We are super impressed by Diego's communication, professionalism, and promptness. He came by for an in person estimate to accurately assess the work we needed. On the day of service, Carlos was fantastic. Huge attention to detail. We saw the smallest of weeds pulled even on the sides of our home. We also appreciated that Carlos took his time with his work and his services did not feel rushed. Panda landscaping has been providing yard services for our house in Lynnwood since last year. Diego and his team have been doing a great job, providing the right cadence (bi-weekly during Spring/Summer, and monthly during Winter) depending on the season and how quickly things grow. He's good about letting me know when he'll be stopping by, works efficiently, and leaves our yard in a nice and clean state. His pricing is very reasonable (I've talked to other gardeners as well). Our yard service is usually between $100-$120 per service depending on the season, but I'm sure pricing will differ depending on the size of the yard, etc. We also hired Panda Landscaping to convert a grassy area to a small gravel area instead. They helped build a beautify 4' tall retaining wall in our front yard, along with a large 30'x30' tiered garden, and finished it all off with a complete revamp of our grass, which was all moss and weeds. Throughout all the work, Diego was responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and brought helpful suggestions throughout. We'll happy hire him and his team again for future projects. read more

This review is way overdue -- sorry, fellas! I am so impressed with this company. Communication was excellent -- respectful, knowledgeable, and always productive. My yard needed a lot of work. Between working full-time, going to school, and caring for a sick parent, I had absolutely no time to deal with it. The yard was totally out of control and, honestly, pretty embarrassing. (Before and after pics coming soon -- no judgment, please! ) When we walked around the yard, I explained what I wanted, and they made sure to fully understand and confirm we were on the same page. For example, I wanted the rose bush area cleaned up but wanted to keep the rose bushes. They listened carefully and got it right. The only small hiccup was with our grapevines -- we asked for them to be cut back but to keep the main grandfather root. One of the workers (who didn't speak much) accidentally cut through it before I could stop him. Hopefully, it grows back! If not, maybe it's probably for the best anyway since we have dogs now and don't want anything potentially toxic around. Part of our house had been completely overtaken by ivy -- it was ridiculous! These guys worked their tails off and had everything done in about a day and a half. Do you know how long that would've taken me?! I'd probably still be working on it! Overall, I'm super impressed. They were responsive, kept me updated on timing, and delivered exactly what I asked for. We'll definitely be using them again -- though hopefully next time, it won't be such a jungle! Diego and his crew do absolutely amazing work! Our house was unoccupied for a year, and the yard was completely overgrown. We hired Diego and his team to do a full yard cleanup and a gutter cleaning. They cleared blackberry brambles and nettles taking over the backyard and carefully trimmed around the bases of all my mature fruit plants and trees. They even cut back the brambles running down a hillside that was too steep for me to get to myself. We told Diego we were planning to put down clover seed to replace the grass and asked him to mow it short, and he was able to take it down to the dirt for me in one pass :-) The landscaping around my front deck has been tidied up and is now ready to be mulched before winter. We are so happy with all the work Diego and his team did and look forward to having them as our regular landscaping and lawncare going forward. read more

I shopped several landscape companies for lawn replacement including the Home & Garden Show. I found Panda Landscape among others doing a local search. Diego came out and told me exactly all the steps he was going to do with laying down sod which I was familiar with but wasn't interested in doing myself.
