Customer service has gone down into the dump. I know not all of the workers have the same attitude but the younger/ tall one has such a bad attitude. Been coming here for years but it's sad to say that I will no longer be going back. I paid almost $80 for 6 plates that contained nothing but cold/ stale food. My go to Chinese spot near home base. Definitely worth the money and super big portions that I even have leftovers for later on. The service is quick and easy, and I love their egg drop soup and chow mein! Seating wise is okay, but usual orders I do are takeout, I've only sat inside like twice. I wish I could give a zero star. I haven't even tried the food yet. The service was a 0/10. The lady serving had the BIGGEST attitude. I asked when she was making new orange chicken, she said "i don't know", and gave me the scraps. I handed her my card just for her to literally slam it back down, and when she handed the food, she slid it across the counter, with no hospitality. Do not skip the Japanese chicken, easily the best chicken dish I've had receintly. I tried the mushroom chicken, beef broccoli, spicy wings, orange chicken, butter shrimp, jalapenos chicken and they are all good. However the Japanese chicken is addicting. This place is a complete joke and an absolute nightmare . My nino came home sick with the worst stomach problems I've ever seen. We've got one bathroom, so yeah, it was a nightmare. The staff was rude from the moment we walked in, acting like basic manners were too much to ask. A few days later, he was still sick, and I got a 5 a.m. call because he ended up in the ER from stomach pain and constipation caused by their food. I used to go here a couple times a month when I lived closer. One of the older cashiers was frequently rude, slamming soy sauce into the bags because I asked for extra. I shook it off because the food was decent as were the prices. Moved about 2 miles away, went in to order and she pulled the same crap. No more. It breaks my heart but we just get China Express on Glenoaks now. At least they don't yell at us when we ask for enough soy sauce and utensils for a family. The food is decent, good portions and price is right but I can't get over how rudely I have been treated the times I've gone. This is my mom's favorite Chinese food place! It's in the city I grew up in so I've been coming here for many years! They are so nice and welcoming, not to mention their generous portions! Their noodles are my favorite and my moms favorite too! their orange chicken and sesame chicken are my two favorite as well.
