They have great soup, salad, and sandwiches. And, oh yeah, bread!!!!

This is one of the largest Paneras I have been to. I came here to get breakfast and study for a few hours so I got the cinnamon crunch bagel with the hazelnut cream cheese spread. It was pretty good. I'm glad the cashier recommended the cinnamon crunch bagel when I told her which spread I wanted. It matched up pretty well. For a college student on a budget, the price was pretty good since I got all of it under $3. I also got a dollar off an iced chai tea latte which was also pretty good. The only thing that would have made it better would be less ice because most of the cup was full of ice. It's probably not the best place to study because it does get pretty loud over the weekend. read more

Never before have I been so grossed out. Placed an order for pickup, come home and take a sip of my lemonade and it's literally FERMENTED. Tasted like straight up fruit rot. My bacon avocado BLT sandwich was bland, had 2 slices of avocado on the entire thing and the "sandwich artists" couldn't even manage to put the ingredients on top of each other. Having frequented Panera in Florida for many years, I could not wait till this chain finally opened on Bayview St. in Aurora. But although the food is amazing, I am only giving it 3 stars because it sure would be nice if everything were available. After 2 unsuccessful visits for Spinach/Bacon/soufflé, I went early today to buy 3 of those tasty delicious delights and was so disappointed to get only 1. When I asked why there weren't more made, I was told there is not much demand for them at that time of day. Whaaaat? It was 6:30am! Breakfast Time! It's a "Breakfast Item"!!! Also, how long does it take to make those little individual soufflés?? Why didn't she whip some up for me? I'd gladly have waited! Instead I had to stop in at Starbucks for some trusty double bacon &egg sandwiches, which my crew is beginning to like better anyway. read more

This is the perfect place to hang out. Though the sandwiches can be a little pricey, the pastries look great. They have comfortable seats and free wi-fi... so it is a great place to study. Yeah.... I dont know what else to say... 3.5 stars. read more

This is normally my favorite go-to. Normally I would give five stars. The last time I was there I felt mistreated considering I've been pretty regular customer for the last 4 years. As I stood in line behind the gentleman there was a phone call that came through and the cashier went to answer, someone else came back to take her place and ask who was next? The gentleman in front of me pointed at me and she looked around me and said "I'll take you sir", to the guy on the opposite side. When she finished waiting on him, she said to me "I'll take you now" I told her "no thank you I would wait in the other line because you are rude. Will I go back absolutely but the next time I feel mistreated I'll go somewhere else okay. read more

This location is super convenient to work so normally it's fine but today I watched three people behind the counter make one family's order. All I was getting was a soup! And they STILL got the family in front of me's order wrong! I almost fell asleep watching how slow they were moving! read more

This Panera bread seems disorganized and maybe understaffed. There's never enough people to take orders and then my order always takes long to come out or they forget something like my smoothie or pastry. I order food to be picked up the avoid the lines on my short lunch break and sometimes my food is not ready for the time I requested it to be picked up. I once asked a manager if my order had been placed and she was a bit rude in her tone to me telling me "they have a full screen back there, it's coming". Also the people taking orders aren't always the friendliest. I work in customer service and know how much a smile and a friendly tone in voice is important and I rarely get that here. read more

I love Panera, but every time I come here, it feels like it's everyone's first day. They are always slow, and I want to say 50% my order is wrong or missing a soup or sandwich. The food always tastes good, so I'll give them that. But, beware and check the order if you get it to go. read more

The food is always good and typically I have positive experience but today wasn't. Alex was the food preparer and he really didn't care. He was smushing all the baguettes and a woman came back up with a spoon he gave her for her salad- not a big deal until he took that spoon from her and put it back with the "clean" spoons. Yes they were exceptionally busy for the dinner rush but the guy just didn't care. I'd rather have non smushed bread and clean eating utensils. I will call tomorrow to speak to Alex's manager regarding my experience. read more

