Staffing Issues....definitely need a more friendly Staff!!
Kevin P.

My First visit to this place (from Texas) and the Dine-In was closed. No problem, so I went to the Drive-Thru and was told to hold to place my order and LITERALLY waited 9 minutes when I decided to see if anybody was there because the cars behind me were going around me to the window. I tried explaining this to the girl on the speaker and then a male voice told me that I could just leave. He said to take my business elsewhere and when I asked for his name, he said it was none of my business. Not being "biased", I was only trying to explain the situation to them (the cars going around) and believe it was taken the wrong way. I've never had such an encounter with an Establishment such as Panera Bread and would NOT Recommend this place for the Employees were Not Friendly.

The pick two is a great option the soup and sandwich are my go to ( chicken salad )

This panera bread is centrally located near a lot of eateries. I was on my way to Kentucky for some army training I said I would not stop until I was exactly 3 1/2 hours into the trip when I saw the sign for Panera bread I actually got really excited I am a huge put NARA bread fan always have been why? Well because when you deal with chain restaurants you have to stick to what you know. Luckily for Panera bread and me you have several items to choose from that are relatively healthy my absolute favorite is the chicken salad sandwich. I order it every time I go! The chicken noodle soup is really good too. The chicken Cesar salad is really great as well however it's always a good idea to tell them to get the dressing on the side because they tend to overdo it. I also like the options you get when you order a meal from Mira bread and a side baguette or Apple or a bag of chips are usually opt for the Apple but since I was committing carb a side I decided to eat the chips they tasted pretty well I have been to this location twice once on my way to Kentucky and the second time on my way back and each time the service was very fast and the staff was super super friendly in fact this will be where I stop when ever I have to go to Kentucky. Did I mention that the NARA bread always has the raspberry ice tea brisk I am not sure if I am saying that right but it is one of my favorite guilty pleasure drinks I love the raspberry brisk tea and whenever I go to Panera bread I always look forward to having it

Chicken Noodle Soup Bread Bowl and Candy Cookie

Me and my wife decided to stop and try this for the first time due to its proximity to the Walmart academy. Great food, at a very reasonable cost. We were both satisfied with the amount of food received in relation to price. I ordered a chicken noodle soup bread bowl and my wife ordered a chicken wild rice soup bowl which she highly enjoyed. The soups were hot enough to eat but not hot enough to burn you and were very filling. I would recommend this establishment highly. Great staff, great food, great seating, great environment, and also notably clean! -Joshua

Bruno's Spotted Hare is fantastic…read more I stopped by recently with a family member while visiting, having heard good initial things about this restaurant. The space is gorgeous; it has the dark coziness of a lodge with beautiful, wild-inspired accents. We were seated in a booth near the window: the booth was comfortable but may be a tight squeeze if two larger adults are sitting on the same side (I'd recommend asking for a table in that case). I started off with an American Trilogy cocktail and loved it; it was surprisingly smooth and easy to drink while being flavorful. We debated appetizer options but went with the sourdough bread and butters. The butters were rosemary, garlic, and sorghum, and while all were great, the sorghum was a favorite. The bread was flavorful and nicely chewy. I'm always happy to see a vegetarian-friendly soup on a menu, so I ordered the beans and greens soup and loved it. It has a very deep flavor, yet the beans weren't overly mushy. The server (who was amazing) recommended some Tabasco for adding heat, which I enjoyed. For entrées, my dining partner got the fried chicken on the server's recommendation, and I got the mushroom pasta. The fried chicken was described by my relative as a crunchy coating with a moist meat; they called it "the best fried chicken" they've had. I tasted the mashed potatoes and can happily vouch for them, as they were creamy and perfectly seasoned. My dining partner raved about the home-style green beans, too. My mushroom pasta was fantastic. The mushrooms were cooked perfectly and were flavorful without being slimy or mushy. The pasta was hearty and cooked al dente. As a pleasant surprise. I got a couple slices of bread with my pasta, too; this time topped with some cheese and seasoning. It was perfect for soaking up the last bits of pasta sauce, as I cleaned my plate. I got dessert to go; it was the cornmeal pound cake and packaged conveniently (with the ice cream separate). It was delicious even at home; the cake itself wasn't too sweet, meaning that the combination of it, the ice cream, and the honey had a perfect balance of flavor. I will try to make a special trip here whenever I'm in the area. It's a beautiful, special addition to the local dining scene.

Visited this location last night for an impromptu date night with my wife…read more Despite the holiday weekend, the business was busy and we had about a fifteen minute wait to be seated (they have both inside and outside waiting seating), we chose a bench outside in the cool evening air. Once our table was ready, we were notified by the hostess and seated at a high top near the bar (bar seating it first come first serve at the bar). They also have low top tables for parties of 4 to 6. Despite being close to the bar, we were still able to talk easily and noise level was acceptable. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu and made some helpful suggestions that we used. We ordered a pickle fries appetizer with ranch dipping sauce with our drinks. These came out quickly and were still hot from the fryer but they were good and the homemade ranch was really good (our server advised they make all their sauces and dips in house). For our mains, we both ordered the original burger - a half pound burger on a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles topped with ketchup, mustard and mayo. We also opted to pay an extra fifty cents to add cheese (American for me and provolone for her). We also opted to pay an extra fee to add sweet potato fries and onion rings to our meals as opposed to fresh cut chips. The burgers were a little slow getting out and drinks began to run dry. Once our burgers came out, they looked great but mine was a little salty and I could taste the salt over the other toppings in my first bite. After that the burger leveled out and we enjoyed our meal. My wife did not like the Maple Siracha dipping sauce that came with her sweet potato fries and after trying it, I was not impressed either. All in all, a good meal at a fair price. Good place for a casual date.
