I ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese on brioche and they were absolutely terrible. Both were brioche buns burnt, the eggs were also over cooked, and I just found my order sitting on the service desk at my job. I asked the driver to bring my order to the service desk not just drop it there and walk away. I tried calling the store but no answer after 15 minutes. Disappointed. Ordered curbside where the sign says stay in your car and someone will be out with your order... had to call the location and tell them I was here after tapping the I'm here button. The person brought out my order and told me I should have come in to get it. I explained to her that the sign directly in front of my car says stay in the car and click "I'm here" she just walked away. This Panera has usually been hit or miss for me. I come here a lot mostly to study or to grab quick lunch via drive-thru. But the past two times I have been here I have received excellent customer service. So I order my lunch and find a place away from everybody to set up and get ready to study. I ordered the veggie soup and a turkey avocado BLT. When I bit into the sandwich it was a little heavy on the Mayo, even despite my attempt to wipe it away. Anyways I eat about half of it and put some napkins on top of it. As I'm getting ready to throw it away an employee (Ruth) approaches my table and asks if she can take it for me. Sure! I start studying again and she comes back to my table to ask about the sandwich. She had noticed I only ate half and wanted to know what was wrong with it. Im here for the "Broccoli Cheddar soup"! I pulled up gave my membership number and had a free pastry waiting on me. (My kinda day) The service here is Great i have never had it any other way. It can be slow at times, because people are here for the delicious panera menu and Im usually one of them. The soups/salads/sandwiches are awesome anytime of the day. The breakfast power sandwich i miss most mornings when im slow getting out and breakfast is over. (So i choose a half/half deal) That consists of half salad/sandwich or mix with a cup of hot delicious soup. (Black bean is growing on me) Pretty good, gotta try the wild rice one day. I mostly use the drive thru because of its convenience but i have been inside and service was still on point. read more

The very negative reviews have not been my experience. Does the store have issues? Yes but so does pretty much every food establishment these days especially since Covid. Understaffed and a bit pricey, but I haven't had issues with the taste or rude employees. Some could probably be better trained, but that's on management. I've only eaten inside, never done takeout or gone through the drive thru and it's been fine. Overall maybe not quite worthy of 4 or 5 stars but definitely not a 2 or 1. read more

This panera messes up my orders majority of the time and there was a situation where the manager got involved and she scammed me on my rewards. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to me and sometimes, i want to grab some power breakfast or a snack before/after shopping at the stores across the parking lot. Here's a list of what Ive experienced: 1. Gave me wrong order i realized when i got home so I called manager and she said to come back to get correct item 2. went back the next weekend and because i had half of a drink, i ordered a drink 3. stayed in drive thru to verify order was correct this time to find out i had been charged the full price for the drink. told manager and she argued with me and because i was holding up line, i said fuck it and drove off 4. right as i drove off, realized said drink was basically half full! so i sent a message to their CS and sent them a tweet 5. have returned and service is always subpar and not same vibe as other locations 6. this past sunday waited ~20 mins in drive thru line! I go to the Windward location and i never have to deal with shet like this so it seems to me like the manager is incompetent therefore the staff dont have a great lead to follow read more

AVOID THIS PANERA LOCATION!! I have been using Panera catering for over 6+ years and the only issue I've experienced was an occasional late delivery, the food quality has always been acceptable. Outside of catering, I personally hit Panera's drive-through a couple times a month and again, never any issues (McDonough Ga.) However, today's in-store experience has changed how I see this franchise. In fairness, not all Panera locations are the same. My bill came to $36.00 (I cashed in 2-$10 rewards so I only paid $16.00) for a 1/2 sandwich/soup (tomato) and a whole bbq chicken sandwich & bowl of chicken soup and 2 hot teas. Tomato soup was at best lukewarm and my bbq chicken sandwich had but an oz of chicken. The cashier told us we will find the tea bags by the food pickup, not! I asked the lady at food pickup where I could find tea bags, from the cashier. So I went back to the front and asked again, do you have tea bags... then she says... oh yeah, they're right here, 2 feet from the register... I mean like really? To end this review, the restaurant was filthy and every table was dirty! Both of us just recovered from being sick and this was our first real meal... I WILL AVOID THIS LOCATION INDEFINITELY! My wife is very shy and didn't want me to create seen, that's why I'm writing this review. This Panera is a dump. The manager is rude and unhelpful. The place is always a mess and disorganized. They frequently closers their drive thru citing short staffing. They don't honor the app or your rewards. Pretty sure corporate should take a look at this location and owner because it's a disaster. It's Panera.... and I do really like Panera. But this particular location needs to up their game. The staff seemed bothered to take our order. Once we got our food, we had trouble finding a table that was clean. I finally decided to just go and ask for a wet towel to wipe down my own table. When I did, the person seemed upset about my request to clean my table when no clean tables were available. The food was fine, but our order what not correct.... of course, when we went to have it corrected, we were again met with bed attitudes. I am not sure what the problem was this day, but we also over heard a few employees complaining about Panera. I have to say I was skeptical about ordering online for pickup but had a gift card and needed food. I placed the order and got to the location in less than 10 min and my food was waiting for me at the cafe counter. Husband had the creamy chicken and wild rice soup 1/2 with the steak and cheese panini. He said it was super yummy and he loved the spice on the sandwich. I had the vegetable corn chowder 1/2 and the fruit and chicken salad. The salad was amazing!!! But the soup was actually a little too spicy for me. Honestly just leaving this review to WARN other people not to go. This is, without a doubt, the worst Panera that I've ever experienced. A couple weeks ago, I went through the drive thru for lunch and when I got home, more than half my order was missing and I didn't have a receipt to go back to say otherwise. Today I went back to pick up bagels and coffee. Simple, right? Wrong. I spent five minutes at the speaker ordering two coffees and two bagels. Got to the window, paid, got my bagels. Waited an additional five minutes at the window for coffee and ended up with two drinks that I didn't order (the 'coffee' was literally milk). They, once again, didn't give me a receipt. So, that's the last time I'll be wasting time and money at this Panera. read more

I want to give 5 stars because this is a great lunch spot, however the salad dressings need serious help. Panera has awesome salads but the dressing does not compliment. I almost walked out because the corn chowder is no longer offered but its still on the menu. The one thing I can say is the staff is always friendly.
