    Fish waffle

That Sunday is so sweet I will have to drink water the rest of the week. I couldn't finish it so only get it if you have a really big sweet tooth. The fish waffle take about 7 mins to make and are plane.. they should drizzle them with something or maybe dust with alil powder sugar because they don't take like anything. But the place is super cute and they have all kinds of lil cute popmart things u can buy. They also do have military discount

Its super cute and the bubble tea is very good. The place is nice and cozzy and staff is great

The cheese coin waffle was amazing! The service was fast and the atmosphere of the shop is so fun!! There's claw machines to play, and even some items to purchase upfront! Lots of cool things displayed!!

Overpriced for what you get. I don't recommend coming to Panda Tea House, even if it is the only boba shop in National Harbor. I got one of their most popular drinks, the Ube Milk Tea with boba, and it was genuinely pretty bad. 1. I was appalled to find out that the drink costs $10. I understand that rent around the area is probably high, but I used to live in San Francisco (which has even higher rent) and no boba shop has ever charged that much for a drink. 2. The drink itself was way too sweet and very grainy, similar to a protein shake. This is because they use flavored powder instead of real ingredients, which shows in the quality of the drink. 3. The boba was hard and stale (definitely not fresh). One good thing I will say about the place is that the interior of the shop is nice and well-decorated. They have a nice wall filled with merchandise and display cases with anime figures/products for sale, which I thought was pretty cool. Overall, if the rest of the drinks are as bad as the one I had, I can't recommend coming to Panda Tea House even if you have a craving for boba. Overprice and low-quality, their drinks will leave you feeling more unsatisfied than if you didn't get anything at all.

I had never been to the waterfront area and as I was trying to find a parking space I saw this bubble tea place. There was no one in the store and it seemed like they still had a few parts of the store blocked off due to covid. There was a decent selection of items including bubble teas, slushies, and ice cream rolls along with various inserts like boba, mixed jellies, and other powders. I opted for a green apple slush with boba. Each add-on was a dollar. I've never been to a bubble tea place where they charge $1 for each add-on. The green apple slush was $7.99 and then one scoop of boba plus tax and I'm already up close to $10 for a drink. Yikes! Plus it's literally just ice and green apple flavoring. Nothing special. I'm sure someone is probably saying "if you don't like the prices, then don't go there!" I guess I'll take your advice because I won't be back. At least I can say I've been. The slush was okay but nothing special. Just a melted snow cone. No ambiance either especially for being so close to the water.

Cool and refreshing passionfruit slush with lychee bubbles really hit the spot on a hot August evening. I'm glad to see that places are giving you the option of controlling the amount of sugar that is added to your drink. I tried my drink at 25% and it was very good without the 100% added amount of sugar. You can go as low as zero. Store had a lot of cute things like the panda mugs. I'd like one for my birthday if you're wondering! It was a very hot day and it didn't feel like the air conditioning was on full blast. It was quite warm inside the store while I waited for my drink.

This is probably the only boba place in the National harbor, hard to miss. Nice ambiance and pretty extensive menu for different milk tea and fruity smoothies. I got the mango peach smoothie which comes with a little milk in it, really enjoyed it and recommend. I think it's a tard bit overpriced though but for the only boba place in the area it's a good option.

Unfortunately I can not base this experience off their actual food or service but I'm basing this off management. I traveled to the National harbor for kids day recently on a random Thursday. 1/3 of my visit to the Harbor was to treat my daughter to Panda Tea House but they weren't even open, despite the sign suggesting they should've been. I checked their Instagram page and website and neither mentioned them being closed on that day. Better communication about their hours would've been great.

I've been to Panda Tea house a few times because my friend lives in national Harbor and whenever I go visit her I can't resist stopping and getting some Boba. I've never had any of their other desserts but I can say that their bubble tea is delicious. My go to is honeydew with fruit jelly and my friend always gets Thai tea with their house Boba and both always hit the spot. The interior also features a number of fun Asian snacks and goodies on their wall along with some tea and powders you can purchase and take home. It's really more of a take-and-go place, as there's not a lot of seating inside, but it's really nice to grab a drink and then wander along the harbor.

It's definitely a "sceney" spot, but done with charm -- more fun than pretentious. Whether you're meeting a friend or just stopping in for a pick-me-up, the space makes a strong first impression. In & Out: This is very much a grab-and-go café. There's a small seating area if you want to stay for a quick chat, but it's tight and not built for long visits. Still, the location is great -- perfect for picking up your drink and strolling around the area. It's ideal for a quick coffee run or a midday break rather than a full sit-down experience. Latte Variety: The drink menu is impressive, featuring one of the most extensive selections of flavored lattes and hot drinks available. Another thing I appreciated was that they had a section of cookies discounted because they were made the night before. Funny enough, they made a beeline straight for the ice cream instead of the candy... probably because we had already been it It's Sugar earlier that day! They tried a mix of flavors--birthday cake, wildberry sorbet, cookies & cream, butter pecan--and I went with mint chocolate chip. Every single one was delicious! The ice cream was creamy, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. And let me just say--I appreciated the pricing. For the area, it was very reasonable. Not over-the-top expensive like Ben & Jerry's, so that was a win! Now for my part... I couldn't leave without trying a few treats. I grabbed a couple of truffles--raspberry milk chocolate, white chocolate, and a few others--and they were all rich, smooth, and delicious. But BABY... that giant turtle candy?! Whew! When we got close to the corridor, it suddenly didn't look dark. That's a trick on the eyes due to distance! It's located in "the mall" which is located in the corner of a small shopping area. This is a small family business. They sell ice cream, paletas, Latino prepackaged snacks, and cold drinks. They have a lot of unusual flavors in their frozen treats. Flavors like chicle, nuez, nance, pinon, tequila, etc. Paletas are Mexican frozen treats on a little stick. It can be made with fruit, herbs, spices, or ice cream. Some flavors are a combination of these. All of the frozen products in this store are bought from vendors. There was some delay in ordering because the woman in charge spoke only a little English. A young lady who was helping her, spoke English well. She didn't know all of the ingredients in many of the flavors. So, understanding Spanish would be useful. Searching the names of the flavors on the internet will give you the main ingredients. We bought 2 ice creams and 4 paletas. 1) Gansito ice cream It was vanilla ice cream with swirls of chocolate syrup and strawberry syrup. It had shards of chocolate and pieces of strawberries. It had good flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. This was much better than neopolitan ice cream! Gansito is a Mexican snack cake that has a chocolate coated sponge cake filled with white creme and strawberry jelly. It had bits of raspberry and tiny raspberry seeds. It was rich and creamy with a mild sweetness. 3) Tequila paleta It was like an ice milk with a light tequila flavor with a mild sweetness. I can't say that I loved this. It was so-so. 4) Rum raisin paleta It was like an ice milk with a moderate smooth rum flavor. The raisins were all clumped together at the top. It would have been better if the raisins were distributed evenly because the sweet raisins went well with the rum. An almost great flavor. 5) Piñon paleta Piñon is the edible seed from a pine tree, aka pine nut. The flavor is mildly nutty. This paleta had a mild nutty and coconut milk flavor. It smelled like oily coconut. Not appealing at all! 6) Nuez paleta Nuez means nut in Spanish and pecan in Mexican. This had a light butter pecan ice cream flavor. We enjoyed it because it wasn't too buttery or sweet. The service was helpful, patient, and polite. The store was clean. There were 2 tables and 4 chairs. No restrooms for the public. There's plenty of free parking around the area. They have at least 27 ice cream flavors and 24 paleta flavors. The price for 4 small scoops of ice cream was $5. The price for each paleta was $3.
