This is our family's fave breakfast place for us to take our visitors, family and friends or just to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and a sandwich. My fave or rather our fave person is David. The food is always good but be prepared to spend at least 35 to 45 minutes just to get a cup of soup to go. There were 5 people in front of me at the register and that took 20 minutes alone. Then another 20 to get 2 cups of soup. Seen and heard alot of complaints while waiting. read more

Don't come here for the service because its bad. I come here for the broccoli cheddar soup. Maybe an Asiago sandwich from time to time. Otherwise its not all that special and my rating would be one star. I recently mastered the kiosk ordering which is super cool and super fast if you are in a rush. I always skip ahead of the line when Im grabbing to go. Super bummed out the other day when they were out of my soup and didn't tell me until they brought out the other half of our order. I told the associate to just cancel it I didn't care to sub another soup and she began asking me what I ordered. We went to the one in the West Covina Area, a number of years ago when you could select the bread, etc. This time we had a gift card and my wife and I tried our local restaurant (replaced a old restaurant we went many times(Michael J's) We ordered Soup and Salad Combo( my wife) and ordered the Clam Chowder with a half of a Tuna Sandwich. The Sandwich was good and the Chowder had a different taste than most chowders. Our friend had a Salad. They brought over the drinks to our table. They give you a blinking disc to give to your server. They have ADA parking in front of the restaurant. One problem: the Isles leading to the rest rooms are sometimes used for storage. I had to move a cart out of the isle to the Men's Room--These rooms need to have ADA access (Ladies Room also.) Everybody liked the food and we spent about one hour talking on Saturday. read more

So I'm on a clear liquid diet and I ordered a chicken noodle soup. When I got my order taken to my seat, I noticed lots of seasoning floating about. My husband very kindly asked the manager Ann Marie, if there was any way the kitchen could strain my soup and explained my situation. Ann Marie said she would personally get a bowl of just chicken broth. A few minutes later she brought in my order. This was well above and beyond what we expected, that they catered to the specific need of mine. So I will definitely continue coming to this Panera and giving more kudos to Ann Marie the manager. read more

Hard to select what to eat because there are so many options! Salads, soup, sandwiches, paninis, pasta and an amazing selection of breads and desserts. I chose the grilled cheese with a power spinach salad and was really impressed with the salad but the grilled cheese was dismal. Mostly bread :( The kid choices here are pretty good although it is not large family friendly, the seating is pretty limited and every time I have been here it has been really busy. I have visited this place twice. The first time the sandwich I ordered was small for the price I paid. I told myself I wasn't going to return because it was a rip off for the amount I got. The second time I came here was only because my brother got a gift card for Christmas. So we ordered, it was really hard to order enough food because we wanted to use up all the money in the gift card. The service was okay, and the food came out in a good amount of time. The soup also remained hot which is good because our order was for to go. The soup was okay. The sandwich again was tiny. The description didn't tell me that it had mustard in it. I am not a fan of mustard. I really wish the descriptions were clear. Had I known that there was mustard in it I would have definitely asked to omit that from my sandwich or even pick something else. Over all, I think I would much rather go to subway to get a sandwich. For the prices I have to pay here, I would be happy to spend the same amount and get a bigger sandwich. read more

So I never had really given Panera a shot, until one day I decided to stop for lunch and try it out. I was definitely pleased with my choice. The service is quick, even when there is a line of people waiting to order, they have three or four people working registers which helps people get serviced fairly quickly. I love getting the You-Pick-2 special and adding the chocolate chip muffie for an extra 99 cents, pretty good deal. I really like this particular location, the way it's set up is cozy and the outdoor seating is also a plus. The fact that they give you a baguette on the side with your soup and sandwich is also pretty awesome. This place is definitely a must when it's a cold, rainy day as the food just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside! Their french onion soup is very tasty :) try it! read more

I want to like Panera. Unfortunately, the restaurant makes it nearly impossible to enjoy your experience. The turkey chili is a favorite of mine, however, since I usually order on the app to pickup, it's a crap shoot as to what I'll get. I've only had an order completely correct once. I've gotten more savvy about checking before I take the order home. It's always missing something, bread, utensils, or has wrong items, etc. If it weren't for the turkey chili, I'd never frequent this place. Got the Roasted Turkey Artichoke Panini, I think there was less than a tablespoon of red pepper and caramelized onion in the whole sandwich....the artichoke-parmesan spread? Barely a smear, I tasted artichoke in only 1 bite of the sandwich. Maybe they were rushed in the kitchen, the place was busy, but shortcuts don't make for a memorable meal. Getting pretty disappointed with this Panera. For a second time my meal has been prepared rather sloppily. The first time my order took over 10 minutes (I did rapid pick up) and the order was wrong. Now my meal is poorly put together. There's not much quality to it either. My sandwich had hardly any meat and the salad was drenched in dressing along with some browning leaves. I have used this location for catering on two different occasions for lunches at a local care facility. The feedback from the staff was the presentation and quality of the food is excellent. Being busy is not their fault but I have ordered the same thing the 3 times I have been there and the portions have shrunk and the service seems to have slipped a little. I come to Panera to enjoy some of the foods they offer. At this Panera I have had several.bad experiences with service. On many occasions they have given me wrong orders and on other occcasions the food was not prepared well. Panera is a pricy place so I expect much more. I have been to several other Paneras and have never had the experiences that I have had at this one. Maybe it's the people they hire or the training of their people.
