Food always a lot and bomb. New service was good, the new employees were friendly and answered my questions about how they cooked the food. My child was being fussy so they gave him a lollipop read more

I used to come here as a kid all the time the food was better back then, but the quality of the food now is OK not the best. Also please keep in mind that they do charge you a small fee for using debit card which they do not tell you about upon check out, but I didn't care because it's just a small fee Food was OK though not very appetizing read more

My go to Chinese spot near home base. Definitely worth the money and super big portions that I even have leftovers for later on. The service is quick and easy, and I love their egg drop soup and chow mein! Seating wise is okay, but usual orders I do are takeout, I've only sat inside like twice. See you again on my next Chinese food cravings! read more

Food was lukewarm and very hard. Orange chicken was mostly breading and barely any chicken. Here they charge you for refills for a soda machine and half of the sodas don't work. The workers are not very kind as well and they charge extra for mostly everything, they try to get a dime out of everything you try to use. The place wasn't as clean as I hope to be either. read more

I wish I could give a zero star. I haven't even tried the food yet. The service was a 0/10. The lady serving had the BIGGEST attitude. I asked when she was making new orange chicken, she said "i don't know", and gave me the scraps. I handed her my card just for her to literally slam it back down, and when she handed the food, she slid it across the counter, with no hospitality. I don't care how good this food is, your energy plays a big part. You will not be seeing my face at Pandawok again. read more

Customer service has gone down into the dump. I know not all of the workers have the same attitude but the younger/ tall one has such a bad attitude. Been coming here for years but it's sad to say that I will no longer be going back. I paid almost $80 for 6 plates that contained nothing but cold/ stale food. When I asked for fresh servings they just kept putting in the same old food and denied me the fresh food. If they ever change management or staff id be willing to try it again. read more

Yuck yuck yuck yuck... Yes i said it the old owners just to serve the good rice the rice i got from here last time i went tasted like cardboard and wax crunchy disgusting and they had the guts to pull up the prices dam donkeys and go elsewere because the plate litterlly full in 3 broccolis and portions are so small rip off read more

BEWARE OF RACIST WORKERS!!!! I just had an AWFUL experience eating here with my kids The worker threw my condiments in the bag, yelled at me for not seeing the $1 refill sign. Which makes no sense because why would you have the refill station available out in the open when it could be behind the register & you charge for the refill then & there? Another customer came in & complimented the restaurant & the worker just walked away mid conversation DONT COME HERE IF YOURE A PERSON OF COLOR read more

WOW, I think I found my new fast food Chinese place! Felt like trying something new and came here, the ambiance is great, you know it's going to be great food when you walk in the door. They were also very quick with the service and helped us immediately. They give you SO MUCH FOOD and for so cheap! And the food is AMAZING! The chow mein is so die for and I love the orange chicken. read more

*WARNING* Do not bother ; look elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Was not greeted , was not acknowledged while served. Lady was having a conversation, what seemed to be all gossip. Not one word was told to us except our total. Server got upset when I asked for hot sauce & sweet and sour. Was told ," its in bag , check bag first!!!" Very ugly, came in 45 minutes before close time. We were pretty much kicked out asap. Server seemed to want to shut it down and go home. Do not reccomend. Better off going to the crawfish company a few bussiness away. read more

Best in Sylmar ! My boys won't go anywhere else ... with cold weather today was craving a warm soup. The Thai place was closed so decided to stop by panda wok and check out the soup options. Had a nice chat with the staff for a few minutes before ordering, even throughout lol. Food was really good even after sitting in traffic with it for an hour (grabbed the food on the way home) The inside of the restaurant was pretty nice too, will definitely come back! read more

Best discovery I've done in a minute. This place is way better than panda, portions are wayyyyyy bigger, price is cheaper, and flavor is bomb! Highly recommended. Do not skip the Japanese chicken, easily the best chicken dish I've had receintly. I tried the mushroom chicken, beef broccoli, spicy wings, orange chicken, butter shrimp, jalapenos chicken and they are all good. However the Japanese chicken is addicting. Took it home for the family to try and they agreed. Japanese chicken is delicious. Kiddos agreed. Come here, you won't be disappointed. read more

Panda Wok - Huge portions! This is the two item combo (~$10). Two people eat easily! - Chinese Near Me - Sylmar, California

