During this Coronavirus situation, my husband and I decided to order out some Chinese food and find a park to enjoy our dinner. This place is not too far from our house and has good reviews, so we chose to order from this place. The lady on the phone was very friendly and kind. They did not have an item we wanted that was on their menu but she suggested another which was similar. Ok, the reason for only 2 stars... their food was just not that good. my favorite menu items to get at Chinese places is Kung Pao chicken and spicy orange chicken. Both items were not fresh, ( the orange chicken was hard and dry) and honestly just not flavorful. I have somewhat of an expectation for what these items should taste like, understanding that every restaurant may have their own take on the recipe, but eating this take out was just not a very good experience. I like spicy and neither were spicy. Definitely not the spicy orange chicken! The Kung Pao chicken was seeped way too much in soy said or something. Neither tasted quite right. Maybe too old, I'm not sure. The ramen was ok and I enjoyed that enough. Not sure how this place got so many good reviews. I would not recommend this place if you love ff Chinese. In this time of social distancing, I think it's important to make sure you make your food tastes exceptional. The 2 stars is for the very nice lady who served us and had a great smile. read more

The owners are wholesome and amazing people, I always look to support small business in Rialto and this place is perfect for that lunch rush hour. If you're looking for Chinese takeout with inexpensive prices, a generous serving size, and ease of parking, then this is your spot. It's my favorite place to go on my lunch break. I'm addicted to the chow mein. I admit I have a problem. When I'm not hungry enough to get a $5.79 combo (which I never finish despite the fact I eat way more than you would expect), I opt for just a side of chow mein which does the job. I've tried the mushroom chicken several times and have yet to try anything else because I like it so much. Will update once I overcome that feat. If you're looking for fancy overpriced Chinese food, complimentary tea, egg drop soup, cloth napkins, etc. then this isn't the right place for you. The employees/family at this location are very kind business owners and are always a pleasure to visit. I popped in because I was starving and this was off the 210 fwy exit in Rialto driving down from work in San Bernardino. 3 things that made me regret stopping here and why I would NOT return: 1) I ordered 1 BOWL not even the full plate and 1 small soda and she charged me almost $12?? Wow! For fast food Chinese, that price is pretty outrageous. I could have eaten a sit down Thai food meal for that price. 2) I got beef broccoli and the broccoli was cold and the beef had a smokey type burnt flavor? Not too appetizing. 3) The menu board now has all prices BLACKED OUT... why on earth would you cover up the pricing to the consumer? Not sure this is even legal... we must know what items cost if we are going to order from your business... if you look at the menu online (through yelp) they post "price varies" on the food items. I understand costs are on the rise, but seems they are taking advantage. Fresh wok in Fontana charges around $7 still for a bowl, soda and 1 spring roll. Just saying, beware. read more

I have been ordering food from here for 3 years at least once a month. The delivery service is fast. Big plus for online ordering. The food was a hit and miss at times but I found that the food is fresh between 12-2 during the lunch rush. The shrimp fried rice, Mongolian beef, and the Fried butterfly shrimp is our go to items. The chow mein needed more flavoring and the veggie in the veggie egg rolls are always mushy. Never seen any hair or insects in the food. I'm a So. Cal native, and I grew accustomed to hole-in-the-wall Chinese food. I moved to Utah, where we don't have good Chinese food, only Panda Express. I'm on vacation, and we came to eat here, and man, I am back home! Huge portions, great fresh taste, all I've come to love and expect from Cali Chinese food. Nice lady, clean restaurant but the food was worse than what I expected. The choices weren't a variety at all like I wanted. A ordered a combo and a side of grab cheese wontons and still was not satisfied. The wontons were possibly the only acceptable piece of work I'd ever feed myself from this restaurant. The spicy orange chicken was pretty decent and I ate most of it than the kung pao chicken she offered me. She had trays that were empty and it made me not feel motivated to try anything else. $10.50 for disappointment and I found better deals in Colorado. It tastes exactly like those dollar scoop Chinese shops. It wasn't worth it, I personally wanted a refund but it wasn't polite to ask... Or even possible. Got the broccoli beef, soon as I opened the container it smelled like fish, thinking it was some sort of mistake and she had given me fish I tasted the beef, and no just uncooked soggy beef. It is raw meat! The broccoli looks old and like it's not good anymore the rice is dry, and the noodles extra greasy, I feel like I'll be getting food poisoning from this. The worst is just the meat it smells so fishy and looks so gross. I ordered 2 item combo with rice and noodles. Sides were spicy orange chicken and pineapple chicken. The rice and noodles were good but I can taste that the oil they used hasn't been changed. The spicy orange chicken was not spicy and the pineapple chicken was good. They need to clean off the tables every single time someone eats there and leaves, I sat down and 2 tables still had food particles on them. The first thing I look at when I go eat somewhere is the presentation and cleanliness of the place, if it's not clean then that will definitely make me wonder how the kitchen must look like. Got the family meal near closing and the food was surprisingly really good. Usually Chinese food near the end of closing is overheated and nasty but it was surprisingly good. I love the option on yelp to online order so that by the time I go there it was ready. The option to pay different methods, since I was the pickup lady for all my coworkers, was really helpful. Ok walked into this place for a simple one item bowl. Cost $11 (no drink). Bathroom in my eyes will tell me how CV lean kitchen is. If bathroom clean so iskitchen. Just found this by chance. Read the negative but decided to give it a go. For me the food was okay. I would not call it the best I ever had but I ordered the wonton soup. The broth was too strong not the clean light taste I'm used to also ordered the shrimp fried rice. Shrimp seemed stale maybe sitting too long. I have been looking for Chinese food delivery in my area for some time or at least somewhere near enough to offer delivery as I eat Chinese food fairly often. This was my first time ordering from Panda Paradise and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. The delivery was within a reasonable timeframe given that I am surprised they deliver this far from their location at all. The food was very fresh in fact it was some of the freshest tasting Chinese food I have ever eaten even the 2 strawberry smoothies I ordered (one for me and one for my son) were still very cold and refreshing.
