I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with Panera. I very much enjoyed this restaurant chain growing up, especially for their soups and salads. The sandwiches on the other hand are a bit of a mixed bag because I find that they're not the most satisfying, especially their grilled cheese. However I came on this particular morning and ordered an egg white with avocado sandwich which is usually on a multigrain bagel. I asked the employee to please substitute the bagel with sourdough bread which she kindly accommodated. I have to tell you I'm very underwhelmed by the portion size considering that I spent $6.99 (I added $1 for the tip). This has become a common thing with Panera where they overcharge and give very little food. I would have consumed the entire thing in three bites but the ingredients kept falling apart. Maybe I should have got it with the bagel but I really doubt the portions would have been any better. At the very least I can say that it tasted delicious and the inside of the place is very nice as they usually are, but this is all too common in my previous experiences.

Good spot for some tea, iced coffee and an online meeting. There are high top, low top, booth tables for eating and chilling here. Service was swift here. Tea isn't bad. Would prefer no background music. It's at least not as loud as it is in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are clean. They offer curbside delivery and have many kiosks at the front to put in your order for contactless.

I made a delivery order on 8/31/2021. After receiving our order, I noticed that I was missing an item. At the time, I was furious because for some odd reason, there is always 1 item missing anytime I make a big order. And it is always something I order for one of my employee's that is always missing. Although my employee said that it was fine, to me, it wasn't. I called and spoke to someone and they asked if I wanted a credit for my next order or if I would like the missing item delivered which was just a small Mac n cheese. Not only did they deliver the Mac n Cheese, they delivered a larger portion along with cookies, scones, a bag of chips & bread. To top it off, the manager hand delivered them to us. I know mistakes happen but for this place to go above and beyond for their customers makes this place great! Thank you so very much for all the extras!

Completely disorganized. I sat at the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes to have them open the window and ask what I had ordered.

I wanted to believe this place had turned a corner after being featured on Bar Rescue, but what I…read moreobserved afterward made it clear that whatever changes were made did not stick. Responsible alcohol service did not appear to be a priority. It was common to see visibly intoxicated patrons continue to be served, sometimes to the point where their condition was hard to ignore, and then leave without any meaningful intervention. That alone raises serious concerns about community safety. Operationally, there seemed to be very little oversight. Staff were regularly left to close the bar without an owner or manager present, despite the volume of cash moving through the business. Inventory tracking appeared inconsistent, with many items rung in under vague or generic categories rather than clearly documented. From a customer perspective, it felt chaotic and loosely managed. There also seemed to be a culture of excessive comping of drinks and blurred boundaries between ownership and patrons, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. Instead of structure and accountability, the environment felt improvised. What ultimately changed my perception permanently was how a legitimate health issue was handled. When I was unable to come in due to a serious medical situation and communicated that honestly, the response escalated quickly and aggressively rather than being handled with professionalism. That experience alone made it clear that people are disposable here. If you're looking for a bar that prioritizes responsible service, professionalism, and consistent management standards, I would think carefully before choosing this one. The optics may look improved from television, but the underlying culture did not appear to change.

Really wanted to like this place. But they were on Bar Rescue for a reason. Even after the show…read moreaired the bartenders were vaping behind the bar while serving. The go-to Reuben was not memorable and somewhat dry. If you aren't a regular you're treated like a nuisance. Too many other places that deserve your business more!

I want to love this place, but I can only like it. The food is too hit and miss for me to "not be…read moreable to wait" until my next visit. I'll eat here, but not as often as i would if they polished up their menu/execution. The chicken dishes, all of them, are terrible. They advertise "tender chicken cut into slices," but if you look at any of the pics on here, it's all the same - tiny, little chicken bits, dry and overcooked. The more obscure dishes are the way to go. They fail hard on the basics, but hit home runs on their more unheard of menu items. If you've never heard of something, but it sounds good - that's what you should order here. Chicken lemon rice: 3/10 Not enough chicken, lemon tastes artificial and weird, soup is bland. I've had better CLR at most any coney island. Chicken Gyro: 3/10 Chicken was dry, the orzo was dry and overcooked, tziki sauce was thick and lacked flavor. Plenty of chicken... I would have rather had less chicken, cooked better. I haven't seen their chicken kabob, but it seems like this place uses the thick part of their breast for the kabobs, and uses the scraps bits for all of their other dishes. Grape Leaves: 7/10 Good flavor, good sauce... wish the CLR soup tasted as good as the sauce from the grape leaves. Stifado: 9/10 Excellent dish. Good amount of beef, great flavor, nice stew. This is the dish that I would come back for. Bread basket: Bread: 4/10 - they serve the bread ice cold. Olive oil: 9/10 - excellent flavor, super light, nice lemon zest Service: 8.5/10 - good job. They had one guy for all 8 or so tables, but did he did a good job covering them. The busser/assistant did a good job at keeping our waters and bread full, but he tries to carry too much, and it causes a big distraction (glasses clunking, nearly falling over, re-stacking)... sometimes two trips is better than one... He also says "of course" (pet peeve) when someone says "thank you." Perhaps I'm weird, but I find that terribly dismissive, and off-putting.

First of all the atmosphere. Simple yet elevated. The food was surperb and if we didn't live so…read morefar I would be eating here once a week. Everything we ate from the salad and its dressing to the mussels and the gyro were both fresh and delicious. The mussels didn't seem to be debearded but they were fresh and delicious. The gyro doesn't naturally come with feta but they brought a large side of it! And there was one server and the host who managed to provide quality service even with 6 tables coming in at the same time.
