From the time I walked in and was greeted and for the few minutes that it took to get the watch battery installed, and as I was leaving, the gentleman couldn't have been any nicer. He explained everything that they are able to do with all types of jewelry, whether you have heirlooms or gems that may need a new setting or repairs or what have you, they can do it all. And this isn't even everything that he was telling me. They can take a look at your jewelry and tell you if a gem is real. This is especially helpful whenever you have had jewelry passed down to you from another generation and you're unsure if it's real gold or a real gemstone. Needless to say next time I need anything done in the jewelry or watch department Ati's will be a no-brainer for me. They are outstanding and super friendly. And as far as the watch battery replacement, it was very quick and inexpensive.

I have 500 pairs of shoes so why not jewelry? Because I'm very hard on it. I usually lose one earring. My necklaces break. I have never owned a jewelry box so that may be part of the issue. I actually got them pierced because I had lost some weight and bought a new outfit and wanted to look my best for him for a special occasion. It required just a pop of color. I walked in and was immediately greeted. The staff is super helpful. You can tell they love their job! I told her what I was looking for and both women immediately started hunting. They came up with a beautiful earring and necklace set. I wish I had gotten the bracelet too. It's really great quality. The necklace is actually heavy! I'm really bad at looking at prices when I shop so I was in for a bit of a surprise when they told me the total. This place is definitely not for the frugal. I was having some money issues at the time and swallowed hard and paid it because I was embarrassed. I figured I would go home and if I had buyer's remorse, I would return them. But I didn't. I kept the items and they have had a lot of use! But as I said,. Very hard on my jewelry. I broke one of the earrings. I was so sad. I went on line and tried to find a replacement set, but they don't make them anymore. I decided to go back to the store and see if maybe they had any left hidden somewhere. I was disappointed to find out they didn't. But then, as I was talking to them, they told me that they back their items and I could bring the earrings back in and they would send it back to the factory for repair. If they couldn't repair it, they would replace it. I was so happy! It took 6 weeks and I ended up getting a new set of earrings for free. This is good customer service and this will bring me back for all my jewelry needs. This makes the cost well worth it!
