I had been passing this place for years and always allowed the outside look turn me off. Today was the day I pulled in and was bummed they no longer offer dine in seating. First walking in I was greeted by an awesome young lady. Very pleasant to ask about the menu items. Knew the options of the meals without skipping a beat. The food is made fresh to order and a very short wait to get steaming hot traditional Chinese cuisine. It's not Mexican workers on the kitchen. The feel of this little kitchen is awesome! I ended up grabbing a Coca Cola out of the cooler in the store and ate sitting in the car while in their parking lot. The entire time the restaurant was like a honey bee hive. Opened in a previous Waffle House, the food there is always awesome. I love Asian food, and I have to say this is the best place around for your money. Additionally, I was surprised how long it took to receive the order, significantly longer than the time quoted. This is our go to restaurant for Chinese carry out. We've been eating here for over 4 years fairly regularly and have never had a bad meal.

I went there the other day, was soooooo disappointed. I guess because they were closed down for so long, they were making up for lost time( money). I got my food home I ordered sweet and sour chicken and got the pork. That was ok but it was soggy and cold. Hot sour soup had huge chunks of tofu and the won tons were stale. Egg rolls had been pre cooked and were inedible very very disappointed. I recommend if you want to eat there Please wait until you can actually sit in the restaurant, so that your food has been prepared right there and then. Sitting in the restaurant you know that it will be fresh. I've always dined in and for the most part this restaurant has always had great food, but if your thinking about take out you may want to rethink your plans. read more

Literally ordered Chicken Chow Mein and a couple of other things. Reminded them to send the noodles; they have forgotten these multiple times and I never complained til today. They still forgot. Was told I would be getting a new order. When they arrived 45 mins later, they only brought noodles. Never mind I had the original order waiting to be returned. Called and was told the noodles was the only thing I was to get. When I reminded them they said "new order" and I still had the original food which was cold. The manager then came on the phone and told me that was the policy...they couldn't send me a new order. I asked him, "so, you expect me to eat this cold when it was your mistake?" Terrible service. Employee's lack basic social skills Had bad experience on phone first time I called. The food was good though so when we got our stimulus yesterday practically every penny was spoke for but I wanted to treat my family to one special meal. They wanted Chinese. So I thought it must have been a one off before. I called. The woman was so rude. She did not even give me time to explain i wanted extra sides. She bit my head off.when I said I wanted sweet and sour chicken reaming me you only get two choices. I said I know I want to pay. No apology. Just oh. Before I could finish my order she decided she was done takings my order. She cut me off saying it would be 40 to 50 minutes and hung up. This is the second bad experience with there help. I've worked as a hostess and waitress. If I was as rude as their staff is I'd have been fired on the spot. Im angry I chose them. We did not have enough food for everyone and I still laid down a chunks of money. Terrible experience. Im a kind person and I don't usually get angry. Its the next day and I'm fuming. I have no idea if there are any other Chinese delivery restaurants in Huntington, bc this is the only one I ever order from, and the only one I have ever heard of friends ordering from. It's a little surprising to hear non-Chinese people answer the phone, but they are always very friendly. The delivery people have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to get my food to me when I accidentally gave my home address instead of my work address. Also, they typically give an estimated wait time that is a little longer than the actual wait time. There is a credit card minimum, so I like to order three lunch meals at a time, and then eat them throughout the work week. If you want more "authentic" Chinese food, probably go to Wonderful. As far as good old fashioned regular American Chinese food goes, this place is great. I would order from here even if there were other delivery options. read more

Prepared my phone in order, to expedite the process and made the call. Was looking forward to asian dining, although in my hotel room by myself and working. I was put off by the busy signal, at first. Realizing that was probably a good sign at 6:00 on a Wednesday night. I again called, I was happy to hear the phone ringing... I was greeted with an abrupt answer, must be busy. I responded with my request for delivery. I was asked my location and stated, Fairfield Inn on Kinetic Drive...I was told that they would not be delivering that far, tonight. I was a bit flummoxed...and asked if I had understood her correctly... She again repeated that, they're not delivering that far, tonight. I said really ? The call ended...she hung up on me !!
