I truly enjoyed the food and the service. Very friendly environment. It was nice to find a Columbian restaurant in Davenport.

Two different employees were very rude and not helpful. I needed a menu for food and the first one stood there like she didn't know what a menu was. Finally just pointed to the coffee menu and walked away. Second girl was exactly the same. Idk what the problem in asking for a menu is. read more

So since moving to Davenport I was in search for a good empanada but was so disappointed with this place. Firstly the logo makes you think it's a dog bakery of some sort. Looks like a paw print. This was right around the corner from the air b & b we were staying at . The coffee was so good and they have specialty flavors. We had gotten the fried Venezuelan chicken empanadas and they also had Aji Picante sauce which is really hard to find around the Orlando area that is a must to pair with empanadas! I have to say that I've seen these locations around for quite a while but this is the first time I've taken the time to stop in one. I had a bit of time to kill between appointments and had just stopped for gas so I figured I might as well have a quick breakfast. There is no sign to say that they are open and the windows are covered with pictures of their products so I just walked up to the door and tried it. Once I was inside I was surprised by how many different counters there were filled with so many products. From cakes and pastries, cookies, breads and empanadas and more. I was hoping to get a real bit of food in me so I decided to try one of the chicken empanadas. I also ordered a double chocolate cookie and just about the only thing I could drink off their menu which was chocolate milk. Health issues can interfere in so many things. The young lady working the counter was very helpful in telling me about the products and helping me decide where to start. The empanada was warm and packed full inside. She also offered me some hot sauce which I welcomed. It's a very small amount but it ended up being perfect on this size empanada. It added some really great flavor and just a bit of heat so that I really want to go back and try some of their other ones now. The cookie tasted really good but it was a lot more crumbly than I usually like. With so many choices in the counter though I'm sure that I can find plenty of items that I will enjoy when coming back. The chocolate milk was a little unusual with the empanada but in the end it worked perfect for me and I was very happy with what I had. This location is very conveniently located in Posner and right by where one of my kids lives. read more

Came in on vacation- saw great reviews and variety. Doors were completely covered in vinyl, hard to see hours, or even inside the business. Posters are all in Spanish. Lots of stares when I entered, even from management sitting in back. I was ignored by an employee. I got an Oreo cheesecake. I'd rate it 8/10. Great flavor and somewhat whipped texture. Good crust. The young woman that helped me apologized for the atmosphere and seemed embarrassed by the discrimination. read more

There are lots of counters filled with sweet and savory baked goods... but no idea what the items are or how much they cost! There's a TV screen behind the counter with a list of items and prices, but it rotates between different screens quickly and is hard to study. Even doing my best with that, nothing I ordered matched the price of what I thought I was ordering. If they added small signs inside the cases, showing the name and price of each item, would be the only way I'd come back. Having to ask an employee "what is that and how much does it cost" for every single item isn't the experience I am looking for. read more

So i went last week bringing my family here to have a small little something and let me tell you this place has change and now instead of recommending i will let people know not to go. The empanadas were cold and not enough filling the chicharron was cold and not crispy. They did not want to reheat which to be honest should not he this cold this early in the morning. And on top of that there should be a certain heat temp. food should be in so they do not go bad. Nothing seemed to be fresh and nothing tasted good. Service was terrible and felt like they did not want to be there and did not care about customers needs. I just wish there was better hispanic foods around this area and have not found anything to boast about yet. So Disappointed. read more

Horrible service. They should have stayed with the bakery and not extended to breakfast. They took our money and then didn't make our food. After asking for over 15 minutes for it to no avail we asked to cancel the order. They refused to give us our money back AND they refused to make the food. After another 15 minutes they made some of it. They took our money and didn't give us all the food we paid for. It's such a shame because the food we got was good. Its so sad because the main store was so good when they open. The lines were big and the food was just amazing. I came to this location and yeah service is good. But the food... wow so so baaad. We bought colombian empanadas. The grease of it rip off the bag... soaking wet on oil... the baked ones were mainly more bread than actual filling... the venezuelan empanadas also supeeer greasy... the quality of the food became incredibly poor... the ambiance its okey. This place is excellent and a great addition to the community. The entrance is noticeable and clean. The inside is filled with friendly employees and fresh food and drinks. I can smell the sweets and the empanadas as soon as I walk in. The personnel speak both English and Spanish so they can provide a personalized service. Este lugar es excelente para la comunidad.
