Recently went to this location to purchase a gift for my mom's birthday since she just got a new bracelet. She told me of her experience here, and she actually didn't end up purchasing her bracelet at this exact location. However, I was on my lunch break and stopped by. It would have been a quick, painless transaction, but the associates here are some of THE WORST. I walked in by myself, and one associate was already helping another couple. I was not greeted and had an awkward vibe as I was looking around the store. There aren't many prices on the charms so you need assistance from someone to show you anything you actually want to look at. When the woman was free, I asked a simple question, "Can you help me with some of these prices." to which she very matter of faculty stated, "They are all different prices. I can't just give you a range." A little taken back, I asked if she could at least point me in a direction where they weren't all over $200. She flat out said no then continued to help the other couple. Her attention seemed to be focused on them considering they were probably a larger sale. She treated me like I was not even standing there, but I continued to look around. It gets worse. I'm trying to look at the glass tables and this associate completely disregarding my existence places her tray on top of the glass I'm looking at! That was the last straw for me, I left the store and I will never return except to speak to a manager and find out the associates name. I work in retail so I understand its hard but when there are only three people in such a small store, it is not difficult to handle two clients at once. Not only that, but it;s not difficult to just be a kind person. As a customer, I've never been treated like this in any establishment ever. If this is how Pandora lets their associates act, I will reconsider ever purchasing from the company again. My mom asked me if i wanted a bracelet and I'm not sure if i do anymore. The jewelry is not worth that. I went to Hannoush in the mall because they also sell the charms and the associates there were extremely friendly and helpful. They even told me I'm not the only one who tells them how rude those Pandora associates are. The Galleria Mall in Middletown's Pandora needs to really step their game up. Beautiful company but the women that work there need a serious attitude check and lesson on karma and being a good human. Disgusted. DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO SPEND 500$ or else YOU WILL GET TREATED LIKE DIRT. read more
