Awesome Bagel the The Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel is my new favorite and for a bagel it is very light on the stomach this bagel stack is made to perfection wifey absolutely loved the Green Goddess Chicken Cobb salad service was prompt and friendly if there is a manager reading this the worker Chelsea was on top of her job give that girl a raise! This was Monday at lunch time and there was actually more people in here than I expected but it was still very quiet Panera is one of my favorite stops and with everything new I try it just adds to the list of reasons to go! read more

I was in from out of state and I needed to cater a teacher training at one of the local middle schools and Joe and his team went above and beyond. Service and quality of food were top notch! I even called the cafe at 11:30 and said we had a few more people than planned show up and I needed more sandwiches. They were delivered to the site in under 30 minutes. Ever since they changed their menu, there really is no need to go here anymore. We loved the flatbed pizza, but it's gone. The soups are mediocre, but not great. I can make much better mac and cheese at home. I tried the caprese sandwich and it was decent, but way, way too much sauce. Vinegarette and mayo was overkill. I like the location and atmosphere here. Let me add Panera has been my go to place for years no matter what city or state I'm traveling thru. Used to be a great meet up place for sure. However my last visit I ordered a cup & bowl of soup (met a friend for lunch). Made the mistake of ordering on the App and chose rapid pick up even tho I was eating inside the cafe. The soup context was so small it would not have satisfied a small infant. I did reach out to the cafe and was contacted which was great. However having to explain the situation on my next visit to an associate at the counter was not going to work for me. Again I do appreciate them making it right but I'm pretty much done with Panera. Prices are high, quantity has been cut significantly and filling up on a half of loaf of bread just doesn't work for me. I should add this was not my first experience with mediocre portions. Let me add I'm not a big eater but I do like to feel satisfied. So with that I'm just going to say, "the juice is just not worth the squeeze" with Panera Bread anymore. I am a regular of Panera.. just not this location... I felt zero customer service and felt rushed through my ordering process and itsnot a busy time... and several parts of my order were incorrect... I ordered on one of the type in (automation teller machine).. ordered exactly what I wanted... Bagel order was incorrect... Lunch order was missing side salad... Ordered bread bowls, they were hard as a rock.. could not use, threw them out... they must have Been at least a day old.. if not more.. felt zero customer service... location is less than desired... parking is a huge mess. My other experiences with several locations in Maine/ NHA nd VT has been amazing. read more

Food isn't that bad but lets get real: the Sandwiches are 75% bread 25% meat/veggie. Who wants to pay $13 for a piece of focaccia with barely visible ingredients on the inside. And the bread always seems to be tough. Not to mention they always mess up my order - things missing, incomplete, or just flat out the wrong item. Don't get me started on the dirty utensils they give you. Noticed they don't sanitize or even wipe tables in between use. Saw many people coming and going all without so much of a glance by staff. Panera Bread put our excellent food and tgis afternoon was no different than the rest of the tines I have eaten at the restraunt. Today I had the "pick 2" and ordered 1/2 Cuban sandwich with a cup of Turkey Chili. Both were delicious. My wife decided on the Broccoli and Cheese Bread Bowl. She enjoyed her meal as well. We both also enjoy the atmosphere, especially when we can sit next to the gas fireplace. The deserts, although we didn't get one this visit, are top notch. The only drawbacks I have is the price point and amount of food you receive. I always walk away hungry and simply feel I didn't get a real value. These are the reasons my wife and I visit occasionally, not making Panera a regular "go to" spot. Enjoy! read more

This location had its issues, tables were dirty floors were filthy. However I soon came to realize that they were so understaffed. The workers were very friendly and the food was good. It was very busy and three people were trying to do everything. They were doing the best they could with a good attitude. I think the prices are high for what we order but it tasted good. read more

