No one at our party complained! Here's what my brothers and I ordered from the catering menu for 4/20/2024: COMPLETE DINNER PLANS - SERVED BUFFET STYLE, MINIMUM 10 PEOPLE. We had approximately 50 people. + "EXECUTIVE" plan - Includes three meats, two sides, bread, pickles, sauce (3 variations: mild, sweet & sour, & spicy) and place settings. + We chose ribs, brisket, turkey, scalloped potatoes, mac n cheese... + this package also came with sliced jalapeños & onions + Additionally we ordered 50 dinner rolls (everyone loved these) + 20 corn cobbettes + 1 ranch broccoli super spud (I mean they are HUGE potatoes LOL) + large plain cheese pizza (separate charge from BCP but same delivery) Our delivery went great by one solo employee. My significant other helped him. Our bill came out to $1,055.14. No deposit was required. They simply asked that I call in on the day of the delivery to provide a card number over the phone. Our guests were pleasantly surprised & some even took home leftovers! Yes, I recommend them & would do it all over again. The most difficult part was ordering with a newbie over the phone. Lol.

There was also complimentary chips and salsa served - at breakfast! I've never seen that before. The salsa was not spicy AT ALL. The green sauce on my plate had a mild kick. Our waitress was nice, but she didn't understand my boss wanted cold chocolate milk when he said "chocolate milk." She came back with hot cocoa and we all busted up laughing when she walked off. He has never liked hot drinks. Did I mention he's my brother too? It's a decent sized place inside. No frills. Kind of dirty. Small parking lot. Busy street nearby. I'm glad I got to go here finally, but it's no where near my favorite in Hobbs, NM. RATING BREAKDOWN Food/Drinks: 3 | Service: 4 | Ambiance: 3 | Price: 4

Burrito Beast is a delicious new Mexican grill in Hobbs, NM…read more They recently opened on February 4, 2026. This restaurant took over the old Mail Services building which I was sad to see go, but this is a very welcome restaurant in this small town indeed. Imagine a much more hip version of the chain Chipotle or the now closed down Freebirds World Burritos in Lubbock, TX. The set up is similar. Start on the left side when you walk in and just tell the crew what you want. Pay at the end of the line at the register before dining in or taking your order to-go. They have breakfast burritos, build your own burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas, tacos, and "Beast Bags" which entais your choice of Doritos, Hot Cheetos, Tostitos, Takis, or Fritos. You can add your choice of meat, beans, queso, lettuce, pico, shredded cheese, salsa, and sour cream. Kids meals were available. A chicken taco was $9.99 and a chicken quesadilla - the same price. They include a drink. The inside is adorned with colorful murals of humanized burros... some folks might refer to them as donkeys. I really like Dante "Doc" Rios's work! (He's from Lovington!) Small and large tables for indoor dining only. There is a small parking lot on the south side of the building and a drive-through on the other. Restrooms were available. My burrito was a bit much for me so I have about half of it for leftovers. But my daughter's on the other hand, devoured their entire lunch on Valentine's Day, 2026. Our meal: + 1 Hot Cheetos w/Chile con Queso & Asada Steak Bag = $10.99 + 1 Hot Cheetos w/Chile con Queso & Chicken Bag = $9.99 + 1 Pork Asado Burrito (very tender & moist spicy asado, Mexican rice, black beans, green sauce, chopped mild green chile, cilantro, onions, and sour cream) = $12.99 + 3 Bottled strawberry Jarritos Drinks = $9.75 Just type in your mobile number to start earning rewards points. RATING BREAKDOWN Food: 4 | Service: 5 | Ambiance: 4 | Price: 4 PARKING Ample. Free. LOCATION/AMBIANCE You really can't miss the big sign outside. It's located on Main Ave on the south end of town. Inside to the left is the meat market. It's clean. Organized. Other produce & goods were available. The fresh meat & ready-to-eat options looked nice. To the right was the restaurant grill. I was going to stay to eat, but there was a rather large group, consuming most of the booths and tables. Plus it was raining outside so I took my order for takeout back to work. My food stayed relatively warm all the way to Hobbs. THE GRUB On Thursday 1/4/2024 I tried the barbecue sandwich with fries ($7.99) on the lunch special menu. The bread was kind of flaky. The sandwich itself didn't seem substantial, but with the fries that were obviously the frozen variety it was a filling lunch for me. LITTLE YELPER'S CLUB I did not see a kid's menu. SERVICE Fast & friendly. MY FAVORITE PART... Good alternative for lunch. NOT SO FAVORITE PART... Wish the daily lunch special prices included a drink. TIP A drive-thru is available. Also, to order ahead call 575-739-7778.

PITFALLS - at checkout I was charged the wrong ticket but the waitress already swiped my card... I just wish they would bring the ticket to the table or at least ask us what we had when we pay - they left several tables dirty for long periods of time. The table that seated large party that left as we came still hadn't been cleaned entirely by the time we exited the restaurant FOOD + Celia's plate ($11.99) - comes with 2 enchiladas (cheese with green sauce) and 2 flautas (I ordered one chicken and one beef. The beef was shredded. It was tastier than the chicken. + Gordita plate ($12.99) - my daughter got mixed up and ordered this by accident but she said it was still good. Bean and cheese gorditas. + Regular enchilada plate ($11.75) + 3 iced horchatas ($4.50 each) - I loved their horchata! But they gave me a Styrofoam cup (per my to-go cup request) that looked someone bit the top off of. SERVICE Friendly yet slow at times. AMBIANCE This is probably the nicest most tastefully decorated restaurant in Denver City, TX. Pop music filled the air. World Cup coverage was on at least one TV. The women's restroom was small but clean. Look for the light green building and a red tin top with a pumpjack next door. Very friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience great. I ordered the chicken flautas dish and my husband ordered the shredded beef chimichanga. The flautas were good, but not something that I would reorder. They kinda reminded me of frozen flautas that they just threw in the microwave. My husband did enjoy his chimichanga though. It was pretty big! Our second time around, we were a party of four. It wasn't at all busy, but yet there was no hostess in sight so we waited to get seated. Our sever quickly approached us with a stinky attitude. She was in no way in the mood to be working and had an unkempt appearance. Her way of approaching us was rude and our drinks sat empty a few times. My husband didnt even get his drink and we had to remind her about it. This time around I decided to try out the three crunchy shredded beef tacos and my husband ordered the chicken fajitas entree. My beef tacos were amazing and I will definitely order them again. The beef was so flavorful. The chicken fajitas dish is huge. It came with tortillas, a salad in a taco bowl, rice and beans. It is definitely enough for two! They have various dishes and we will most likely be back to try them out. They also have desserts! Thank you to Kevin for providing us with such great service our first time around!
