It doesn't matter which Panera Bread we go to, the orders include almost the same thing every time. A strawberry smoothie. My youngest loves the strawberry smoothie from Panera Bread. I really like using the kiosks inside for when I order because it remembers my favorites list. Every Panera looks similar, not a ton of frills. The drink stations are nice because you can refill your drink before leaving. The open kitchen is nice because you can talk to a person in the event you have a question or issue. My food might not always be the best, but as long as the Strawberry Smoothie continues to be made the exact same way at every location, I will continue to give 5 stars because you made my kids day. read more

Very busy Panera, we ordered by app and had a :26 min. wait. There were crowds in the back waiting for their pickup. Glad there were 6 clean shady outdoor tables. The good, then the awful: their staff is super-friendly and efficient. Catering team ROCKS! what is going on with your coffee?? Its just sh*t. buy folgers if your coffee is an afterthought. There are so many great coffee roasters out there that know what their doing and can turn the poo that you're serving now into something good. I wish I took pictures of everything I'm about to write about. I love panera usually and this experience won't stop me from going to my local panera but I will never stop here on a road trip again. 1. I went to use the bathroom when I first arrived as I had been in the car for several hours. I have NEVER seen such a disgusting bathroom. The employees and management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the bathroom to get in such bad condition. There was toilet paper with poop on it on the floor in one stall as well as the toilet being full and had urine on the seat. I didn't see the other stall. I was so grossed out I just walked out of the bathroom. 2. It was hard to find a table that was decently clean. There was maybe 3 or 4 other groups in the restaurant, not busy at all, so someone should have been cleaning. Management and employees again should be ashamed at the lack of cleanliness. 3. My husband and I each got sandwiches. They were both flat and basically just bread. In fact, one half of my sandwich ONLY had lettuce on it. My husband brought this to the attention of one of the employees behind the counter and they did correct it. 4. The baguette my husband got on the side was stale. 5. The garbage cans had STACKS of dirty plates, bowls, and silverware. When I say stacks, I mean each garbage can had between 20-30 dirty dishes on it. It did not look like the employees cleaned or collected dirty dishes for hours. The place was not busy AT ALL. I even saw one employee walk around, look at the dining area and then disappear. Gosh it was so good. The only thing that sucks are the prices. If they did some type of cheaper 'dollar menu' type thing, there would be more people who stop for lunch. I am a huge Panera fan as far as everything they offer. I always feel so good after eating there and not weighed down or too full. Their Mac and cheese it to die for. This time I did a pick 2. Mac and cheese and a half of salad and a water for 13$.....the only reason for a 4 and not a 5 star. I really liked the arugula salad. It looks that this place just upgraded to iPads to have faster and easier ordering. However, staff has no clue how to make customized salad or even sandwich. Heads up lines are way too long to ask corrections or even ask for refund cause you didn't get what you ordered. All Panera Cesar salads come with croutons except this place forgot on both of our salads. Plus they simply disregarded most of the extra items. Staff needs serious training in this location. I used to love love Panera bread. But I am going to say as a take out option it is found to be a let down. I do like how they package the food all neatly in the bag. But the bread doesn't taste as fresh when you get it in the store. I mean bread.... is in the title of the restaurant....if you chuck stale stones of bread in someone's order it's kind of a let down. Also I ordered walnut cream cheese spread and I received plain. If I wanted plain cream cheese I would have went to the grocery store. Spend more than $62 here to feed 4 children and 4 adults. Ordered broccoli cheese soup and mac and cheese. The amount of food was ridiculous for what I paid. The mac and cheese barely fed 4 small children. They give you a quart container that is filled 3/4 full. They give you a quart of soup and this didn't even give each adult a cup of soup. We were all a little hungry so we pulled off the road and honestly this Panera was the first thing we saw so we stopped. I got a you pick two: half turkey go go and half cheddar broccoli soup. It was pretty good, though I wish I upgraded to the bread bowl. Scarlett got a steak sandwich and I was shocked to hear her say she liked it as much as she enjoys papa Johns double cheeseburger pizza. I would be amiss not to mention that a couple hours later she told me that actually wasn't true and that she was just really really hungry at the time she proclaimed that. I figured as much. My sister in law Charlene, whom we are shacking up with, is not a very good cook and the kids refused to eat the meatloaf she made for dinner the night before. They being said, she said it was indeed good for a sandwich. Trina got some sort of salad and she seemed happy with it. The customer service could be better and the food was nothing spectacular. I ordered Mediterranean Salad that comes with quinoa, olives and almonds, and sandwich with avocado, egg whites and spinach. When I went to pick up my order another customer waiting for her food grabbed my tray in front of me and hurried away. I told her that this looks like my order but she just left. After a minute she came back and said that it's not what she ordered. Some people are just weird! The employee said that they can't give me food that's been with someone else so they started to prepare another round. Which is good and I appreciate it, but somehow they acted like its my fault. Second time making my salad and sandwich they were really fast and seemed annoyed, they forgot to add olives in my salad and there was barely any quinoa in it. The sandwich ingredients were all over the place and they almost threw it in front of me. I have to say the sandwich was tasty and I would order it again (not from this location though) but the salad was mostly romaine lettuce, the dressing was way too vinegary (I could not eat it) and the tiny amount of quinoa and tomatoes were really cold and also tasted like sone sort of vinegar marinade. Would not order again. If they would add more quinoa (preferably warm!!), didnt forget olives and there was nice dressing - that would be awesome. read more

