I really love Panera. Especially their "secret menu" because it's packed with healthy options. I do have one complaint tho, I regularly order the power egg white bowl with roasted turkey and about 50% of the time it is made incorrectly. It's delicious if it's made right and served warm but today when I sent it back because it was served cold I was told that it is always served cold... Which is incorrect. As much as I love the food and the atrium seating of this location, I come here to study and get some work done and the internet BLOWS 75% of the time. There were only a handful of people here this morning, two of which were on a computer using the internet like myself, and it takes an eternity to load any webpage. The past couple of times that I have visited this location I could not find a clean table, and I don't come during busy hours (I've learned my lesson!). Put in a to go order of $100 and received generally bad service. The order was also incorrect - items missing.

For my late lunch today I decided to go to Panera Bread as my mother had gave me a gift card and I wanted to use the rest of it up. I was excited as I was not going to have to spend any money for my late lunch. I was also going to get my birthday cookie which was on my panera account. Great reward program by the way. So I go in order a sandwich and my shortbread cookie and she says the server is down for my birthday cookie so she can't look up my account. I'm thinking shucks no birthday cookie for me. She says we will give it to you anyways, I said aw that is nice of you Thank You. So I hand over my giftcard for the total of my sandwich and she says oh I am sorry we can't take that as our server is down. Long story short, that is the whole reason why I came there is to use the gift card and get a Bacon Turkey Bravo. She got Shaun and he went above and beyond and took care of me. The system was down because all of the rain Colorado had gotten but he knew it wasnt my fault and that is how I was going to pay. Honestly, I would have walked out unhappy and foodless. Shaun the assistant manager at this location went above and beyond and I thank him very much for making my lunch/mid-day pleasurable! It's good food but the portions are small, a full sandwich barely had enough chipotle chicken to fill the bread, and at $9 dollars, wasn't worth it, I left still hungry, I won't eat there again read more

I really enjoy Panera and enjoy every piece of food I have had there but the company (meaning all stores) is very overpriced for what your getting. The meals come in cafeteria looking trays and the portions are good sizes but for a lunch for one person over $13 is a bit on the high side for me. I enjoy going to get a pastry and use the wifi and comfy seating to study or relax before I go to work. It also seems at every single Panera not just this one, the orders are always wrong in some way... Forgetting bread, sloppy presentation so a sandwich can't be eaten, forgetting a dish in a Togo order, giving the wrong side. :/ hopefully corporate can think if new systems to fix these errors and the high price issues! read more

I order from this location frequently. I always order the rapid to go option and this is the second time they've forgotten to make my green smoothie. I always have to go up to the counter and have them make it. I order rapid pickup so I can grab it and go but now I have to stand there and wait for them to make my smoothie. Bad service. read more

So, I was unhappy when I wrote a review yesterday about this Panera. When they messed up my order for the second day in a row I talked to the managers (s) and they offered to get me my order yesterday at no charge. Failed again, but not so seriously. This time there was actually an order ready for me. Got three out of four bagels correct. Unfortunately, the order clearly stated that I wanted them sliced.....none were sliced. Small issue but emblematic of the failure of their online ordering system. The manager was friendly and apologetic but still failed to get my order right. He advised me to place my order by phone. This location is not representative of all Paneras. This one sucks, royally. They constantly mess up orders and the food is a mess. Skip it and find another location. Maybe then they'll get their act together. read more

I recently asked a friend to go pick up the highly advertised shrimp and soba noodle salad for my lunch and he ordered a turkey sandwich. After returning with the food, he commented on how disappointing his sandwich was in quality, quantity, and price. The harshest part of this experience was the salad. The salad itself looked very UNAPPETIZING and when I opened the salad and I was immediately assaulted by an overwhelming ROTTEN smell! The salad was not even palatable and was immediately thrown into the garbage. So yesterday for my lunch, my friend was disappointed, I ate crackers for lunch, and our entire experience was horrendous! I am highly disappointed by Panera and extremely embarrassed as I had recommended this as a great place for lunch. read more

Like other reviews have stated, I've been to much better Panera Bread locations. The first time I went here about 2 months ago, they were out of the bread for my sandwich but failed to tell me this until after I had ordered. I figured that was fine and I would give them another chance. The next two times I returned very similar situations happened. The second time not only were they out of the bread for my sandwich (ciabatta) they were also out of the side baguettes. The third time I went here they were out of both ciabatta and focaccia bread, and I overheard them telling another customer they were out of something for their salad as well as the soup they had ordered. I understand that things happen, but this seems to be a very consistent, not to mention unprofessional, problem for this Panera Bread location. Normally I wouldn't even be upset about a restaurant being out of what I order if they let me know before I placed my order, but it is always after I have placed and paid for my order; and it has happened every time. Long story short, find somewhere else to eat that will have what you order, or go to a different Panera Bread location. read more

I come here to grade papers every chance I get! The wide variety of seating appeals to me most, as I'm annoyed and distracted easily by people's eating noises. The employees are great - Daniel is especially nice. I'm addicted to their cinnamon crunch scones: what they lack in nutrition, they make up for in delectable crunch on the outside and fluffy texture on the inside. :-) Their rewards program actually gives you coupons and free food! Come check it out and enjoy a much quieter - and cheaper - atmosphere than Starbucks!! read more

The staff here is friendly. We especially appreciate that, sometimes, they give free coffee. The food tastes good and is a reasonable value. The only two downsides to the place are, first, that it has very little inside seating and the tables it does have are not equipped with nearby electrical outlets so that you can use your computer and, second, that it is often too cold in the restaurant. They run the air conditioning year-round, a decision that makes no sense from the perspective of controlling costs, and they set the thermostat no higher than the very low sixties. It is not comfortable and that degree of energy waste is not setting a good example of corporate environmental responsibility. The outside seating is pretty nice, though no outlets are available, and even though parking is scarce in the adjacent lot at busy times it is not usually all that hard to find a place for your car. read more
