Went back thinking it might be better this time....boy was I wrong. I called in an order and asked for a quart of soup. I was told that a "quart" is now a "bowl".....new terminology they call it. I finally find a parking space (super crazy on a Friday night) and when I walk in, they were more interested in getting people out than even saying hello or good evening. I grabbed my order and hurried home because my two sick kids love this soup. I get home and the "bowl" was enough for one person. This might have been the worst experience I have ever had at a Panera. The person making my sandwich was more concerned with the Conversation they were having with each other. Then as I drove away to eat my sandwich it was cold in the middle. The icing on the cake was the hair I found in the middle of my sandwich halfway through eating it. It's fast food. I think some reviews are expecting more from this category of restaurant. That being said, I'm obsessed with their salads. Fresh and bright produce in tasty, healthy combinations. The service is heads above other similar venues - prices are fair, all entrées are under $10. What's not to like about that? read more

I feel that this Panera is consistent with other chains...it is high sodium food disguised as healthy, but given that, if I want to meet a friend or co-worker the higher prices are worth the ambiance without having the additional cost of tipping. The food is pretty tasty and if I want to eat fast food there is certainly more nutrition in their meals than a place such as Mc Donald's. So why three stars? this is a chain and nothing blows me away...but I frequent both the Seekonk and Route 1 location and I find both to be similar all around. The servers are often accommodating and of course you may find an occasional stick in the mudd here and there. Overall, If you are in the area and want to meet someone for a quick and casual bite, this is a decent place to go. read more

I love Panera, but not at this location. We order ahead for pickup and frequently end up with out bread, wrong size, and not following requested alterations (eg leave the blueberries of the salad). We are using an alternate location most of the time now. Just because you are in the middle of a shopping area does not mean you can sacrifice customer service Panera North Attleboro! read more

Ask them to cut your bagel by hand. They tossed my cinnamon bagel through the dirty slicer and it tasted like onions.

Not as good as other panera locations. Looks nice but it's very cramped in there. Also, the employees aren't very friendly, look like they hate their job and half ass making your food so it isn't as great tasting as other locations that do the job right. For example, they toast your sandwich with the lettuce on it instead of taking a few seconds to put it on after so your lettuce is mushy and gross when you get it. read more

I went right when the opened after the snow storm and at least one person had obviously called out or was running late so they were a little behind and the manager was actually helping out. They let us know even though everything wasn't out yet we could still order anything off of the menu and since it took a little longer to make we got our coffees for free. Our food actually tasted better than usual too! Usually when you go somewhere that isn't completely set up they're rude to you for interrupting them before they're ready to help BUT they were nothing but nice! read more

I don't go to Panera often, but the other day I was doing errands and stopped in to order the turkey and cranberry sandwich that I had seen advertised. I was really disappointed when I finally got the actual sandwich. It had hardly any turkey or cranberry sauce. The bread was rubbery and the sandwiched tasted microwaved. I also got onion soup which tasted like a bowl full of salt. For over $8 for the sandwich and over $5 for the soup, I would definitely expect better quality. I guess Panera is going downhill. read more

I am a big fan of Panera in general, but this location needs to get their customer service and priorities in order. We, my family and I, went to have some food on Sunday at 5pm. The store closes at 8pm; however, they were already cleaning up as if it was 7:45. The food was cold, the soup was thick and dry (clearly had been sitting for several hours), and even the coffee had grinds in it. The manager couldn't care less. We asked her some basic questions and she prefer to continue cleaning than trying to make the situation a little better. This is even more impressive considering that we were some of the only clients in there at the time. I can't then even imagine what happens when they are slammed during rush hours. It seriously makes me reconsider eating here going forward. read more

The creamy tomato soup is good, the sandwiches are okay, but the salads are strange, the booths are uncomfortable and not cleaned often enough, the lemonade tastes powdered. On the plus side, the food came out less than 2 minutes after ordering at lunchtime, so that was nice. read more

This location specifically is awful. Every time I go, they mess something up. They either forget my chips, or my croutons, or give me the wrong side. By the time I realize it I'm long gone. There is one cashier that drives me crazy, when it's my turn in line she will be flirty chatting or goofing around or whatever with her coworkers while I stand there awkwardly waiting for her to call next in line. She is always doing this. Terrible customer service on her part. What are they paying this girl for? Then one day I overheard her getting promoted! Awesome, now the lazy teenager is going to be in charge of things. I always try to go to ANY other panera location but when I make the mistake of going to this one, the service is horrible and inconsistent. I think there are a few good workers carrying the place and the rest are just along for the ride goofing off and not paying attention. read more

I like Paneras. Like any other chain restaurant, you get what you expect. In Panera's case, it's better pastries, different coffees, a choice of good soups and sandwiches, and a place to sit with friends or business folks for as long as you want, with Internet connectivity. The setting is perfectly pleasant, and so are the staff, pretty much whichever branch you go to. If you don't like one, you're probably not going to like any of them; if you like one, you'll probably like them all. And I've been to a lot in a bunch of different states. read more

Actually, I rather like this location. I come here from time to time for a bagel, coffee, and to surf the web with my netbook. Even though it's busy, the staff is friendly, they keep the coffee hot and filled, and it's a good crowd to people watch. I like coming in here once or twice per month, usually on a Saturday or Sunday morning, just to chill. Solid 4 stars! read more

There broccoli and cheddar soup is to die for! The staff is always super friendly and the bathrooms are always clean.

