My food order was an egg whisk with ham. It comes with bread, but I opted out of that. They were really slammed with customers and to go orders so I waited quite a while for my food. I tried again today, thinking I'd see if there's a walk-up window. There is - sort of. The menu board has no prices, and apparently is also incomplete because the employee who came out with an iPad had to tell me about other items that were part of a promotion today. Ordering process just wasn't comfortable for me, not sure what I was ordering because there was no visual. "What size do you want?" I have no idea what your sizes are and what the prices are And then the awkward flipping of the iPad for the "just gonna ask you a question here" tip addition which is just dreaded by customers. The places I go where you order from an app I'll add a tip -- the iPad flip is just so cringey. Overall this experience just wasn't what I was looking for, I'll scoot on down the road to the other drive-thru with a super easy app and ideal ordering and pickup experience.
