    Nice ambiance

Typical Panera but with an updated decor and very friendly service. I was very impressed with the smiles on everyone's faces; the person who dropped my food came back to ask if I needed anything. Classy, Panera! They had everything I wanted. Greed Goddess Cobb salad, Mitten Sugar cookie, and a loaf of Tomato Basil bread.

Love coming to Panera.. always fresh and yummy!! Customer service was very nice too! Thank you!

    My food

Are you going to put any meat on my $14 sandwich? I have enjoyed this sandwich a couple times now and this one has 1/3 of the meat as any other one I've gotten.

Had a delivery order on the weekend. This is the amount of protein they put on our sandwiches. I don't even know how someone would send this out. Do not suggest this Panera.

Usually everything from here is fine, but there was a label inside of my oatmeal towards the bottom. So gross!!!

    Half bowl 'ah soup.

I ordered 3 soups in a bowl and they pretty much only came with half :/ pretty sad about it since I've been sick and trying to fix my weary soul on a bowl of good ole chicken noodle soup. Side note: the chicken noodle soup only had 4 NOODLES IN IT!!!

    Whole chunk?

The food was good, the service was quick, the atmosphere was loud but that shows how popular Panera Grand Haven is!

I loved that they had an outdoor ordering window, so you could order and then sit at a table outside and wait for your name to be called. No need to go inside and wait to be seated, which was perfect for a quick lunch. We got the pickle poppers and the Nashville Hottie, and oh my goodness. That Nashville Hottie will go down as one of our top Nashville hot sandwiches ever. It may not be a traditional Nashville hot, but the flavor is absolutely phenomenal. It's ginormous, messy, and loaded with sauces that complement each other so well. Your first bite gives you a little sweetness, and then that heat starts to kick in, followed by all the other flavors coming together. So, so good! There's also a pimento-cheese-style sauce that comes with it, and that just takes everything over the top. And the pickle poppers were an experience all on their own. They were hot, crunchy, and delicious. I was worried they might have too much cheese inside, but the ratio was actually perfect. And of course, the pickles themselves were fabulous. The service was great too. The girl working was super friendly, and even though the lunch line started getting HUGE, they moved everyone through quickly and got the food out fast. Highly recommend! If you're in Grand Haven, definitely give this place a try. Just be prepared for a crowd around lunchtime!

The indoor/ outdoor space blends together in the warmer months with cool hangout spaces and game areas. This place is truly a work of art. Drink lists abound, but because it was lunchtime we stuck to food. We were not disappointed. Everything was well conceived and delicious. I can't wait to come back and try the bone bread next time, stew and scrumptious sounding salads. Today we had the kids smash burger, Brussels burger with frites and fried haddock and frites with a delicious coleslaw. The best part? Different sauces to choose to dip the fries in. The curry ketchup was the best (special shout out for *actually* cooking the curry into the ketchup) as it did not taste of raw curry. They definitely don't cut corners here. We noticed, and we appreciated it. We will be back.

Yes, they have a small parking lot, and don't fret if you have the park on the street like we did, as we were seating promptly and it didn't feel too crowded. Since we were seated at high tops near the bar, the bar tender was our waitress, and she is literally the nicest, good energy, engaging human ever! She also whips up the custom, creative mimosa recipes, kudos to her for her awesomeness! I ordered the Shakshuka, flavorful, delicious, would order again. Even as a non-vegan, it was satisfying and would recommend to everyone. Husband had the 1964 Worlds Fair Waffle, and it was tiny. Not what you envision when you think of Belgian waffles. He also ordered the Belgian Forest Bacon, again VERY small portion, so much so that at the end of the meal, he had to order a side of the Smashed Maple Sausage. Both our drinks (I had the mimosa) were fantastic and worth ordering, loved the glassware! Aside from the small portions of waffle, bacon, and sausage, the cheerful vibes here are contagious, and I'd dine here again in a heartbeat!

We even ate before we went so we wouldn't get hangry, but even from the wait of being seated to the time the kitchen finally makes your plate of food, my children were almost in tears because their tummies hurt. When asked how our meal was, I finally did mention that this will be our last time patronizing this establishment. Clearly they are too busy to craft a joyful and memorable experience. It's better if we find a new spot. My previous review still stands. Go if you want a good breakfast, but be prepared to wait awhile and pay a premium for it.