My experience was too terrible not to share. My party of five stopped in at 8:45pm, Friday. A few sections were blocked off completely because they had already been cleaned for the night and they apparently did not want people to sit there. We asked if they were closing and the cash register guy said not to worry they were open until 10:00pm, so we ordered. An employee was cleaning the surface of the only remaining table that seated more than 4 people. I approached her and asked if it was okay for us to sit there. The employee rolled her eyes and said "if you must", slammed a chair into the table, and walked away. My Mom witnessed the entire debacle and then had her own run-in with this lovely (extreme sarcasm) young lady in the restroom. My mother is the nicest woman you'll ever meet, no one should ever treat her with disrespect. She's lucky I wasn't there to witness it and we'll leave it at that. I had ordered a cup of tomato soup and grilled cheese and it cost me $11. I'm aware that Panera is grossly overpriced, so that wasn't shocking. However, my expensive grilled cheese came out microwaved, literally was sitting on a microwave-safe sheet of white cardboard paper. In fact, all the other hot sandwiches in our group came that way. They were so GROSS(!!!!) and really not even that warm. We overheard another patron complaining about his mediocre sandwich and an employee explained they were making all sandwiches in the microwave, due to everything being shut off. That should have been disclosed from the start. There is absolutely no excuse for providing low-quality food, if you're going to say you're open for business. To top this experience off, when we were finished, the same miserable employee noticed us walking toward the dish deposit/trash area. She looked directly at our group and removed the trash bag, as we started to deposit our plates. We stood there with our trash in our hands and waited for her to come back with a fresh bag, but instead she went behind the counter and watched us stand there. We checked the other trash areas and the bags were all removed as well. We ended up just throwing the trash in with our dishes. To be clear, we were not the only people eating or the last group to order. So every single customer was unable to take care of their trays, after over paying for microwaved bread. Worst Panera experience ever. I don't foresee ever stopping here again. read more

Why can't this Panera keep ingredients in stock to make their menu items? Today, they have no Greek yogurt for the Baja Warm Grain bowl. Previously, they have run out of the balsamic drizzle for the strawberry balsamic salad, mozzarella for the same salad...there's a grocery store right across the plaza, Panera manager! Other than that, the squash soup is great. The Warm Grain bowl could use some Greek yogurt. read more

I've genuinely never written a review on the internet for anything ever but I'm so beyond the realm of irritated after my experience at this Panera today. I work in the food/service industry too, so I understand things happen, but this is not the first time I've had an issue here. I came into Panera to grab a smoothie before work. It took me 30 minutes to receive the smoothie and I only got it because I asked if they made it, and they hadn't. Not only was I late to work, but the smoothie was wrong. Panera is very good. I typically get the French Onion Soup and either a salad or half a sandwich. I'm not a fan of their coffee, hence the 4-stars. It tastes okay, but it's missing a more in-depth flavor that I've come to enjoy from other coffee establishments. Their pastries are good and I do love their Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies. Oh, and they only serve Pepsi Products which brings down their rating in my eyes as well. read more

The food is usually good, but the evening shift manager seems to run the place like it's romper room. Some of the staff aren't in uniform, they're all laughing and carrying on while making the food, and it's just such a weird vibe for a restaurant. And it's always filthy. Stuff all over the floors, tables not wiped down, drink station a mess. I don't get it. We went yesterday and we got plastic spoons for our soup and they were giving small wooden sticks (coffee stirrers?) instead of knives. I saw an older woman struggling to put butter on her baguette. What in the world is going on? My wife stopped in in the morning and said the vibe was totally different while she was picking up breakfast items for a work function. Panera Bread was always a great spot to come to when I was younger. I'd come here all the time with my family for food. As I kept coming back; the service always got worse and worse each time. The staff always seems like they do not want to be there. The one day I mobile ordered 3 bagels total while I was shopping with my friends, one for each of us. We mobile ordered while still on our way because it said it would take ten to fifteen minutes. We then went to Barnes and noble and got drinks, then made our way to Panera to get our bagels. We arrived to see nothing on the pickup shelf. I could tell they were having their regular afternoon rush. So we waited a few more minutes, and then a few more minutes, and we kept waiting. I was watching the girl from over the counter. She had our bagels sitting on the counter just getting cold as she left to do other orders, which I understand there are other customers but if our order is done why wouldn't she just give it to us? So we kept waiting and eventually after a whole fifteen minutes of waiting (we arrived after the time it said it would be done so this mean it has taken her a whole thirty minutes to toast and slice three bagels...) she gave us our bagels. I said to her "Thanks? Finally." And she said "well you aren't the only person waiting" and gave me a nasty look. Sorry, but customers should come first. :) read more
