Dirty dining area and tables. We had to wipe our own down

This place has gone down the toilet! Eat here at your own risk. Very dirty and smells as such. Bacon on mine and my mother's BLTs was cold as ice. We will never return to this place.

Basic breakfast sandwich ingredients!!! Egg was missing on both sandwiches!!!

We have not been to Panera is so long because of the quality and attention to details. Today was no different. We ordered breakfast online. A new item that surely staff would be trained to make and at least have a recipe to follow yet the order was picked up through the drive thru and brought home. When we open our sandwiches, a main ingredient was missing. The eggs. We didn't even request something different and they could not get the basic recipe correct!! On both sandwiches!! Very bad start to our Saturday. The bagels themselves were untoasted so fairly hard and my husband who picked up the order said the person working the window was fairly unpleasant. I emailed to company in hopes of compensation. Panera, you could lose business to local shops if you don't improve.

Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad (whole) & Turkey & avocado BLT Sammie

While making our way from ATL to the mountains, we paused and enjoyed some shopping along with lunch at Panera Bread. We visited on a Thursday afternoon. We were immediately greeted and assisted by a friendly mid-aged gentleman who took our order. My friend and I decided to share a full size strawberry poppyseed salad and a turkey and avocado BLT sandwich. We paired both entrées with baguettes. She ordered a mango smoothie and I enjoyed a hot Madagascar vanilla latte made with almond milk. Our food was prepared to order and everything was correct and fresh. I was thrown for a loop when my hit latte was served in a plastic cup, but it tasted delicious and wasn't an inconvenience. The restaurant was calm and the vibe worked for us. We used the restroom before departing and it was clean. The entire experience was positive and I'd recommend this location.

Nothing much to say about this location since I just stopped by to get some coffee in their drive thru. I have MyPanera+ Coffee subscription, which lets you get unlimited coffee a day for any size, and any flavor. It is so convenient to me since I have a Panera right next to my house, and the drive thru staff were so quick and nice!

Pictures speak for itself. Manager explained that line cooks wear hats and hair is supposed to be up above the neck. No hair nets are required. Will not be eating here ever again. Smelled like wet dogs in the lobby area. Rating: 0

Saw a manger blow her nose into her hand and then work with food. We left immediately after this.

A bit stingy with the meat. Nothing worst than a sandwich with a pile of bread and no meat!

The Caesar's Salad my wife ordered was nothing but lettuce and bread cubes. Very poor salad. My soup and half sandwich was good.

I rolled in there hungry enough to eat the bumper off a truck and ordered the meatloaf ciabatta sandwich with hand-cut fries, and sweet mercy... somebody's grandma must be back there running the kitchen because that thing was borderline life-changing. The meatloaf was thick, juicy, and had that "somebody's been perfecting this recipe since 1978" flavor going on. The ciabatta held it together like a champ, and those hand-cut fries? Lord have mercy. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- the kind you keep saying "just one more" until suddenly the basket's empty and you're thinking about ordering another. Now here's the real kicker: they've got gluten-free options, which means I can bring my wife this weekend without her looking at the menu like it personally offended her. That alone deserves a round of applause. So if you're anywhere near Buford and your stomach starts talking louder than your good sense, do yourself a favor and stop by. Just be warned: You might leave full, happy... and already planning your next visit before you even get to the parking lot.

I'm a hot queen but extra hot was beyond my limit. The chicken on the medium, stole my husbands chicken, was spectacular. Spicy , sweet with a medium heat. Fries very good and excellent pickles. The cashier was extremely friendly and there is the option to order at a self-service kiosk or at the front. It was pretty empty when I went so my food came out really fast. I got the 2 Sliders with Fries. I asked for medium spice level for my chicken, which was good enough for me as it still had a kick but I was still able to eat it. The cashier told me to drizzle Dave's sauce and honey over the slider which was a smart decision! I feel like it added a unique sweet and spicy flavor to my meal that was lacking without the sauces. As for the fries, I asked them to put cheese on it and it tasted pretty average. I also wanted to try their mozzarella sticks that came out recently, but this location ran out. I am not a big fan of hot fried chicken just because I like to taste the seasoning and enjoy my meal without my mouth being on fire. I think it was a bit pricey as well. However, I know that this place is popular so it is worth a try! It just is not my preferred spot for a chicken sandwich.
