perfect really, but the pepperoni just didn't hold up and was very burnt tasting. Not my preference at all. This large pepperoni came in at a little over $25, which seems too much. It had better be one of the best pizzas for $25, and it wasn't. We were happy to have tried it, it filled us up, but I don't think we will come back for the pepperoni pizza again. I think we might still prefer other pizza restaurants where you can sit down and really enjoy the meal, with cold water and wait staff.
