Both were great donuts, but lacked the texture as you bit into them that I had with my prior experience that put the donuts in the "next level" category for me. They are god awful, they don't taste like chai at all, either they are just watered down or they taste straight up like milk. Sure Dunkin is good at coffee and food but when it comes to chai or having special requests to add into drinks they suck, i'm super disappointed. They don't pay attention when making drinks they add whatever they please, they substituted my chai with coffee, skip in cold foam after you pay extra for the damn cold foam. They claim the whole goal is to get the orders out in a certain time but they fail to get it out as fast as they say and it's more than likely incorrect.
