First let me say I LOVE ME SOME PANERA! We visits Panera weakly. Review is for Corona location only! Let me start by saying I love the new kiosk ordering system. Since we started using it all of our orders have finally been correct! +1 star for that! prior to the system Incorrect order would have been n the CON category! PRO -THE FOOD: Good quality and lots of options to change items around and make it what you want ( again only since the new app and ordering system..before that NO!)Choices are abundant..salads, soups sandwiches, baked goods goodies bread.....yada yada yada! - New Kiosk ordering system! (No need to deal with the crap staff at this location! ) -App. You can sit at a table and order remotely! SOSO -SPEED OF SERVICE: Service is SLOW (but MUCH better now with the new ordering kiosk system). PRICE- Its not cheap!! It is just as much as a sit down restaurant with table service. CON -CLEANLINESS: Something about this location ..it is never clean. Understaffed maybe. We usually go outside and eat because the junk under the tables is gross by lunch time. Unfortunately they don't maintain cleanliness outside much eather. We have been in may times and the place looks like train wreck and the staff is doing nothing. -FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF I guess to work at this location you have to have resting bitch face or be kind of an A-Hole. This is for sure a Management issue. Train you people some customer service! -PHONE ORDERS just don't do it.It will be totally wrong and they will be jerks about it. Probably the worst Panera I've ever been to. The reason I hate coming here is because they honestly never get my order right something is always wrong. I ordered online @ 6am for some soufflés and when I got there they had cancelled the order but I had also ordered bagels and they failed to give me those too. It was 6:10am how are your soufflés not going to be ready when you open at 6? Just another example of there negligence and unpreparedness. I reordered a sandwich and a bagel which took longer than it should have. Starbucks would never do something like this but it's my fault for even believing Panera can compete with them. 0/10 would recommend this Panera save your money and go across the street to the Starbucks! read more

This was the worst experience I have had... Went at 5:30 pm out of Tortellini Alfredo... Got the small portion of rigatoni bolognese and they gave me 18 rigatoni for 8.50! This portion wouldn't feed a 10 year old... Will never go back to this location ever!!! So upset! read more

Everytime we come in something is always wrong. They forget to put something in our bag or they make our sandwich wrong. We called last time and let them know they had messed up and they gave us a free sandwich that they would fix. Which was great customer service. We went back to get that and we ended up with just as bad. The presentation is just horrible. While we were there I heard a customer complain about how poorly they made her sandwich and looking at it, it was very poorly made. They didn't even have what was meant to be on it. And they put very little meat and Vegetables on it. It's not like we pay five bucks for this food. It's pricey and you should get what you're paying for. Tip to the manager Sandy (I only know your name and realized you're the manager because of your tag), try smiling more, maybe try not to look so annoyed when my mom and I are asking for two hardboiled eggs and toast. It's not a complicated order, we aren't rude customers, it's 9 am and it's not our problem if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I have lunch here several times a month when shopping at The Crossings, and we also frequent the Panera at Riverside Plaza. The food is always good -- favorites include the tomato basil and French onion soups, Greek salad with chicken, the Cuban panini and the asiago roast beef sandwich. We're also addicted to the asiago bagels; in fact, we love all their artisan and specialty breads. And, where do they get their great, crispy and fresh-tasting potato chips?? I would love to be able to buy them separately. I think the black bean soup tastes more like a bowl of plain black beans than a well-seasoned soup. Also, for me, the Italian combo sandwich has too much meat (and no, I'm not someone who complains when my ice cream is cold) -- it's just that I think good bread is an important component of a sandwich and all that meat completely overwhelms the very good ciabatta bread it's served on. Let me start this by saying me and my girlfriend are huge fans of Panera Bread... we have been coming here for a long time and love the food. Today we visited this location at the Corona Crossings and were VERY disappointed. Let's start with the fact that it's not even 2:00 and they're out of so many things. This is a restaurant based around bread... there's no reason on a Monday by 1:15 you should be out of all but two breads. They were also out of cucumbers, and various other vegetables. Maybe something happened with their supplier shipment, who knows, but it seemed crazy to us. But that's not the worst of it. The worst part of this trip was the rude employee who made a point to show that she was irritated that we had to send a sandwich back because it was made incorrectly. As I previously stated, almost all the breads were unavailable, so my girlfriend selected sourdough on the order kiosk, as it was one of the only remaining ones. When her order came, they sent her sandwich in a ciabatta bun( which the computer kiosk had said was unavailable). She politely took it up to the counter and explained the mistake. When the waitress brought the sandwich back, she said "here's your sandwich, but you didn't order it on the sourdough so next time make sure you push that button". We politely explained that we did, because it was one of the few remaining breads available. She gave us a look like she didn't believe us (furrowed brow, hands on hips, etc.), said "well we are out of tomato basil bread..." and kind of nodded like she was humoring us and walked away, leaving behind bowls and plates that were finished and should have been cleared by her. Additionally, besides this rude waitress and lack of available ingredients for their food, all but one order kiosks were down (one shut down in the middle of our order, which when notified the manager said he would take a look at and then never did while we were there) and the one available was having issues (even the nice employee at the counter didn't know how to help us select out order once finished putting it in- I will note, this employee taking orders with the brown hair was so sweet and friendly, the only good part of this experience). This location needs to step it up... unprofessional, inadequate and embarrassing. read more

We have eaten there a couple of times but the service stinks. The ladies at the cash register have been rude. They often run out of items. Last summer the health board dropped there rating to a 'B' from an 'A'. Panera hid the rating behind a sign. Though the poor/rude service is the reason we will not be going back. read more

My husband and I regulars here. Today was extra amazing. Despite them being super busy for lunch, with even a few rude customers here and there, James, our cashier was super nice, helpful and VERY PATIENT with us since some of the stuff on their menu was already gone or "sold out." The amazing service did not just stop there. My husband and I found Hunter working super hard at keeping the dining areas clean. Not a single dirty booth or table in sight! Hunter had also brought ovet our meals, and offered to get us lemons for my husband's soup. He came back with lemons in hand, but most importantly, a smile on his face. The menu is so confusing. First time at Panera and the prices for what you get are high. Sandwiches tasted good nothing super impressive. Most tables were dirty but they only had one employee running around delivering food to tables and cleaning at the same time. I have been to this panera bread many times and loved it! I am obsessed with the smokehouse turkey panini and the broccoli cheddar soup and even crave it. However, the last time that I went, I was very disappointed. I came to eat dinner here before watching a movie, so this was around 6-7pm. I ordered the usual and after 5 minutes, a waiter told me that they were out of the smokehouse turkey. I was extremely upset and didn't want to eat there anymore. The waiter then told me, oh we have some more. They basically didn't want to make anymore because of the time and I was disappointed. But, the other 10+ times I've been here, the service has been great, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere is nice and peaceful. :) read more

Great soup and 1/2 sandwich "Pick 2" specials for $6.79. We had chicken noodle soup with chicken salad sandwich for one and tuna sandwich with French onion soup for the other. Great service, servers are all very polite to all guests and nice place to relax and have a bite. We've been here during high volume and low and it is always good.