Panera is a fine place to eat. This Panera is fine if you're a greasy raccoon rummaging through a dumpster. Ordered the oatmeal with quinoa and honey. They used quinoa with red peppers in it. Red. Peppers. Sausage, egg and cheese sandwich had bacon on it. This error was the only positive part of the experience. The bun had that "left on the sidewalk in the sun" consistency. since they updated the menu the store has been out of EVERYTHING, the bread they use to make all their sandwiches and bowls? gone. nothing to order, like legit no options. I thought this was a one time thing but this is the second time I've been since the menu shortening and theres nothing to eat. I was in Biddeford about a week ago visiting a family member in a near by hospital. I wanted to grab some breakfast before going in, so I decided to stop in at Panera Bread for a quick bite. The inside is very nice and clean. They had a lot of pastries and baked goods out on view. I decided to try a new breakfast sandwich they had, which featured a brioche bun, egg, cheese and sausage. I had super high hopes for this... but boy oh boy was I let down. The sandwich had absolutely no flavor at all to it. Normally sausage has some sort of flavor, something, but this was seriously lacking. The cheese had no flavor. The egg was ok. The bun was probably the best part. For 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 orange juices the total came to $16 and change, and I left feeling totally jipped. No thanks! read more

I love Panera. Panera is always reliable when it comes to providing decent sandwiches, soups, smoothies, etc. I LIVE for their iced green tea and their tuna salad sandwich. I don't know what they put into both of these, but one taste and you are in instant bliss. I also enjoy how Panera provides a variety of bagels. I live for their asiago cheese bagel and their honey walnut cream cheese spread. Also, being able to order online and being able to make specific changes to orders is a HUGE plus. I personally like my tuna sandwich on the cheese focaccia bread, and I was able to make this switch very easily when I ordered online and the process is super easy to follow. As far as this location goes, there are some pros and cons. The staff is generally pretty friendly, but when I ordered online one day, they didn't have their to-go stand anymore. I went up to the smoothie station and asked where I could pick up my order and another worker abruptly stated "I'm working on it..." I would have been totally fine waiting for my order to be finished, but I was taken aback by the abruptness of the worker. When my order was finished, she put the bag on the counter and I asked if the bag was my order and I got a simple "yes" from the same worker. As I stated, this was my first negative experience with a staff member, and it wasn't totally negative, it was just...meh. However, when ordering take out, Panera does a nice job of packaging the food so that things don't get soggy or gross. Overall, this is a decent location. I have eaten at this location as well and each time has been a decent experience. However, it might be nice for this location to implement their to-go station again. read more

After seeing their new "fresh" and "as you like it"ads, we thought we'd give it a try. First of all, NOT VEGAN FRIENDLY! The one vegetarian sandwich we got without the cheese was on some bread that even though it was whole wheat it reminded me of Sunbeam Bread (no tooth or chew to it at all). I really wanted a salad but instead of charging extra for the meat, I would have had to pay full price to have them hold the meat. Very disappointed and unimpressed. read more

Consistently getting my order wrong since 1981. A year or so ago, my sister ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, and she found a corner to a plastic bag in her soup. So gross. I have ordered online a few times with the app. once I got a salad, forgot which one, but it was some salad that didn't come with chicken. So I ordered this salad and customized it to have no cheese and add avocado. Sounds simple enough. I pick up my order on my lunch break, get back to work and open it to realize that instead of putting avocado on it, they put chicken on it. This was during the avocado shortage, so I would have completely understood if they didn't have any avocado, but they really shouldn't have helped themselves to putting chicken on my vegan salad. So I went hungry that day. Another time I got this Asian salad that had some type of nuts in it. I customized it to be without chicken. I picked up the salad, brought t back to work and YAY no chicken- but also no nuts . I gave t one last try. Third times a charm, right? I got the black bean soup, and 1/2 Mediterranean sandwich without cheese. Still came with cheese on it. I just can't win here. read more

The Cobb Salad is one of the best I've had believe it or not. The dressing is full of flavor, a bit creamy but not too creamy, it's just perfect. I get the 1/2 order & it's all I need for a delicious, filling dinner. I love it.