Second time in a row the mess up my order. Paying $1.30 for one cream cheese, I payed for two to NOT. Have it added to my bagel. This time I drove back. I usually love panera! It doesnt matter what location. But this particular one always disappoints me. Food always takes WAY TOO LONG, and then they people behind the food counter get angry when you ask about them. I always seem to forget why I don't go to this panera... but every time I go I remember why, there are NEVER any bread bowls when I go. I mean seriously? During the dinner rush? Plus I asked for it to dine in, and they made it to go. So we had to eat with no plates and they gave me a butter knife to cut an apple. Talk about a hard time. And the service was horrible, every one was just wanting to socialize with each other making it hard to ask for anything. Stick with the bakery items only and you should be ok. The sandwiches aren't good. My chicken salad sandwich was dripping (yuck). My son got a turkey sandwich. One piece of turkey on each sandwich half. Really? They were busy but c'mon. It took forever to get our food and more than one person was back at the counter complaining about the food. The employees were complaining about a lot. Manager obviously wasn't there. Like I said - stick to the pastries and eat your regular meal elsewhere. read more

East Iliff Panera 5.23.17- a coworker recommended the Tortilla Soup Bowl , which is $9.71 . So i ordered it, the soup was so salty that it nauseated me and I couldn't eat it. It was a to go order, and so I called in to let the store manager Ann (i think)know what I thought. She was impatient, rude and could careless, she did explain that Panera soups tend to be saltier , this wasn't saltier , it was as if someone poured a half of a box of salt in it. She cut me off and asked me what i wanted her to do about it. I just wanted to give feed back, and Ann could care less, she seem to want me off the phone. She said she would tell the district manager ( i doubt that). Panera is suppose to be a healthy restaurant. The soup is not healthy. Salt can do so much damage to our bodies. So i didn't have a real good experience at this Panera's and won't return. ps. dont buy the soup. read more

What happened to my favorite Panera? Went in to a lot of new folks that by the time I received my oatmeal the line was out the door. ( maybe not out the door but....)Also Oatmeal was hot on the bottom and cold on top...evidence of a microwave! Don't worry guys, Ill be back. I like this Panera Bread location but recently a lot of the tables aren't clean when you want to sit down and eat. The hot water for tea is never hot and you have to ask someone at the counter to get some. The food is good but I hate when they take a favorite item off the menu. The pastries are always excellent and employees are friendly. I still go here but I wish they would clean it up more. read more

I love Panera, but this has been one of the worst locations...and it has been for a while! First, do not go in after 5pm either your order will be wrong (when ordering a salad make sure you are given the right one, iniding dressing), your order may have trash in it (literally had a butter packet wrapper at the bottom of my soup), your order may be pre-made for the next day including perishables (I said to the guy "wow, that was quick" he said "you were in luck the salad was made for orders tomorrow"- I had ordered the Thai salad, the nuts and wanton crackers were an inedible consistency of soggy mush and spread all over the salad - you literally couldn't ear it. And all of this is if you catch the staff on a good day, otherwise they are typical teenagers (even the older lady that works there), inconvenienced and annoyed by your presence. I will never go back there and will drive out of my way to go to a different one, even though I shouldn't support a company that doesn't value its customers enough to do something about this location. read more

Who doesn't love Panera, right? Tho the cashier with the eyeliner isn't very helpful or much of a people pleaser, and will lie to you, as in, we're out of something when you can see it behind her. Yikes, Panera, you have gone completely down hill. I used to love your fresh food. Twice this week, I was severely disappointed. If I want a premade salad, I'll get one from Starbucks. My 1/2 panini sandwich to go fell apart when I started to eat it. The egg in the wilted Cobb salad had black marks on it. At least my order was correct. That is the only positive mark here. I will not be back. There are way to many other sandwich spots in Denver to try. read more

I work within a block of this location, and had hoped to be eating here a couple times a week, but this is the worst panera I have ever visited. In the four experiences I have had, they got my order correct once..the other three they gave me the wrong sandwich or the product was substandard. Last visit the person who made my sandwich was too busy talking and messed it up, he looked like they just pulled him off the street and hadnt had a shower for a week. Floors and tables are always dirty, and after my communication with management it is certain that they just don't care. I will never go to this location again.... read more
