It doesn't matter which Panera Bread we go to, the orders include almost the same thing every time. A strawberry smoothie. My youngest loves the strawberry smoothie from Panera Bread. I really like using the kiosks inside for when I order because it remembers my favorites list. Every Panera looks similar, not a ton of frills. The drink stations are nice because you can refill your drink before leaving. The open kitchen is nice because you can talk to a person in the event you have a question or issue. My food might not always be the best, but as long as the Strawberry Smoothie continues to be made the exact same way at every location, I will continue to give 5 stars because you made my kids day. read more

Update 11/26/2018- Once again, a poorly run location with small portions, high priced menu items compared with other locations. By the way, most employees seem to be Spanish because I heard all the staff speaking in Spanish. I was greated with "Hola" before I placed my order. Nothing against Spanish, but thought this was still America. Just saying. . . This is probably the worst Panera I've been to. First of all the decor is awful. Looks like a cafeteria, not the typical Panera decoration. Second they don't give you enough portions of food. I got a ham, egg and cheese on a French baguette for $4.89, seriously? And the portion was 1/2 size. Plus with the salmonella outbreak the past few years they don't think about cooking the egg all the way. I got this cold runny egg. They will only cook eggs over easy or this runny scrambled way. Not very smart with chance if E. coli. read more

While I love Panera this location doesn't always get it right. Several times I have ordered for pick up only to arrive home and realize that either my order is wrong or they forgot an item. Once I ordered 12 bagels and tubs of cream cheese and literally had no cream cheese in the bag once I got to work :/ But you are always welcomed with a smile! That being said I love the menu! Totally obsessed with the four cheese soufflés. It is so rich and such a delight to eat. Grilled cheese in tomato soup are always a fan favorite at my house as well. I like my usually Panera but this one is probably the best one I've been in so far. It's clean, fast, and of course delicious. All Panera's are generally the same but I'd see myself sitting here with friends outside relaxing and really enjoying a cup of joe. This location was. Very tranquil and quiet. It is tucked back in the corner of the shopping area so finding the parking can be a little challenging but once you do it's a great location. The inside was nearly empty aside from a few customers working on projects in quiet. This is a great spot to come if you need to do homework or work from home and need a quiet place to get away. The overall cleanliness could use a little work but other than this the location was very welcoming and the food was hot and fresh. read more

I'm hoping that because it's now owned by corporate things will get better. I have the subscription, I order it rapid pick up, I get the message saying it's ready and in the cubicle waiting for me. It's rarely ever there, I have to wait in line or until someone acknowledges me to just get a cup and then hope the coffee, sugar and half and half are properly stocked. A lot of things that usually go wrong and cause a longer wait. Also, no guest recovery, sometimes I've waited 20 minutes just to get a cup and wait for new coffee to be brewed, to just get an "oh sorry about that." I felt like the service could have been better at this location. No one asked me if I needed anything else when they brought out my food. It kind of felt like I was an inconvenience to the workers here. The biggest problem I had at this location. Was there a lack of product. My grandson wanted a sausage and egg bagel but they were out of sausage. They were also out of ingredients for a chai tea latte or cinnamon crunch latte. We went through the drive through today, the name on the receipt is Samantha. At the window she took our money, returned the receipt and credit card. Next exchange as she handed us food not a heres everything, this is your order not a single word. We asked is that everything but before we could get the words out she had already closed the window. Terrible attitude. So we checked for ourselves and we were needing another fork since we ordered 2 bowls... we tapped on the window after she wouldn't come back while we were sitting there to ask for it. I ordered a flatbread with extra chicken no bacon and there was so much bacon on it and such little chicken, I couldn't even eat my flatbread it tasted so greasy with all of the bacon. I also ordered a sandwich with pickles on the side and chips. There were no pickles, no chips and close to nothing of avocado. I am very disappointed. The food is ok. It's a little pricy for what you get. I don't know what the girl taking my order was thinking. I ordered chicken tortellini with a cheese Brittany and a drink. The girl taking my ordered said I could add a half cup of soup, salad, or sandwich. So I was like ok I'll get broccoli and cheddar soup. She then asked if I would like to add a cookie for 0.99 more. I declined. The total came out to $19.81. I thought seemed really high. When I got the receipt she had charged me for the half cup of soup. The way she said it sounded like it came with my meal. Wish that she had been more clear about it. She did ask if I wanted the cookie for 0.99 more, so why not tell me the soup would be $3.95 more. It was very irritating. She said she could take it off but the food had already come and I like to pay for what I get. Next after the food did come. I noticed that I only received a spoon for my soup. If Panera is not going to leave silverware out for its guest then it should put them on the tray with the food. To echo a lot of the other reviews, this is a very disappointing Panera. I've frequented Panera for years in several cities and while I had a few issues here and there even combined they weren't as bad as this one. Consistently my boyfriend orders a breakfast sandwich that adds a few ingredients, including some that he's charged extra for, and they have yet to get it right. We asked them about it and they said it wasn't on the order. How did something we pay extra for not appear on the order? It seems like the staff here has become used to complaints because responses are short and uncaring. They'll resolve the issue but not without appearing angry. The only thing I have luck with ordering is a plain bagel with butter, but even then I've gotten cream cheese or it not be toasted. The only upsides are the food (when correct) is good, and the interior is nice and updated. But if you're in a rush you may as well go elsewhere or you'll be waiting a while on your messed up order. read more

This is a great new addition to Champions Gate!!! Located at the end of Laura Lane, it's a convenient location right off I4, that's easy to get in and out of. There's a drive thru as well as a large patio to sit outside. My office has been ordering here since they opened about a month ago and every order has been correct and completed in a short amount of time. Ordering through the drive thru is really quick and the staff has been very friendly. As always the food here is delicious! It's also great for work functions. They have catering available with an assortment of sandwiches or you can create individual boxes that come with a cookie and chips! Their bagels are fresh and the cafe mocha is my favorite to start my morning off. I highly recommend checking out this new location! read more

Went today for lunch. I like the new and improved self service kiosk since they finally accept my phone number that's attached to my Panera account. As always we order the you pick two. I had the Grill Cheese and Tomato Soup and my husband had a Turkey Sandwich and Cheddar Broccoli Soup and as always the food is fresh and the staff is friendly too. Apparently on the kiosk I forgot the add turkey to the sandwich and the manager did double the order when picking up the food. The one and only hick up we had is my friend ordered a toasted bagel and it wasn't toasted but the staff did correct it quickly. This location has been improving since we've had some bigger issues in the past and we didn't have them today. Can't wait to go back since all the food is fresh. read more
