Our small yard needed attention since we are planning to list our home soon. They did a great job! They showed up early on our scheduled date, and they started doing their business right away. They were super fast and efficient. They weeded, transferred some trees and plants, cleaned out all the mess and mulched. Our yard looks so nice and clean and freshened up. Requested blackberry and yard waste removal. Was quoted $500 at an on-site consult.... Contractor arrived on site at noon and sent a message at 1:15pm saying that the job was bigger than he thought and that it would take 5 trips and $1000. All other quotes came in at $700. I would have chosen another contractor if I had an idea this job would not be completed. One of two sites for removal was fantastic, the other site still has many blackberry stalks protruding from the ground. read more

Being punctual and keeping appointments at said time is important. This company told me they would come at 6pm and was a no show. The owner did not bother to call or let me know they won't be coming or attempt to reschedule. When I messaged the next day, they just said they were busy but still did not commit to a time or date. It would do well for a business to not accept a call for offers if they are so busy. I think it speaks to their work ethic and I would stay away from such a company read more

I will give 3 stars for him being eager. We chatted via email and I gave him some days I was available to see the property/job and get information for a bid. The days I had available were later in the week and the next week. I then went to Costco and while I was at Costco, my son called me, who was over at my house on his lunch break to play with my dogs. He said some man was here for a walk-through. I explained to him what I wanted done so he walked the guy through the property, and at that time I didn't know who it was because I didn't have anybody scheduled for that particular day. I got home and found out that it was this Landscaper, and that he had quoted $1000 to do a pretty significant cleanup of a half an acre. I never had a written estimate, which I don't like. If you're gonna run a business, verbal quotes are fine on the fly but I want it followed up with paperwork. The other issue was that he showed up the day that I had sent the email, and the day that I sent the email was not one of the days that I was available so I was a little upset that somebody just showed up to walk around my property when I wasn't home. I felt that his eagerness to come right over was troubling because he was not respecting my schedule. Glad my son was there! The quote I received was very low for the amount of work to be done, so with me not being available for the walkthrough, and no written estimate, I decided he was a no go. read more