At first, I called in to place my order. Darren put me on hold. After waiting close to 5 minutes, I gave up. I had some shopping to do, and wanted my order ready when I was finished, but that wasn't happening. So I did my shopping, and went in when I was done. I placed my order with a nice, friendly girl. She repeated the order exactly, so I wasn't worried. When I got the food (to go), I checked to make sure everything was correct. Unfortunately, I didn't look closely enough. When I got home, I realized one sandwich was missing. (The order was 2 soups, 2 sandwiches and a mac and cheese.) I called and got Darren again, who again put me on hold for some time. At the end of it all, he apologized and is supposedly going to send me coupons. That really doesn't cut it, but whatever. My husband's sandwich (tuna on sour dough with lettuce) was not on sour dough, and had onions and tomatoes on it as well. He said the sandwich itself was nothing special. The soup was ok, nothing to write home about. The mac and cheese has gone way downhill....sort of soupy, not thick. The entire experience reminded me why we haven't gone there for years. WAY overpriced for what you get, which is nothing special. Never again. read more

This was a terrible experience. With terrible management whom don't actually do their job and just relocate managerial responsibilities to young cashiers and underlings. They got my order - kept it back behind the register because it was missing something - didn't tell me until 15 minutes afterwards when I went up and asked why the Rapid Pick-Up said 2:33 and it was clearly 2:49. The manager whose name she refused to give me was having more than a 10 minute long conversation which I and the workers their on the clock agreed was a PERSONAL and UNPROFESSIONAL one. Before I left I made sure to let the management know why I was upset and kindly reminded her she was not to have lackadaisical personal conversations during business hours not to mention during PEAK hours. She then instead of immediately recognizing that she was in a Panera hat with a Panera shirt and that she was in fact working as the manager on duty in the North Attleboro Panera Bread that already has a bad reputation with its barely 2 stars and scathing reviews. All in all - needs new management and is probably among the most trashy Panera out-to-date. read more

All I can say is whether its No Attleboro or any of the other regional locations. They are going down hill and fast. There has been a very noticeable change in quality the last few years. It must have something to do with the management, or the lack of quality employees. Or the restaurants are just overwhelmed with customers. They all seem to be poorly run lately. For what they charge which is a ripoff. I am surprised they are getting any business at all. Just shows how many morons there are in the world. I love this Panera. Parking lot is always busy around lunch time but other than that no complaints. I always do the rapid pick up order and my order is always ready right on time with everything I ordered. The food there is delicious and the bagels are just my favorite! read more

Came here with a couple of my friends for a quick lunch, we were not satisfied. After the current remodel, we were definitely expecting more. I received my meal and tasted the Mac and cheese which was cold which was disappointing. The tables were littered with crumbs and we had to clean the table ourselves. And DO NOT sit in the back because the odors from the restrooms are so strong it is unbearable. Probably won't come back to this location again, strongly disappointed. read more

Aargh! Panera advertises free wireless, and that seems like an unfair ad. This Panera, for some odd reason, unlike the other Paneras, almost never has wireless working. I had to wait approx. 25 minutes to get online, and when I did finally get online, all web searches were off limits -- with the exception of a web page about the delights of Panera. The employees were friendly, and they cooked the food up to Panera's usual standards, which I don't find particularly tasty...The ambiance and wireless is why I come. I bought an entire meal plus dessert but will choose a different restaurant next time around. read more

I love Panera! So after a long day with no lunch I picked up my daughter from dance and she decided on Panera. The cashier was very pleasant however she did not know about the rewards card or how to use process the gift card. My green tea I ordered was horrible and asked if there was something wrong with the machine b/c it did not taste like it at all. While waiting for our food, a customer came back up to the counter to complain that his sandwich was frozen. The young man was going to reheat it instead offering a new sand which. I ordered a frontega chicken 1/2 sandwich with chicken noodle soup. The sandwich hardly had any chicken in it or onions...nor was it grilled. I asked for the manager to tell her about my sandwich and she didn't apologize but took my food away and said she Would refund me. Not what I wanted but she didn't give me a choice. Well I got up and left never to return to this one unless the management is changed!! read more
