I also made an appointment for over a month out. They cancelled the night before, it took many calls to get them to reschedule. The next time they cancelled the day of and from that point they would not return calls at all. Thank goodness Amazon loal was more than happy to refund my money. These people can't possibly stay in business like this! They should get 0 stars! read more

This was the most unprofessional service we have ever used. After 5-6 phone calls, a time for an estimate was scheduled. Estimate was canceled and rescheduled three times before he showed up. Once he did show up, he began the hard sell of "your house needs pressure washing" and "for only $800, I'll do the windows, and pressure wash the deck and house exterior". He would not stop. When I informed him that we called him to do the windows and gutters and that was all we were doing, his schedule became inexplicably busy. After setting a time for several days from initial appointment, he rescheduled AGAIN. When he and his partner finally began working, it was at the start of a rainstorm, which, of course meant they had to stop working. Left his equipment (buckets and ladder) all over our yard. FINALLY, on a sunny morning after the storm, they show up and inform us they are going to have to "blow out" our wet leaf and gunk filled gutters because they have so many appointments backed up due to the storm. We were leaving and said fine, as long as they cleaned up their mess and understood they would have to re-do any windows that were dirtied. Leaving was our mistake. Upon returning, we our exterior house front and back deck and furniture and garden looked like a tornado had hit it. Mud, leaves and filth covered our entire exterior stucco and brick, light fixtures, walkway and decorative garden items. They DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO MOVE THE DECK FURNITURE away from under the gutters they blew out and absolutely destroyed fabric covered deck chairs and potted plants. Our windows were, once again, covered in filth, as well. When we called him on it, he "explained" that because it was all wet, we would have to wait for the sun to dry it in order for him to clean it up properly. He figured "tomorrow or the next day"...five days later, our professional landscaper came to help with the lawn and was horrified by what he saw. He ended up cleaning up Paneless' mess...and the owner came the next day and said it "looked pretty good, there's not too much to do"! That's because a PROFESSIONAL businessman cleaned up your mess. I am stymied by the positive reviews on Angie's List for this terrible company...maybe those reviewers fell for the $800 package 'deal'! read more

I completely agree with the review above. I bought a group on last year and they were a no call no show on the apppointment I scheduled last fall. Then months of not returning phone calls or my email, finally this spring someone contacted me and set up an appointment. Only to have someone else call and re-schedule it. Numerous cancellations due to rain (on days that it didn't actually rain) then a call to tell me they were running late for my new appointment and then another no call no show situation. I have called many times since then and only ever get a machine with no call back. I am still out my money and they have made no attempt to rectify this situation. Very frustrating! read more

I've been a repeat customer of this company for years and have always thought that it was nice that I could support a local small business. However, the customer service is horrendous! I contacted them for my annual window cleaning weeks ago with no response. I contacted them again this week and again, no response. In my opinion, a company who doesn't return calls to customers does not deserve my business. Please support a different area business and let this company figure out how to manage a business properly. Very disappointed!! read more

i tried to get them to honor the Groupon. They made appointment with me then would cancel and more recently never showed up or even bothered to call and reschedule. They have not returned several messages I have left for them. Thank goodness Groupon will put the $79 I spent on credit for me. Groupon even tried to make contact for me but Paneless was not responsive to their staff. Find another window cleaner. Don't bother with Paneless. read more

What a horrible company to work with. Think that was too strong? I don't! I honestly don't know how Paneless can stay in business if they treat other customers like they have treated me. I've made over 15 calls to Paneless Window Cleaning. The first call I left a message and the call was returned in a reasonable amount of time. My appointment was made over a month out because they were busy (I imagine because of Amazon Local coupons) which I totally understand. I confirmed the window appointment the day before they were to come out. We were on schedule. They called at 7 AM the day of the cleaning to cancel and rescheduled us for the next day. When they didn't show up between 8 and 10 I called again, and again,, I don't know how may times. I finally got ahold of someone late afternoon (6 hours after the missed appointment) who told me they were backed up and would have to reschedule me. Really? When were they going to call to let me know? Remember, I called them, they did not call me! I stayed home all day waiting. Well, I was rescheduled. I again called the day before to confirm our appointment. Yep, I was on it. And guess what, they didn't show up again! More phone calls not returned ensued. I wanted to talk to the owner or manager but was told he's busy and he probably wouldn't return my call. WHAT?!? This is not the way to do business or treat clients! In my last call I was told that they were going to push someone else back and get my windows done Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was promised that I would be called on Tuesday to let me know if Wednesday was a go. Guess again, what happened? NO CALL. Today is the Monday afternoon after Thanksgiving and I still have not heard from Paneless. In this day and age of companies trying to "stay afloat" and get new customers it's hard to believe that Paneless wants a thriving business at all. I will never do business with a company that, at the very basic level, does not communicate nor keep appointments. BUYER BEWARE! read more