Went to go get a plate of chow mein, orange chicken, and beef broccoli, including a drink because they don't have any fountain drinks. Total ended up to be $19.35. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT, this used to be my favorite food as a child. I come back to get that nostalgic feeling, definitely regret it. The place is not clean at all and food is horrible. Service is whatever. read more

I've came here about two times alone and I've gotten you know small portions and another two times to get a bowl by myself and then another when I was with my Nana all times it was really delicious and the service was great and quick the women there very memorable a nice older lady and another woman in her 20s I think. And the restaurant is always clean and the floor is always look freshly mopped and shiny and honestly, depending on the time of day the food is freshly made and even if it's not I have no complaints on the time it takes to come out the back when the plates are empty. read more

Portions are very generous and there soups are always hot. Orange chicken could be more consistent and have more chicken rather than dough clumps. Overall a good place to order from. read more

This place is a complete joke and an absolute nightmare . My nino came home sick with the worst stomach problems I've ever seen. We've got one bathroom, so yeah, it was a nightmare. The staff was rude from the moment we walked in, acting like basic manners were too much to ask. A few days later, he was still sick, and I got a 5 a.m. call because he ended up in the ER from stomach pain and constipation caused by their food. A week later and he was still dealing with all the backlash from this hole. I can't believe a place like this is even open. It's not just bad food, it's a horrible experience all around. Save yourself the headache , constipation , and stay far away from this place. read more

I will say four things about this place. Good food, great portions, good service, and reasonable prices! I will definitely return. Enough said read more

Id give this place negative 5 stars if I could. It's absolutely horrible now. Not to mention their super rude and unprofessional and unfriendly customer service. There's a girl with long straight hair who has the worst attitude. Our drinks were unreachable. I had to really stretch in through the window to get my drinks. She just left them there and walked away not even saying thank you or anything. The prices have gone up quite a bit. It was $40 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. The value of the food has gone waaaay down. The kung pao was the worst. NASTY. We practically just threw away all our food. It was definitely not edible. Never returning to this place. It used to be good. read more

Their chow mein was delicious! Unfortunately you're not allowed to do half and half on the bowl option so I had to get a plate to get both. I got the orange chicken and it was pretty good. The Portions are good so there was plenty left over for round 2. read more

I used to go here a couple times a month when I lived closer. One of the older cashiers was frequently rude, slamming soy sauce into the bags because I asked for extra. I shook it off because the food was decent as were the prices. Moved about 2 miles away, went in to order and she pulled the same crap. No more. It breaks my heart but we just get China Express on Glenoaks now. At least they don't yell at us when we ask for enough soy sauce and utensils for a family. The food is decent, good portions and price is right but I can't get over how rudely I have been treated the times I've gone. Plus, China Express has spicy mustard which Panda Wok does not. read more

You know a place is ridiculous when they charge one dollar for a fountain drink refill.... Do u know that a restaurant makes about a 300 % profit on syrup fountain drinks... wow and they still have the audacity.. the food is not good at all. It probably has been sitting there all day. Orange chicken??? What chicken looked like it was just batter. The old lady was just plain bad and always tries to cheap you out of sauces .. never coming back.... read more

Bad service don't even remember order after the fact that they called it out on the microphone the professional there is not at all welcoming if I was you I used this review as a warning . Over charge you so be careful you see what your are order too. read more

The food and service were great. They saved the day when they took my last minute order for a tray of egg rolls and a tray of wings for my mom's party. I needed these as appetizers and Panda Wok was great from answering my questions to their reasonable pricing and ensuring the order was not forgotten for pick up (as one can lose track of time). Will revisit this vendors business. read more

They have a very arrogant attitude when serving, and they also charge more because they don't specify the cost for each dish on the receipt. I asked the woman who treated me poorly and instead of answering, she ignored me. I also told her that her attitude was not friendly and that she didn't care. It seems that they don't care about customers! read more

I drive 30 minutes to eat here the food is so good . the service as well. It really good and is fast too.

Just left this place Lady serving is very rude gives you an attitude and handles your food poorly.. she's nasty..

Staff is rude, argued with me because they got my order wrong. I just came back and told them what I asked for wasn't rude, and they start questioning me on what I ordered and kept telling me she gave me what I had ordered. Could've charged me the difference and that's it, shouldn't have stood there and fought with me. Food has gone up a lot, and they are always so rude, I don't understand how this place is always packed. read more
