This Panera is a good place for coffee, lunch or to get a little work done. It's a little louder here than other Panera locations I have been too, but nothing my noise canceling head phones couldn't fix. I appreciated that I saw someone often sweeping or wiping tables down in the couple of hours while I was here. It was extremely busy around the late lunch hour and it felt like a near 20 minute wait for my order placed on one of the self-serve screens. I ordered a grilled cheese, cookie and bottled tea so I was surprised when it took long to get. Once it arrived, my sandwich was okay and the usual Panera taste of food I have come to know. My daughter and I were in the area visiting my son and doing a little shopping. We decided to stop at Panera for a quick lunch. We each ordered cup of soup a sandwich to share. We had just taken our little ones to swim class and went to pickup breakfast. We did a pickup order but selected the dine in option accidentally. Although I will never agree with the rise in price for essentially hospital level food, I hold Panera deep and dear to my heart for all the nostalgia of the 90's and 00's. This is the last Panera I've gone into where I felt that again. It might just be the customers and the staff and the surrounding area but I felt at home. There is no prep involved, you just put it into a bowl, then into the bag and off you go! Yet somehow, others were served before me that arrived after me. I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR MAC & CHEESE!!! If this was the first time, I could excuse it as being busy. But it's always like this. I have placed my order early in the morning, barely any customers, through the app. The app tells me my order is ready, yet I always have to wait at least 10 minutes. This is my local location and I love their pick 2 and unlimited sops club. Unfortunately this location is not timely during the busy periods, Even had my food taken off the rapid pickup shell by someone else. Most of the time if I order from the unlimited sips club program the cup is not there with the receipt in it so you just have to self-serve yourself. Parking is awful here. If you're doing rapid curbside rude pickup people park there that are not supposed to be there which means you have to go inside most of the time. For the most part the tables are clean and the bathroom is in pretty decent shape. A larger dining room than most locations, so there always seems to be somewhere to sit to eat. read more

After getting Covid and staying isolated for over 3 weeks, I ventured to Panera to have a nice lunch by myself. My lunch experience had a couple of bumps along the way but the manager at this location did EVERYTHING he could to turn my "frown upside down". Lol!! I really appreciated that he remade my order and also gave me two vouchers to come back. Plus he added a bag of chocolate chip cookies for all the inconvenience I had encountered. Yum!! And so sweet!! Overall, when a manager tries so hard to reverse a bad encounter, the least the customer can do is say thank you!! So this is my Yelp post to recommend this Panera location for all they do to make their customers leaving with a big smile on her face. Mobile ordering: great in theory. Terrible in practice. I think I've done about 6 mobile orders, and at least twice items have been paid for and missing. This is annoying enough if you're still at the restaurant, but I take the food home, and right now I don't want to drive 20 minutes for my paid-for cookie. Instead I'm looking at the black checkbox that indicates that someone made sure the cookie was in the bag, except the cookie isn't in the bag. And it keeps happening.
